Best Metal Roof Inspection in Phoenix AZ

I am so disappointed in this company without even hiring them. For few weeks we are having roof leaks. Quite few of them. Our house sustained major damages due to the rain as well. We hired a professional service to come and tarp the roof and put sandbags as well. The employee from Multi Pro came on Friday to give us an estimate. He moved all the tarps and sandbags and never put them back. I called him on Friday and asked him to come back and fix the tarps. He told me he will. He came on Saturday, got on the roof but never put them back as they were. It is extremely disappointing, especially after I told him our walls and ceiling in multiple areas in the house have been destroyed by rain. It would be nice if people who are in roofing business had integrity and respect. But this morning I called the company which laid tarps in the first time, paid service call fee and had them relay the tarps again.

I recently had my tile roof reroofed by Hardacker roofing. The owner Clyde came out to provide the estimate and spent time on top of my roof reviewing the condition. I had several companies come out to provide me estimates and the ones who never walked on my roof were not even considered. Clyde was on time and very professional. He provided me with a lot of information about the condition of my roof and options to consider. His estimate was emailed to me in a couple days and was very competitive. I decided to hire Hardacker after talking to Clyde's wife Bonnie who was very helpful over the phone when I had questions about new roof tiles. Bonnie was very flexible with the scheduling and accommodated the dates I requested. The roofers were on time and worked very full days to complete my job on time. I work from home and watched the progress and was very happy with work being performed. Quality seemed to be the focus on the work done. If I had a question the workers were helpful and provided whatever information I requested. When the Job was complete Clyde came out to meet with me and discuss the job. I was very satisfied with the job performed and my roof looks great. I would recommend Hardacker Roofing to anyone.

Didn't know fining a roof repair company would be so difficult, but half these companies don't do this or that and I was given the runaround from a few places even though all I needed to get done was a few broken tiles..Maybe my job was too small for other places so they blew me off, I don't know, but I was happy when I found Arizona Roofing Systems. They came out for a quote when they said they would and when I was finally ready to schedule it was done within a couple days. No hassles. Quality work as far as we can tell.

We needed a roof replacement but I didn't want to use just anyone. I did a lot of research before hiring L&R and I'm very happy I did. The job had to be pushed back due to rain but they always kept in communication with me and if I sent an email they got back the same day. Very hard working team of guys and it was done in 2 days. I highly recommend them!

I contacted Ruben, and he was able to set up the appointment right away. Honest quote and no surprising adds on. His crew Devin came to finish our roof work and provided with photos. My husband and I were looking into buying our first home in the Mesa area, before we made our purchase the current owners allowed us to get the roof inspected. After calling multiple roofing businesses and getting the run around or being told that it would take a couple weeks to come out, I was frustrated! So I turned to Google, that's when I found The Roofing Company. Upon calling I felt like I was immediately being taken care of. The woman that answered the phone was actually the owner of the company and very pleasant to talk to. She scheduled my free estimate three days from the day I was calling!!! Fast forward, a man named Shane called me early the morning of my estimate, he said he was going to be running a few minutes behind and wanted to make sure that was going to still work out with my schedule. Actually it worked great for me, I was running late as well! Upon his arrival he informed me what he was going to be looking for and as I watched him, he did his job with care and was very respectful. As he came off the roof he said there were a few broken tiles and that they could be fixed in no time at all. That was great news. I went back to the home owners and told them of the findings, they then called The Roofing business and scheduled to get the tiles repaired. The homeowner thanked me for finding such a good, prompt company!
Would I recommend this company? Absolutely! And for future reference I will be keeping there business card and information to use and pass along!

We had a different company come out and give us an estimate of some roof repair work (broken/shifted tiles from a few previous storms). This guy had done some repairs on the house across the street. The guy got on our roof and proceeded to tell us that we needed a whole new roof, That is was irreparable. That guy gave us a ridiculous bid for a new roof. We thanked him and he left.

Fast forward to the next day. We called ECO roofing to come out for an estimate (We knew of ECO Roofing as they did a complete re-roof of a friend of ours-so we knew the quality of their work).

Rich from ECO roofing came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and quoted us two different ways-one was to repair/replace the damaged/broken/shifted tiles and give the roof a tune up-and the other was to redo the entire roof. He had pictures of everything that he provided to us.

We opted to have ECO do the tune up and scheduled the work immediately. We were notified of the date and time that the crew would come out.

On the day that the crew was supposed to be at our place-a mix up happened (Yes, things happen!). The crew didn't show up at the scheduled time. The ECO office folks felt bad and sent someone out late in the day-and he started to do the work. We just had the ECO folks reschedule to the next week-when it was more convenient for everyone.

The second time, they were early and there were 6 guys-and they completed the entire project in about 3 hours. They cleaned up when they were done as well. We are extremely please and will use them when the time comes for  our roof to be replaced.

Firebird Exteriors was absolutely fantastic.  Kyle was prompt to assess and bid on my roofing project and the bid was received quickly.  His team arrived early and got to work and completely removed the foam on my existing flat roof, replaced some sheeting that needed to be replaced, re-foamed, and coated my roof in silicone.  They were done in a couple of days from start to finish.  I had a number of bids, and Kyles was the best.  I definitely recommend them and will use them for future needs and referrals.

We needed our patio roof repaired. The folks at Spearhead showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised to do and for the amount they quoted. They were wonderful.

I have no reservations about recommending Spearhead to anyone.

We had an underlayment replacement and upon completion we noticed the new metal used really contrasted with our paint making it look weird and that we'd like the water runoff to angle further away from the porch.  

The very next day a crew was out with color matched paint and they did exactly what we wanted even though, at least for the paint, it was something they totally didn't have to do, they're roofing folks right?  

Roofing is exactly what they did, a thorough and high quality roofing job with a follow up on customer concerns.

Great customer service is hard to come by but these guys provided that then went above and beyond with the paint the very next morning.

Geremy installed floating wood shelves in the kitchen and did a good job. They're sturdy and look good, but could have been finished better in the end. Putty was left to dry and I had to have my handyman sand it all down as well as add more where there were some noticeable gaps at joints. I didn't ask Geremy come back to finish because it wasn't the end of the world to have to have someone else finish, it just would have been nice if he had completed the job himself. There was also an incident where he accidentally leaned against the stove knobs, turned on the burner and melted plastic on my brand new stove top that had never been used. It wasn't able to be cleaned up complete which is a bummer, but the worst part is he didn't tell me about it- I had to hear from my handman.

I hired him for a second job- a pergola over my back patio. After he rescheduled a couple of times and then didn't show up another one or two times, he finally came, but came so late in the day that he ran out of time and couldn't install my string lights. I went ahead and paid him the full amount for the job but I've never been able to get him to come back to finish the lights that he said he'd be back to hang the following day. After a lot of excuses, several texts and a phone call and continuing to tell me he'd come back to hang them, he still hasn't finished the job. I've been waiting since May 20th and now he isn't responding to my messages at all.

It's a shame because his work is good, but reliability and communication are terrible.

Had a small leak in my roof that I noticed after the last shower we had. Got 4 estimates from roofing companies. Now, I'm certainly not a roofer, but I am handy. To me, it really didn't seem like it was a huge job based on what the roofers showed me and described what needed to be done. Most estimates were about $2000. When Jose came by for an estimate, he was honest and said it wasn't that big a job, and would take about 2 hours. When his guys showed up to do the job, they were here for just about 2 hours. The quality of the work looks really good. They cleaned up when done. And Jose was very reasonable with his price. Had I chosen one of the other companies, I would have paid them about $1000 an hour. Who makes that kind of money??? Maybe the job was too small and they didn't really want to do it. Who knows. I would definitely recommend Jose and his team and will use again in the future. Also, as a real estate agent, I will also recommend to my clients. Thanks Jose!!
