We were referred to Caliber Roofing by friends who knew of Jake's work. From start to finish, our experience throughout our roofing project went better than expected. Jake was honest, thorough, candid, and upfront during the inspection and quote process. Work was completed in the time we were promised and the quality of work was great. I was shopping to add more solar panels to my system; and indicating that on Yelp, several companies contacted me one way or another.  One company offered me a fantastic deal!

Josh of Truvo was one of the companies that contacted me, and he was eager to get a deal together.  He called me on the day of our appointment to say that adding more panels on my roof would not be economical for me for a number of reasons which he explained very well.

I know that Josh wanted to sign me up, but he could not move forward in good conscience.  Though Josh won't be installing panels for me (and nobody else will either), I admire his concern for my best interests.  This is exactly the kind of person/company you want to do business with.  I am confident that Josh will be straight with you as he was with me.  A very trustworthy person!

Very poor customer service and follow through! If you have a problem with a repair DO NOT expect them to get back to you! They ignore phone calls once they know your number and you will never get anywhere. Promises, promises. Don't expect much from this company! We were charged for work that was not done, waited countless hours and no one showed up to fix the issues they never addressed the first time. The most frustrating experience we've ever had , Ridiculous!  They have put us in a very stressful situation as we will have to hire someone else to fix the problem. This has been going on since JUNE!!  We should get get our money back!
