I received 2 quotes for BUR and then called Mikku and Sons and their quote for foam was not much higher so I decided it was worth the extra expense after talking to Devin. Josh came out (on time) and taped the plywood seams and sprayed on the foam with a nice level coat of foam and offered to return to apply the second coat of elastomeric after the stucco guys finished, just in case the damage the coating. I was very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them for a foam roof.

Had my roof replaced in 2019, then while selling the home in 2020 we had a buyer's inspector come out. While the inspector did find a few items for repair, though none were causing any issue with the roof, I got back in touch with Arizona Roofing Systems and Christina scheduled all of our repairs, which were covered under our warranty. Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

I chose Copper West to replace my underlayment after getting 4 different quotes. Their quote was competitive, and they offered a few more options than others. One option was an insulating radiant underlayment that is supposed to save on cooling costs and keep the garage cooler, which is what I went with. Job was done quickly and on-time, and they were always very responsive. Can't ask for more than that.

The Repair Guys did a re-coat on my flat patio roof and Justin and Steve did a great job.  They used a proprietary coating which is superior and will last longer than the material recommended by several other roofing companies.  Both of the guys were very professional, friendly and polite.  They also inspected my tile roof and did several minor repairs.  The re-coating job was done on time and the cost was very competitive.  Highly recommended.

They were very quick to respond to my request to have somebody come out and look at my roof as well as very quick and responsive to get me my quote. It was a difficult decision for me to make but unfortunately I didn't get to use them due to the cost, but highly recommend them even though I didn't have the opportunity to use them.

I contacted a number of roofing companies in my area and actually had four quotes given to me for the repair work I needed to be done on my home.   Robert and Jacob came out gave me a detailed explanation as to how they would fix my tile and foam roof and gave me a very fair estimate. It wasn't the cheapest estimate but it was the most detailed and what I believe to be the best repair for me and for the people who are purchasing my home. They came out a week after I signed the work order and started the job. Jacob was one of the hardest working people I have ever seen. I was looking for a reliable, reasonable roofing company. Multiple bidders simply glanced at the roof and then wrote an estimate to completely replace. Derek from Caliber did a complete evaluation and a gave me options on repair/replace and provided pros/cons. The crew was on time, clean & courteous.  Anytime I run across someone with a roof issue, I will refer them to Caliber.

Shane was able to show up quickly for a quote on repair for my roof, gave me a reasonable and affordable estimate, and was able to do the work there on the spot. He sent photos and a description of the work he did and what to expect. Great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone!

We just had our 28 year old tile roof and skylights replaced by German Roofing. My neighbor had recommended them to my husband and I had read all of the positive reviews on Yelp.
 I cannot say enough good things about this company. Carlos came out and gave us the estimate and we decided to use them. The 3 guys that came out to do the work were very very hard workers. Every evening before they left they cleaned up any debris that was on the ground. Everyday they showed up on time and put in a full days work!  We had put off getting the work done because I was afraid of getting ripped off but that was not the case with German Roofing. They were reliable and dependable and I highly recommend using them!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Eric and his team worked with me on a roof repair due to monsoon storm damage. They had great customer service, and the team did an excellent job doing the repair. Russ was on top of the situation and followed up with me when the work was completed. We had some roof damage after a recent storm on July 3rd.  I went to Rosie On The House to get names of roofing companies and started emailing.  Lyons was the first company that called, Katherine, even on the holiday weekend.  We set up an appointment for an estimate of a new roof as ours was 22 years old.

Jim Blackmon, the estimator, was first of all, early for the appointment, impressive.  The presentation was very professional right from the start.  The detail of the portfolio was impressive to me as I am a very detail oriented person.  The numerous pictures taken and Jim's ability and experience to answer all my questions was great.  

The pricing was a bit of a challenge compared to the other two estimates, but we were able to arrive at a compromise.  Today, we made the decision to contract with Lyons for our new roof.  And, yes, Jim was again early for us to sign the contract.  It was based on detail and precisiveness, timely customer service and Jim's knowledge to accurately portray what we needed done.

The roof will begin the week of 6/28/14.  I hope we will be as happy with the actual replacement as we have been from the beginning.
