Apex was very responsive and provided a fair quote for the work requested.  The installer was on time and very professional.  The work completed, which was installation of a Tesla Wall Connector was timely and done without any issues.  Apex is highly recommended.

You took time out of your day to help me, so of course I will return the favor to let people know how helpful you were and how much I appreciate the help.  Called because of a dead refrigerator, computer, garage door opener, and washer/dryer -- on separate circuits without tripped circuits.  Sean helped me to hunt down a GFCI that had tripped that was in line with all the other items.  Reset and everything back up with no pain or angst.  Thanks for being willing to do the over-the-phone investigation!

I hired Ismart on a couple occasions and he has always done a wonderful job. He replaced my old sub panel as I needed more breaker spots. The work was done very quickly, but most importantly correctly! It went very smoothly. Ismart was very respectful to my place as he laid down plastic everywhere he worked and even wore booties inside the house. In addition to the sub panel, Ismart Installed a whole house surge protector (Other electricians didn't want do it / didn't know how), and installed/ran 3 new 20 amp outlets. Two of the 20 amp outlets required Ismart to climb through the attic which is small and down sloping. We didn't know if we were able to run 20 amp lines thru the attic and up to the loft, but ismart was determined and was able to do it.

If you need an electrician and want it done right the first time, call Ismart. He's worth every penny.

We had a bit of flickering lights suddenly at the house over a few days.  Called McFall Electric asking them to come to the house to give it a check.  I received a quick response from Dan.  Explained our situation, he asked a few questions and then suggested that I contact SDG&E first to see if they could come out for a free service to check out our problem.  If they found it to be an outside line, then SDG&E will fix it for free; if it's an inside line, then I'd have to call a private electrician, similar to McFall (at cost).  So, I took Dan's advice; SDG&E discovered 2 burned out cables at the street box--not inside, but outside problem.  They fixed the problem and we saved ourselves time and money.  Thank you, Dan!  Truly appreciate your help on this one.

I called Gleason to install a new chandelier where there was no electrical in the ceiling. I was forewarned that drywall repair may be needed.. They came, installed perfectly (despite no attic access), added a dimner. Fast and professional.

I highly recommend Pacific Beach Electric.  Owner, Declan Kidd, does excellent work and is  easy to work with.  My family has lived in Pacific Beach for many years.  Over the years, Declan has done a number of jobs for our family.  Recently, I had my first experience working with him.  Our insurance company informed us that our outdated electrical panel had to be replaced due to fire risk. Based on advice from a local contractor and online reviews, I asked for bids from three local electrical contractors.  PB Electric was the lowest bid.  Once required SDG&E approvals were received Declan completed the work quickly.  I especiallyy appreciated Declan minimizing the out of service time as he changed over to the new panel.

I called Rod's Electric to come out and troubleshoot an issue I was having with a circuit breaker that kept tripping. Every time I tried to reset it it would make a buzzing sound and trip the breaker again. I tried to troubleshoot The issue myself the best I could but just could not figure out why it was tripping. Rod's electric came out and I explained the situation and showed him what was going on. He began to troubleshoot the entire system by eliminating one socket and switch at a time using his fault detector. He was able to locate the source of the problem which turned out to be a wire all the way in the back of my house in the patio covering that was arcing and shorting out the entire house on that breaker. Rod was very methodical in eliminating what it could possibly be until he is finally able to find the source of the short. Rod was very friendly and professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Rod's electric to anyone that needs any electrical work done.

Owner, Chris Lange, helped me with a Mini-Split AC installation that included installing a new 240V circuit, cleaned up a messy main electrical panel, helped me get my electrical meter mounted inspected and mounted by the City and SDGE, and installed a Neurio Home Energy Monitoring Device.  Chris was exceptional to work with.  I highly recommend him.  

Chris is a professional through and extremely knowledgable.  He made recommendations and suggestions for my project that were valuable in the final result.  He does excellent work.  I will engage Chris again as I install a solar system to offset my AC costs.

Update June 2017:  Chris installed a 1024W grid tied collar system in my house.  He upgraded my existing electrical panel, installed the solar kit rails, panels, micro inverters, all new grounding, switches and wiring.  He also applied for the permits and followed through with the inspections.  Top notch work.  Chris is super reliable and does amazing work.  Thoughtful and precise in his work.  Save yourself thousands by purchasing the solar system components and have a Chris permit and install everything for you.
