BUYER BEWARE. We had a problem after attempting to install a nest thermostat. We called team Enoch and they were able to get us in quick but the service was terrible. They came out for two hours and did not solve the problem and were told a new technician would be coming out to help. We reached out multiple times with the same answer- the new technician will be coming out soon. The new technician never showed and the problem went unsolved. We went without A/C for over 24 hours in the hot summer and finally called a new company who came out and solved the problem. The wiring was very messed up when the new electrician arrived and he was impressed with the poor job they did. They did not follow through with the job they set out to do and did not communicate well. I would recommend a different company.

I have had several issues with our AC in our previous and in our new home too, I guess living in Texas you are not immune to AC problems. Diehl has always been on time, super fast and has fixed all the issues on the first try. He is also very knowledgeable about warranties and recalls and that saved us $500 one time that our AC died. He knew about a recall and got the part from the manufacturer for free. I could go on and on about his stellar work, but just know you are in the best hands. He is very hard working and honest. Absolutely recommend!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Avoid this company like the plague. I engaged them 3.5 years ago when I purchased my home to service my HVAC and install and monitor my alarm system. If I could leave 0 stars I would. See below for each specific incident:
1. Monitored alarm service. You are required to sign a 3 year contract from the get go and this contract renews annually afterwards. The service is outsourced to a completely separate company. You receive no notice at or near the end of the initial 3 year term. They expect you, like most people that do not keep 3 year running calendars, to remember to either cancel or renegotiate the contract. You are signed up and stuck with another year long, overpriced contract. You must also jump through hoops getting in touch with either Milestone or Alarm Funding associates in order to cancel this deceptive, ridiculous business practice. Their response was, this is what everyone does.
2. My AC/Furnace. Twice a year Milestone comes out to perform a service check upon the system. Every single time they have done this, they announced that my system is on its last legs and that I should engage them to replace it. What a deal, huh? 3.5 years later and it still blows hot and cold air without an issue. Right, these guys are not deceptive at all...
I was able to finally cancel the alarm service and will never do business with Milestone again. I hope my story helps others avoid this deceptive, scamming company.

I purchased an $8000 system the sales person told me on Thursday that the crew would arrive first thing Monday morning at 8 AM
the crew arrived at 1:30 PM after an hour that crew left because of a medical emergency the next crew stayed until 730 told my friend that they were done my friend has post concussion syndrome and cannot handle a hot home five minutes after they left power to the unit went out. I called customer service chandra told me the crew said ran them of.. absurd ive a security cam observed everything
Incidentally i observed one tech looking at items in my living room and later walked in my den and was looking at things; snooping around in a home is not part of any ac install imho
