Best Air Duct Cleaning in Dallas TX
Besides the install (builder's shoddy work), everything went very smooth. My water heater was installed for the price quoted plus a few dollars for extra parts needed. They were very professional and friendly. I had my water heater replaced on Monday and already hired them to install a couple of dedicated 20A circuits on my garage this Friday.

April '21: Big Bear replaced my air handler motor part# 60L21 ($209 at Amazon) and 75 minutes of labor...cost $872 (plus $89 diagnostic fee).
Have used these guys for a decade and was extremely happy with them, however Big Bear has changed ownership within the last year or two.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

Craig - OUR HOUSE IS LITERALLY RUMBLING DUE TO PRESSURE OR SOME TYPE OF VACUUM IN THE PLUMBLING LINES THAT BAKER BROTHERS INSTALLED. My husband and I have tried calling into your office 6 times over the last few weeks and every single time we get told that no one can help us except for you. We have patiently waited for your return phone call and never received it. Today I requested your email instead and since your office refused to share it, this is the only way I can get in touch with you.. To be clear, you did credit us $5000 for the faulty job your plumber, Chad, provided but that had nothing to do with this issue and we never agreed to waive the warranty on the work we had done. We are still paying you $13,000 for the remaining work and this needs to be rectified IMMEDIATELY. The $5000 was reimbursement for:
* Connected all plumbing to the wrong address - had to contact city to come out and reconnect to our address
* Forgot to move gas line in kitchen - had to pay another plumber to move
* Installed water heater in wrong place in attic - had to pay another plumber to move
* Kitchen sink drain installed in wrong place - had to pay cabinet installer to customize cabinets around this misplaced drain
* Installed shower mixer backwards in master bath - had to pay 3rd party to tear through wall on backside since tile was already installed and flip around
* Installed drain in master shower in wrong place - had to pay 3rd party to move and centralize in shower since your plumber put it off to the side of the shower
* Did not install proper support for weight of water heater in attic - had to pay 3rd party to rebuild flooring under water heater
* Threw away lid of brand new toilet - Baker Brothers did replace toilet after we had Craig (CEO) out to our house
* Installed plumbing lines in guest bathroom for 24 vanity when we had a 36 vanity- Baker Brothers did move this line after we had Craig (CEO) out to our house
* Installed plumbing lines at wrong height and width for master vanity - Baker Brothers did move this after we had Craig (CEO) out to our house
* Installed plumbing lines for clothes washer outside of wall instead of inside wall - Baker Brothers did move this after we had Craig (CEO) out to our house
* Installed toilet in guest bathroom in wrong location that blocked shower door from opening - Baker Brothers did move this after we had Craig (CEO) out to our house
* All of Baker Brothers mistakes added 3 extra weeks onto our renovation timeline and stalled other jobs from starting (like bathroom tiling and kitchen cabinet installation)
This pressure and rumbling within the pipes has nothing to do with any of the mistakes of $5000 credit listed above. This falls under the $13,000 that we are still paying you for and that is covered under our warranty. Please contact us immediately to get this fixed. We already paid another plumber to come out and try to fix this but he said that the brand new line Baker Brothers installed from our house to the sewer has sharp angles that are causing clogs and air bubbles and will cost THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to fix. The tech showed up on time and was polite when diagnosing the problem. I already knew exactly the part that needed to be replaced and had priced it at Lowes/Home Depot, but wanted the comfort of a trained technician installing it. I was fine paying a professional for this. The part was $150 at every local hardware store, and of course Milestone would get that at wholesale and resell it to me with a markup, that's fine. So I figured $150 for the part + $150 an hour for a repairman (that's reasonable based on my research) + $100 for a service call. So I was thinking maybe $400-450. That was fair and generous.
Milestone supplied the item, installed it in 30 minutes and the total bill was nearly $700 !!!! Again for a part that costs $150 at retail and took half an hour to install. He agreed to discount it a bit to around $600 after I told him I was surprised with the price. That took a call to a Manager and the Tech making me feel like I was really getting a deal. It was still overpriced from my math, but what else could I do at that moment. I had taken off work and it needed to be done.
Then comes the upsell part - Sir did you know we offer a maintenance program? I wasn't ready to make a rush decision on that without looking over the coverage. Also, while I'm here I would like to go around and look at other areas of your home for possible issues. He showed me what he wanted to check and I politely said no you don't need to do that. He literally laughed in my face and said you don't want any of that? As if I was so stupid for declining, it was rude. I knew that was just a way for him to find something else to tell me that needed repairs and charge me a ridiculous rate. Ultimately I let him check these areas because he made the situation so awkward. He pointed out some things to improve, but told him I didn't have the time for the work that day, which I did not.
When he was leaving, he left me some paperwork on the maintenance program and was showing me pictures of the owners. He said the owners have grown this company so fast in a short period of time and were now in the process of just buying up every little company out there. From plumbing companies to electrical companies and that was their strategy, gobble up the little companies. I guess until they are the only ones left in town?
Overall, I was happy with the quality of work performed, the on-time appointment and the professionalism of the scheduling. However, I don't think I would ever use Milestone again because they aren't even remotely competitive on their price. I have no problem pay a premium for higher quality, reliable work being performed, but Milestone wasn't even reasonable in their pricing. I can only imagine what a bigger job would cost. Also all the up selling and the reviews here prove I'm not alone in my assessment.
I would look elsewhere.

Professional and on time. Atijuan, the technician, was right on time. He explained everything he was going to do at each step of the process. There were no surprises with his work or with the bill. He even vacuumed up when he was done!

Outstanding service! Heater quit working at 8:30 PM and they responded quickly and stayed until it was fixed. Returned the next day to make sure things were still working! Service technician was great!
