Best Air Duct Cleaning in Dallas TX

This is our second time using Rescue Air and we are very satisfied. Our service rep Roman was very knowledgeable and professional. We were able to get all our questions answered and make an informed decision. Their response times and communication throughout the whole process were incredible - texting, calling,etc to let me know exactly who would be showing up exactly when. Both times we've been able to get someone out to the house within a few business hours (Including Saturday)!

Needed AC drainage checked in a new house. I was able to get a quick appointment and the technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I found the service call price was extremely reasonable, and the quote for the repairs to be very fair.

I do NOT recommend this company at all!  The lack of customer service is beyond unacceptable.  I will not type a lot just read the texts and you can verify the phone number as being there's with screen shots attached.

We had an overflowing toilet. I called Jeff and left a message. He called me back within 5 minutes. He said he would be here within an hour, which he was. It took him 20 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. Very friendly and straightforward. I will definitely recommend him.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I am selling my house and the buyer's inspector convinced them that our water pressure was too high (86 psi & he said 80 was correct). Pressure is like money to me-the more the better!
Anyway they specified we have a pressure Reducing Valve on our side of the meter.
Donald was dispatched and he was great. He shook my hand when he introduced himself, called ahead to give me ETA and was even a little early. He located where the valve needed to be installed, dug up the yard and got everything done efficiently. He even hauled off the excess dirt & returned the sod to it's place. Donald adjusted the pressure using his gauge to 78 PSI.
I had a great experience and used an online coupon for $40. If the work had been $100 less I would add a 5th star. Plumbing is only cheap if you aren't paying the bill.

Didn't show and was going to charge $150 to shut off water supply for whole building which they weren't going to do. The building technician had to.

A-1 Air came out to do my Fall service.  They showed up as scheduled and did the work efficiently.  They offered suggestion for improving my system but were not pushy about my decline of these further services.  I am pleased with their service and would recommend them to friends.

When our air conditioning went out about a month ago, we had nice enough weather that I was able to spend a couple of days to find the best A/C system value.  After quotes from several A/C dealers in the area, I found Xtreme Air Services gave me the best overall quote, which was both reasonable and for a unit that was well-sized to my home.  Lindel could not have been more friendly and informative during the process, and his team were professional and did a great job on the install!  I would recommend Xtreme Air Services again to any of my family and friends.

Update: The safety switch on my A/C was triggered a few days ago because of a clog in our drainage lines (unrelated to the new install).  Samuel came out on his lunch break and spent two hours to find the clog and fix the problem.  He didn't charge us because of the recent A/C install.  This is how you build a long-term customers, and we plan to engage Xtreme Air in the future.

Loved the customer service.  Phone call to know they were coming including an email. The plumbers were great and answered all my questions. Plumbers were outstanding and even cleaned up the mess. Highly recommend and will use them again.

Terry S is an excellent plumber who was extremely focused and thorough in solving multiple
plumbing problems. Initially I was scared but his ability to solve each plumbing issue and there were many, gave me more confidence. His ability to instruct the client was commendable. I now have the knowledge to prevent further roof drainage issues.

The tech showed up on time, understood his business and did a great job with my summer tune-up. A little pricey on a capacitor (which is why he didn't get 5 stars) but overall a good job. I'll use them again...but I'll have my own capacitor just in case.

These guys are great. I called and they immediately had someone on the way. Very polite and professional, easy to get ahold of, honest, and charged a fair rate for the job. I'll definitely call them again next time we need help.
