Best Air Duct Cleaning in Dallas TX

We had a wonderful experience with Rescue Air Heating and Cooling.  From the very first person, Gary, that my husband talked to, to the ladies on the phone, and to the men who installed our air conditioner/heating system, we had amazing service!  Everyone was very friendly, very professional, and did an amazing job.  We highly recommend Rescue Heating and Air!

Pleasure to deal with but it feels very weird when they send out two people to give me a $1,600 quote to install a water filter. Another company happily did it for under $200. What could explain this difference or do they just not expect you to bother contacting someone else?

Our Plumber was Brian. While my father was on vacation we discovered a gas leak, after calling the gas company, who came quickly and found three leaks, we call Dial One Johnson Plumbing. They sent Brian to fix our problem. He fixed the three leaks by replacing three valves and hoses. We ask if he could look at a stopped up bathtub. As he was trying to unstop the tub he found that the pipe under the house were rotted out. In fact after he got under the house he found several pipes and joints in the same condition. It took him several days to fix the piping and tub fixtures. Brian was always courteous and friendly. He apologized frequently for the inconveniences he was creating. Brian was a clean freak, always very concerned about messing up the house. In fact before he left for the last time he went around the house making sure he had not left anything that needed to be cleaned up. The price seemed a little high but for the time he was on the job (about 17-18 hours) it was OK.

I have used Force Home Services for the past 11 years.  They have been amazing.  I recently had my full HVAC system replaced and went from a basic system to one that is far more technologically advanced.  I have had a few issues....but FHS has been SUPER responsive.  Specifically Travis has been AMAZING!  FHS is a terrific partner!  Highly recommended!

Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional. We called at 9am with the problem and by 3pm our problem was fixed 100%. We've had a non working toilet for over a year and just like that Jeff diagnosed and fixed it. Turns out we had a screwdriver inside and he worked very hard to get it out. 100% satisfied

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I called over the weekend with a leaking kitchen sink (not an emergency). I got a call back first thing Monday morning to schedule the repair. They confirmed it wasn't an emergency and fit me in first thing Tuesday morning. Donald C was amazing! He called when he was on his way and got right to work on the sink. Not only did he figure out what was wrong within a few minutes, he also took the time to explain what was broken and how he was going to fix it. Donald also went out of his way to teach me basic garbage disposal maintenance which was very much appreciated. This has been one of the most pleasant repair experiences I've ever had. He was friendly and extremely efficient. I mentioned an old toilet in my guest bathroom that had been running constantly and he didn't hesitate to take a look at it since he had some extra time. He fixed the toilet as well in about 10 minutes and again took the time to explain what was wrong and what parts he would be replacing. The price for the work and replaced parts was extremely fair and worth every penny. I would highly recommend using KMP and be sure to request Donald C!!

All they do is hire Independent Licensed Plumbers or Electrictions and take a percentage of what ever they decide to charge you.  Had an outside leak, I dug the whole to find the pipe and cleaned it out, but I don't solder.  'Plumber' said 'well you did the hard part on finding the leak', then said it would be $800 for him to fix it.  I sent him on his way and went to Lowe's with pictures and was sold a compression valve and $15 later it was fixed.

A1 air is not reliable when it comes to keeping appointments...I have made an appointment with them a week ago.The day they supposed to come in they called to reschedule cos they were overbooked.I took the day off work.Now I have to take another day off work for this problem to be resolved.Thats bad customer service.

These folks are real nice when selling you a new system. And everything seemed to be going ok as they started the install. Then it began to turn into some sort of homeowner nightmare. The new 12k furnace all the sudden needs 10k worth of new ductwork, the electrician doesn't want to install the fixture he has been called out to because HE doesn't like that kind,and wants to replace them all with something else. As a homeowner I get do decide what fixtures I want in the house not the person installing them. Painters don't pick your paint color, and flooring guys doing pick your tile/carpeting.

As if that were not enough the gas hot water heater magically quit working the very night the gas furnace was installed. This seemed just a little too strange. Two service technicians were sent out to investigate determining that a new water was needed for 3000. Now, this just didn't seem right. PAID another company look and nothing is wrong with it. Extreme air had the gas cut off in the attic to the water heater.

A 12k furnace which is expensive enough nearly turned into a 26k ordeal. This has been beyond stressful.

Just began service with C. Woods Company. So far, so good. I called and scheduled a regular service for my air conditioning unit. The company responded promptly and the person on the phone recommended they also look at my heater.

The day before the appointment I got a text message asking me to confirm, and the day of the appointment I got another text message telling me who would be arriving at my door.

The bad news, for me, was that the heating unit for this house needed some work. The price was, perhaps, a bit on the high side, but this is not an area where I am trying to penny pinch. I find C. Woods to be prompt, reliable, professional and quick to diagnose and fix the problem.

I would recommend.

Stay away from this company for any plumbing needs. They are extremely expensive and they do a very poor job. I hired them twice; first time they did just Ok but pricey. Second time is when they blew it. I had water coming what appears to come from under ground inside my house. They charged me about ~$850 in two visits just to tell me I had a leak under ground (leak detection) and quoted me $10,000 to dig a tunnel under my house and repair the water leak (what???). I obviously requested 2 more opinions and Barbosa was totally wrong where the leak was and repair took less than 2 hours. (No digging, no tunnels, and noooo $10,000 dlls!!).
Yes I tried to politely call them and request my ~$850 back but they ignored me.
I don't recommend them and will never use them again.

Our AC unit when out out of nowhere! We purchased our house new in 2018. I called my builders and they said it was out of warranty, I was shocked. So I went on to search for an AC company near me and they came up and had great reviews I thought to give them a shot. John was a really nice guy, as soon as he arrived started checking out the unit. Within 30 minutes he brings me out and tells me that it's not my unit. but something exploded. Turned out the part was under warranty!!!!!

Overall experience was absolutely amazing, they even pressure washed my units so they wouldn't over heat from all the dirt! Definitely recommend them.

Called this company yesterday as we are needing a plumber ASAP.  We spoke to someone and they said they would call back in a hour to let us know what was available. After waiting a little over an hour my husband had to call back only to be told they would get back to us with a time. Here it is next day at 9:04 and still have not heard back. Poor customer service.  Will not be doing business with this company.
