I've been using Anthony's electric for a long time. Have recommended him to several friends and they are always happy with his work. It's hard to find a reliable electrician that won't break your bank. I also like the fact that he is a master electrician. He explains everything he does in detail and is honest with pricing. Definitely the best if your in the Dallas area.

I just had Caddell Electric (I first found them through The Good Contractor's List) out for a 2nd job and the Lance was AWESOME!  They are always clean, courteous and get the job done the right way!  Highly recommend!

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. Had Arrow electric come out and update my houses main power, line in from pole and box. They did a great job and were very professional. Almost half the price of another major DFW company for the same quality product. Alberto did very good work.

4 stars not 5 because they left a dry wall hole behind my box and I have yet to hear from the City for my inspection. This could be the city not arrow but I don't think so.

Thanks again arrow, I will be a future customer.

City inspection was not arrows fault. My wife didn't set it up. So five stars for arrow and two stars for my wife. They got the dry wall patched up great.

I have never felt more ripped off by an electrician. I would never use again and would encourage others not to take the chance.

Terrible service...unprofessional technicians worked slow and could not even complete a simple ceiling fan installation. Then billed $300. Never hire this company.

Needed one plug installed in the garage. Flexible scheduling worked with my schedule. Electrician arrived on time and was very profession looking. Took time to put on and take off shoe covers when entering the house. Price was higher than I thought for scope of work, but this is my first time using an electrician so I have nothing to base the price on. If I was familiar with market price and they were comparatively proved, I'd give 5 stars.

Super service today from Darryl. Problem identified quickly, explained clearly, and solved in a cost effective manner. Darryl also saw one other issue that could have turned major, and suggested a no cost solution.

Our oven was out commission for almost 2 months until Macarther Carter came and did various troubleshooting that other technician's did not think or want to try. He went above and beyond to try and get the it fixed and eventually ended up going out his way and replacing the wiring that an appliance technician should have done. Really appreciate his hard work and would recommend his services 10 out of 10!

Adis Electric was great!  I contacted Adis on a Saturday and he promptly answered my phone call.  He explained he was currently working a job but would come out that day to investigate my issue.  He explained my options, provided an accurate estimate of the cost of the work.  He and his team arrived on our scheduled day just a few days later and completed the work quickly.  My pool motor and outdoor kitchen lighting are working great now.  (the previous owner must have used an unlicensed handyman).  I would highly recommend Adis for his professionalism as well as his advice.  Thanks Adis!

Very prompt.  We have a light fixture installed.  Julio was in and out in no time.  He called me back the same day I called for an appointment.  He was willing to come out and work on a Sunday, and if we didn't have some place to be we would have taken him up on his offer.  I thought his pricing was great as well.

Our 11 yr old unit went out.  1st AC guy came and after many tries to diagnose the problem said it was a $5k repair.  So naturally I said I need a 2nd opinion.  Well next guy said we need a new unit: another $5000 bid.  So after some research we found Big Bear:  wow turns out we just needed a new capacitor a $186 part.  It went out and caused the compressor to overheat.... The compressor is fine.  He was here less than 45 min and did the repair.  Wow!!  After having it explained to me it seemed pretty basic.  When the capacitor goes out the compressor has to overcompensate and do more work.  So it overheated!!!  Anyhoo... I expect to have to replace these units one day but seriously a $5k bid for a $200 job is just plain robbery. #ibigbear

We truly truly appreciate Legacy Electric. Long story short. Texas A/C &Heat came out and basically didn't complete the job. The left wires disconnect and everything. They told us we needed an electrician. So, they contact our home warranty company to let them know. Legacy Electric was contracted to come out. Logan (the lead Technician) with Legacy Electric came out and teseted our electricity and checked our braker box. He said everything was working great. Lucky for us he is a licensed HVAC tech also. He went and checked our unit. Reconnected the wires there and to our thermostat and put the panel back on, waited a total of 5 MINUTES!!! and our unit was working. He is a very very nice person. We even talked about our dogs. Very professional work. We feel very luck to have had Logan with Legacy Electric come out. SHOUT OUT TO LOGAN!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH. This company was referred to me by a contractor that I use.
I had an electrical outlet that arcing and this was not something to screw around with.

I called them and they came out the following day. They looked at everything and told me that I had a loose and fraying wire. They fixed everything and then checked it all again to make sure everything was working before they left.
It is been a couple months and I've had no problem with the outlet sense!

These guys seem like good old, hard-working country guys and I would trust them with any estimate or work they did. The price they charge was fair because I don't mess with electricity!
I don't feel that I was ripped off in any way.

No-showed my appointment with no call.
Sent two emails to confirm the date and time..it took them 3 days to get back to me which should have given me an indication of the level of service.  Look elsewhere.
