Called about 3 items, full house surge, new thermostats and GFI check.  All was fine and I emailed info and asked for help with choosing best items. Never heard back! Called and left message and again, never heard back.

I found Caddell Electric through The Good Contractor's List. My need was not an emergency; therefore, being scheduled a week out was not a problem. I was called 30 minutes prior to the electricians' arrival. Lance and Elijah showed up on time, evaluated my need and provided a quote for the work. Additionally, they suggested another electrical issue that was a safety issue. They provided a quote for that work without pressuring me for the sale. I found them courteous and very knowledgeable. I will use them again if needed.

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

Duggar electric has been to our home many times. We moved into an older home 5 years ago. We've had outlets added, had a new panel put in. They are professional, on time, and do excellent work. Their rates are extremely reasonable.  We highly recommend them for any electrical work!

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. My wife and I moved into our first home recently and we needed to update a lot of electrical plugs, outlets, and needed to replace our fuse box as well. We received multiple quotes from other companies and no one even came close to the price that arrow gave us. They have the best prices around, but what was even better than their price was the amazing service that we received! Josh was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! In the future we will only have Josh and arrow electric do work for us in our home.

Professional and on time. Atijuan, the technician, was right on time. He explained everything he was going to do at each step of the process. There were no surprises with his work or with the bill. He even vacuumed up when he was done!

called for two outlets out at my house waited a week for them to come and while I was at work my wife at home the tech came out spend 5 hours looking for the problem, I called my wife and asked her if they found anything after 5 hrs. was told no but the tech is having a lot of problems and not doing too well. I called the company and advised them to remove the tech from my house and I will seek other company for repairs. on my days off I NOT A PRO AT ELECTRIAL went down and bought wire and breaker and rewired the whole circuit under two hours and repaired it,,, I called the owner and he sent me a bill for $379.00 dollars he thought that was fair . well im going to pay the bill and hope  this will help others when electrical repairs are needed who to call. ?  thanks Richardson electric for all you tried to do

I had a great experience with Mister Sparky. Rick, the technician,  was a true professional,  on time,  courteous, and provided great advice on replacing my old smoke detectors  and adding two surge protectors to my breaker boxes. I highly recommend them.

I engaged McBride to install two ceiling fans at my house. The installer, Justin, did an excellent job on both and I'm very pleased with Justin and the work he did for me. For my next electrical project I will be calling McBride.

Our oven was out commission for almost 2 months until Macarther Carter came and did various troubleshooting that other technician's did not think or want to try. He went above and beyond to try and get the it fixed and eventually ended up going out his way and replacing the wiring that an appliance technician should have done. Really appreciate his hard work and would recommend his services 10 out of 10!

We've used Arrow to install new lights in our kitchen and then to remedy items in our home found during an inspection.  

Both times Arrow did a fantastic job, they were professional and timely.  And, best of all they are reasonably priced.  Our bid for replacing our lights was a couple hundred dollars less than other quotes!

When we used them to remedy inspection items, they noted items on the inspection report that were false and explained why.  Next he found a very serious is so that wasn't even addressed in our property inspection report!  He fixed all issues for a reasonable price.  

Arrow is also able to address your concerns with in an appropriate time frame.  In both cases I called them and they were at my house the next day.

We are now building a new house and we will be using them to install all of our new lighting.

They wasted my day.  They promised to send someone for an estimate.  I take time off from work then at the end of the day they don't show up and when I call back they tell me that I did not have an appoitment!!  Very unprofessional and I will not be using them.

I called Julio to do an electrical inspection of our rented house. After having a Zinsco panel replaced and learning that the house had aluminum wiring, I wanted to be sure that everything was 100% safe.

He was very honest and didn't charge us anything for the inspection! Highly recommend.

Had an electrical issue that made it to where our garage wasn't opening. Paschal sent someone out the same day and the issue was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Great/friendly/fast service all around.

This is absolutely the worst electrician company out there. The tech by the name of Hunter came to my house and did absolutely nothing to fix my outlet and then tried to charge me for 5 hours and some random materials. I then called the office and spoke to a girl names Sarah who was absolutely no help and hung up on me. She said that she knows the tech fixed the issue and it must be my fault its broken again. I also got Jamon and he is the rudest person Ive ever talked to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I tried contacting these folks multiple times. A somewhat curt and rude woman named Conny said she'd take our info down and have the owner call us. Two days passed so I left another message with her. She seemed disorganized and sure enough a week later I did not hear back.

I would not waste time trying to hire these folks. It doesn't sound like they are client oriented or responsive from my experience.

A month after I receive the FAKE invoice and it was supposedly taken care of a woman called my cell phone 6 times in a row demanding I pay for work they did not perform or even show up for, after I got upset I started to use foul language. The owner responded by criticizing me on yelp about my curse words. This was an intentional SCAM and the lady was bound and determined to scam me out of money. I personally warn people of this business about being a scam artist.
