I have used this company twice now and excellent service both times. The electrician was prompt, courteous. and knew exactly how to fix my problem, both times i called them to my house. Extra parts are on the truck so they get the job done faster than other electricians.

My ac unit keep tripping the breaker and the ac company suggested I call an electrician and I looked up this on the internet and found Will power electric and liked the reviews and they didn't lie.  He was very nice and polite, prompt, he was here when he said he would be. very reasonable for the prices, however he got me up and running and no problems now. I will use him again.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

I have used Viktor's company a few times. He has installed our Tesla home wall connector, added multiple outlets inside and out of my home, and installed Samsung Frame tv. He was always on time, friendly, responded to calls and text within a timely manner, cleaned up after each project, honest, and always updated me as he went along. We were very happy with Custom Electric and would defiantly use them again.

I was looking for a few updates to my house and adding electrical outlets outdoors for Christmas lights. Denny came out to take a look. He was very professional and assured me everything I was looking for was doable. We scheduled immediately and Pierce came out to do the jobs.
Pierce was great and really listened to what I was looking for. He helped troubleshoot the best solution for one of my request and I am very appreciative for the final solution. He was willing to answer other questions I had and very informative. Highly recommend and would use again.

These folks did a great job on electric service required for our Pool. Attic insulation had to removed in area that Pool pump electrical needed to out. Once Pool pump was up and operational, we called to have the attic insulation repaired to original state. They came right out and did a great job moving all the disturbed insulation back in place. We are now ready for winter!  Have also used them for breaker replacement in the main service panel.

These are my go-to electricians for problems both big and small.  I really appreciate the women on the phone when I call needing an appointment.  They always manage to schedule me quickly, even though I have a complicated schedule.  They arrive in marked company service trucks. The electricians call before knocking on the door, which is also nice.  They typically work very quietly and quickly.  I've never been disappointed.

I'm a big fan of this company.  My only suggestion might be to add the extra touch of cleaning up around where they worked.  Lots of other home services do that, and it really is a nice touch.  But that's a minor point.  I'll continue to use this company for all my electrical needs.

I've always been skeptical of those three and four-hour blocks of time you have to wait for a service at your home and now I'm convinced they're a farce. We had C&B out for an issue with our breaker panel and was told if the problem continued they would have to come back and would need access behind our fridge, which is a 48 Subzero. If you're familiar with Subzero, the built-ins are -not- easy to move. C&B technicians are not allowed to move anything blocking an outlet. Okay, that's fine. We contacted a mover to come out just to move the fridge. Of course we would have to pay for this service. I called C&B and was very pleasantly surprised that the company was willing to work with us on coordinating getting their technician to our home at the same time as the mover. I was told we would be first on the list in their 8-11 am window, that a technician could get to our house around 8:30-9:00 am. I even confirmed this the day before the scheduled appointment.

So, you can imagine my dismay when the mover arrived shortly after 8:30 am and the electrician hadn't shown up by 9:30. What time did someone from C&B get to our house? Not until 10:15 am. This, despite repeated calls to the company, when I was informed that it's just a window. Well, if we were first on the list, what was the technician doing from 8-10 am?

Then, when he did arrive, lo and behold it was a bad breaker, which is what we thought it was! So the fridge apparently didn't need to be moved after all. But, we had to pay the mover additional money to come back and reinstall the fridge, and now we're also going to have to pay to have the wood floor repaired because the heavy fridge scraped the floor (okay, maybe that last part has nothing to do with C&B, but I'm ranting here). If C&B had shown up when they said they would, perhaps we wouldn't have had to move the fridge.

If you have an appt with C&B, you may as well go ahead and run those morning errands, go work out, go hang out at a coffee shop, because rest assured no one will show up until at least 10 am. It sounds like the morning window should be 10-11 am, not 8-11.

We just bought a new home and our realtor recommended we use Bolen to fulfill many needs before we moved in. They came before we were out of our option period and provided a very thorough inspection (way better than our home inspector). Bolen uncovered many issues in our 1960's build where remodeling hadn't been done correctly or things weren't up to code. Once we took possession of the home, they came in and fixed everything before we moved in. The technicians were pleasant and thorough. I feel like my home is safe. We're continuing to build a list of things we need future help with (switches and new lights, etc) to have them come out for a second trip in the months to come.

Terrible customer service. Scheduled an appt. They called to cancel the appt at the end of the 4 hour window they should have shown up. Rescheduled the appt for a week later. Called again to cancel during the 4 hour window. Don't bother getting them if you want to actually get the job done on time. Had to miss work twice and both times they let me down.

Fast and friendly service with very fair pricing. Olson is my go to electrician from now on.

The contractor showed up late and spent maybe 20 minutes
listening to our problems to be solved and in that time fixed
a faulty 3 way switch (the easiest to solve) and left.  The more
major problems were left to our confusion as to why we called
them in the first place and why $160.00 got us to our stupidity
and distrust for all contractors in Dallas.  They are without
integrity and the expected professionalism from our community.

No show two times booked through Choice Home Warranty.
Rude and unconcerned after multiple contacts to schedule and reschedule and reschedule. Never call never use list! Wow, they need serious customer service training or get out of the business!

I hired Jim Hicks to Install 2 lights for my camera back of an envelope to be hot at all times and repair 1 dusk to dawn light and quoted me on paper $201.50.   However, he wired them to the dusk to dawn lights which was not what I wanted.  He did the back yard and fixed the light under the carport and charged me $220.00.  Then said he would be back and give me a bill.  He showed up on the 13th which was Sunday and did not call and put an illegal connector on my front light which would have gotten me a ticket from the City of Dallas. and charged me an additional $40.00.  I then had to hired another electrician to fix the problem.  He also did not wire the back correctly and they had to fix it because the wires were hanging out.  The second electrician cost me $639.99.  I beleive he owes me that money.  He did not do what he agreed to do and ripped me off and did not give me a bill.  DO NOT USE THIS GUY.  He also made me lose $55.00 on my home warranty due to his lack of respect and no bill.
