Stefan was prompt from beginning to end.  He responded in a timely manner to the initial inquiry for quotes on Yelp, and was timely in all follow up communications.  He provided a fixed fee for the work.

He came on-time and rapidly assessed the work to be done (replacing under cabinet lights, replacing wall switch). He also provided an alert on a GFCI wall switch that was likely to fail in the near future.  I happened to have a spare outlet, which he installed for no added cost. - saving me a future trip and inconvenience when the outlet failed.

He worked quickly and cleaned up the countertops (from dust when drilling) when he was finished.  He explained the controls on each fixture, as well as noted that the dimmer switch causes a buzzing sound from the lights (Home Depot told me that this was the correct switch for the lights, turns out it is not - it works fine, there is just that buzzing sound).

We had some outlets and a light fixture go out in our rental unit. Happened to find Sims and Sons on here and gave them a call due to their good reviews. After less than a day of texting they had a tech come to fix the problem within 2 days. Anel was a great help and he even came early (with a good amount of warning and communication on timelines).

The issue was thankfully very simple, and both Anel and HQ were in constant contact as they worked through the possible solutions and what it might take to fix them. Should I need anything else done, I'll call them in a heartbeat.

Rodrigo was extremely knowledgeable, on time, nice, pointed out issues, fixed problem with old electrical line and removing it which is why I called, all within an hour.  Having him quote me on other projects immediately.  Good prices, use them.

Absolutely best electrician I've ever hired! I am currently working on a kitchen/office remodel and Joe did a great job with everything. He installed can lights, outlets, switches, and so much more. At first I thought it was a small job, but then it led to a larger project. He was on time every day and was always able to squeeze me into his busy schedule. Worked fast but correctly. He really knows his stuff. I will call him again for all my future electrical needs! :-)  A++ in my book. 6 stars if I could.

So I just purchased a new home and having some circuit breaker issues. Found Chris on Yelp very nice guy. Very responsive. This is a great handyman service - I had a leaking toilet that they came out to fix. 8 months later, the problem recurred, and I was dreading paying for someone come out again. I spoke with Fixer and they were happy to do a follow-up repair free of charge. Really quality customer service!

Had some electrical troubles in our new house we needed fixed and addressed. Ryan was out at my house within an hour of calling him. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He took the time to not only do a thorough job but explain everything he did each step of the way. I called Highlights Chicago late Monday night because the conduit pipe attached to our two flat building came down due to ice buildup from all the snow. Within an hour, received a call from Boz to discuss the job details and he came out the next morning to survey the problem and provide the job proposal. Today, our electrician Daniel came to the property and fixed our issue. Noel was great to work with and they did great work.  I wanted new lighting in several rooms in my house.  He gave me a fair estimate, was quick to schedule the work, and made recommendations based on what I wanted.  I would highly recommend them and I am glad to say that I have an electrician for any future projects.

The power to my garage suddenly went out and I suspected a short. I posted a request for quote on Saturday night and Victor responded quickly and was available within a day at a reasonable price.
