All of the companies advertise 24 hour same day service and it's not true. Stefan is the exception to that. I was having smoke detector issues and he was able to come fix it two hours after I called. He was prompt and quick. He fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He was also super friendly and professional.

Darrell and his partner tackled a problem that had been lingering for months, which other electricians were unable to figure out.  They were amazingly responsive, professional, and thorough.  Never rushing to get the job done, but instead making sure that it was done 100% right.  They came out a couple times, even on evening time, and were a delight to work with.  Will not mess around with other companies in the future, they are my go-to for anything electric (and likely some upcoming plumbing), and I would highly recommend them to anyone working for the same.

This was the second visit from Joe. This time it was an additional light and switch I needed installed in a closet.  Joe came out less than 24 hours later, had everything required for the installation, and very quickly had the service run and the switch and light installed.  I highly recommend Joe for any electrical work in your home.

For all you single women, first time homeowners, who are getting ripped off out there, search no more. Chris is an honest professional. He's done mutliple jobs at my place now and trust me, I've searched the quotes. His work is clean, up to code, and even educates me on the do's and don'ts. For me, this goes a long way. His communication is exceptional, his thoroughness is easily visible, and he keeps it real. when you find a good contractor you share him, because there are a lot of contractors out there that are so demanding and the job is total trash ass. That's the worst.

We are in the process of tearing down a house we recently purchased, and hired Rogelio at Alex Electrical to cut the main electrical line from the pole to the house, as well as remove the cable lines, the electric meter, and the electric box in the house. Rogelio was extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, professional, and got the job done in less time than the estimate. After attempting to install a new light fixture myself I ran into an electrical road block.  Jose of Tweaks & Finishes responded promptly to my request for an estimate, and scheduled the service call for the same day!  Jose, accompanied by Rodney arrived on time, and treated me and my home with such care and respect.  Jose was extremely knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed my electrical problem-explaining the issue(s) found along the way.  A quick replacement of a burnt out dimmer switch restored my lighting, and mended the mess I created. Jose and Rodney also cleaned up the wires behind my many wall switches which they found to be a safety hazard, and installed my new ceiling light-all at a reasonable price within my budget.  Both gentlemen were kind, professional, and mindful-cleaning up after any small mess that was made.  I am thankful to have found Tweaks & Finishes, I am looking forward to using them again in the future for a painting project. Boy would I love to give this place a review based on their work but I've called them three times and not a single call back. I've left detailed voicemail messages. Communication is non-existent.

These guys went above and beyond. I bought a new unit in my building and there were a few items I'd planned (fixture changes, sconces, outlet tests) and a few I didn't (2 broken breakers, and a few other complications). Jose was professional, polite, and very helpful. I knew just enough electrical to get part way on some of the projects then got stuck. He made above and beyond trips for parts on short notice and was very easy to work with, both him and his assistance for the heavy lifting. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and in case you need them to be insured for your homeowners association, they quickly provided this as well.

Quick service and installation of a tricky light fixture! Took two hours for a new chandelier, but that was with needing to do a little re-wiring. Professional and easy to work with!

I can't say enough good things about LMV. We were stuck in a nightmare of electrical work after a previous owner of our house left a big mess. We had a few other electricians come out to quote before Lucas, and none of them were as professional or knowledgeable. LMV was the only place we worked with where we didn't feel like we were constantly being sold on additional, unnecessary work.
