Stefan had the fastest response time and was available the next day. He fixed a ceiling fan, installed a new track light, and replaced to gfci outlets. He did in just 75 mins. He was a really nice guy and offered to throw the old fixture out for me.

Their service was highly responsive.  An electrician was on the way  to my home within twenty minutes of my request for service.  Enis was exceptionally helpful and offered alternatives for fixture replacements which best suited our needs.  He cleaned up afterword and even took our ladder down for us.  Enis really went the extra mile to resolve our problems and was very professional.  Full Covid safety measure too.

Our main circuit breaker panel short circuited from water damage and we were out of power for a couple days during very cold weather.

I called Marcus and he had a team at our house on Monday (a holiday) and they replaced everything and had our power up and running in less than 8 hours.  They were on time professional polite and cleaned up after themselves.

Marcus came out with them to start the job made sure they had everything they needed and then came and inspected all of their work when they were done.  

I cannot express how impressed I was with the entire experience.  We were quoted $1200 more by the first electrician our warranty company sent out and a 2-3 day completion for less work.  He was not professional and had his son with him and made me very uncomfortable.

I am so glad I called Marcus. Great communication and fair pricing.

Ted confirmed a day for inspection, but on the day he couldn't promise a time or even confirm if he was going to make it, which burned a lot of my time. He did eventually show, but his inspection took 60 minutes when other electricians inspected in 15. Once finished with the inspection he assured me an estimate. After 3 days I asked when I should expect an estimate and he responded with I'm going to give you a no quote because I'm slammed until October, which completely contradicted what he'd said in person.

Joe arrived right on time.  He was prepared for the job and only had to go to his truck once for additional parts.  He was efficient, the job was done well and the price was reasonable.  I would highly recommend Joe for your electric needs.

Chris was AMAZING! He was super reliable and took such great care in my forever home. He has come back twice and each time he has exceeded my expectations and I've already given his info to many friends who could use some electrical work. He hung 3  huge chandeliers with care and even made one work that didn't come with the parts needed from the manufacturer. He then hung an additional 6 other lights and even changed all my lightbulbs so they matched in color!

He also came back and hung two tvs for me the second visit which I can assure you will not be his last!

My shower needed a much needed chalk and mortar job and my kitchen sink needed chalking. On time, efficient and convenient adjustment to do the motor in the shower as well. I love that he recommended what needed to be done, and completed the job beautifully. I love how efficient and professional you are. So I reached out to this company through Yelp about a month ago.
At first they seemed quick to respond and willing to help but I still do not have a response for the work I wanted done.

A gentleman contacted me and asked a few questions and then gave me a time and date to come look at the house for estimates. He was late to the appoint by nearly an hour due to a car appointment running over longer than expected.

He gave me some solid advice saying to look into my internet provide to get the work installed (I did, but tried again with no luck). I did appreciate the recommendation. I thought it was sweet.

After researching my internet provider again. I texted that same gentleman about getting work done.
No response. I texted him again about 2 days later only to be given a number of someone else because he was out of town.

I called the number and left a voicemail only to be never contacted. You win some you lose some.

Ryan is kind of a genius of electrical stuff. He fixed my kitchen outlets (1/2 my house plugs didn't work) and added light fixtures.  I plan on hiring him again.

FYI: when my kitchen outlets weren't working, I had another well-rated company come here.  They quoted me $4500, and I'm still not sure if they actually figured out what was wrong.  Ryan came and fixed the issue for much less and way quicker.

They showed up on time for the estimate and for the work / project.  There were no surprises and the work they did was perfect.  They were diligent about not making a mess, cautious about furniture, confirming the work that needed to be done, etc.  

The only reason it isn't a five star review was they are quite busy and were difficult to schedule the work, but once it was scheduled it all went very smoothly.  I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again!

We are in the process of tearing down a house we recently purchased, and hired Rogelio at Alex Electrical to cut the main electrical line from the pole to the house, as well as remove the cable lines, the electric meter, and the electric box in the house. Rogelio was extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, professional, and got the job done in less time than the estimate. They did an awesome job with a painting project at my townhouse! The painting looks great, and they were very reliable and pleasant to work with! There was clear communication throughout the process, and the job was finished very efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend and hire again in the future!

Jake and Lenox were a great team- they were efficient and were able to locate the source of our electrical problem. They replaced 2 GFI's and have literally brought light back into our lives! We'll definitely be using them again.

I am amazed at the experience we had with Blacklite.  We called on Saturday morning and Neville responded via text within minutes.  First, I must admit, I prefer the texting route as I can be much more comprehensive via written word AND if I forgot something, I can reference back to the text.  We scheduled for Monday, which was a holiday, but Neville squeezed us in.  Our plans changed as he arrived but Neville came with us to the hardware store to get supplies.  I cannot think of better service.  We had a vision but Neville's vision was even better than we had imagined.  It's so nice to have someone who obviously loves his job and gives great input.  We are so pleased and plan to call on Blacklite again when we need an electrician.

A++ in all aspects. I had great pleasure to hire Tom's company for our house project. The project included multiple rooms. Complete Bath and kitchen electrical renovation. Two bathrooms received outlets, switches, can lights and fans. The kitchen received  new can lights and outlets. Living room got new can lights. We also added wired smoke detectors throughout the house. Tom was a total professional when he came in for the estimate. Everything was explained so that there were no surprises any time during the project and he made sure that we understood the work that was going to take place. Prices were very competitive, and work was done in the time promised. Tom made sure that everything was done right, to code and left everything clean and spotless. I would definitely hire again. Highly recommended.

As a young, tech savvy professional, these guys not only met my expectations, but easily surpassed them.   Alltown Electric has always had and will always have my business both residentially and commercially.  They installed several RING door bell cameras and floodlights throughout the house, along with automatic timers for all our lights.  Noel, the business owner, is one of a kind.  His personality and demeanor shine through.  I am certain that his care is not only for his business, but his employees as well.  It is a well run professional business with proper leadership.  These guys are doing things right!
