wOw!!!!! Boy am I impressed with Matt and his protegé Cristian. From the beginning Matt on the phone was very professional, polite and came off as very knowledgable (instantly gave me vibes as the REAL DEAL). We eventually set a date and met for a walkthrough of what I wanted and he assessed the scope of work at hand and even gave me some options and pointers from his perspective which I really appreciated. Ultimately I felt he was on the same page as me and was truly looking out for my best Interest to help maximize what I was trying to accomplish. Amongst everything he did in terms of work not only was did he and Cristian exceed my expectations but it was done with such a level of professionalism that I have not seen much of in his trade. Cristian was equally fantastic and super helpful with questions I had and eager to learn from Matt. In lthe end my mind was blown with the quality of work, the professionalism and the fair price he charged. Matt and Cristian pulled power from my home and through underground trenching and using a conduit was able to provide safe power to my backyard gazebo and installed a chandelier which he assembled also and I added the Phillips hue multi color lightbulbs and now I am a super HAPPY CAMPER with my fabulous and cool backyard/gazebo oasis. Best value in the Bay! I was quoted $120/hr and the electrician, Devin, was efficient. It'd have been better had it been disclosed that driving time would be included in the number of hours, I wish the default were to wear booties (instead of having to ask), and I've been finding many wire sheathes from the stripped wire and other detritus from the job. But it ended up being $100 lower than others so overall I'm satisfied.

Dan did a great job installing our light fixtures. He was on time, fair with his pricing, and took the time needed to consult with us before the work began. I would recommend Dan to anyone!

worked with Wesley on all coordination and setup. His team was on time and accurate to figure out the work and deliver. I had lots of plugs changes to grounding as well as installing exhaust fans in the bathroom.I also had to rewire few circuits in my sub-panel.

All finished with no issues so far and I am happy with the prompt, clean services I got.

They are my go to guys for doing anything electrical from now on.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

Larry Strom just finished installing LED lights in my kitchen and worked on a number of other projects related to my kitchen remodel.  He first came out on a major holiday to  look at the job to be done, which impressed me, and was able be here very quickly when my contractor needed his assistance.   I couldn't have been happier with the work that he and his super nice assistant Danny did for me.  He is a true professional, very knowledgeable, personable and trustworthy, and he went out of his way to do a great job.  I was very very happy with the work that he did and would recommend him to others without reservation.

I am so impressed and happy with the service I just received from Lucas and Fitch electric. I was in a huge bind and Lucas was able to come out same day, and replace our breaker in less than 30 minutes. Lucas is super professional, very respectful of our home, and did a clean job, even tightening the screws so they face the same direction:) I have saved Fitch electric in my phone , because I will definitely use them again. Ben came out on a Friday evening to install an outlet for a new garage door opener. Solid guy, on time, messaged in advance and finished early, even under budget.

Jay rocks! He was nurturing and explained the technology, gave me sound advice on what I need to look out for moving forward.

Had a hard time getting this scheduled with the owner but once Jay arrived, all was well and my electrical issue is solved!

I wanted to post how happy we are to have worked with Dan Charles (Charles Electric). Dan put in my Generac to deal with all of the power outages we have in California.  Dan and his crew were extremely professional and did an amazing job installing my generator.  What normally takes months to get a generator, only took a couple of weeks.  If you are looking for a Generac,, I recommend Dan and his team.

They must be busy. Received a call back to text them to schedule an appointment. I texted them. Then they told me to email. I emailed, no reply.
I'll move on to the next. At least respond and say you are too busy!

We contacted Khalif through Yelp, and he was as advertised. He gave me a fair quote, prompt reply's and was on the dot at the appointment window . We needed a new outlet set up to replace out non working water heater with a tankless one. So we needed someone who had time the next day. He showed and explained what he was going to do and how he would do it. He cleaned up once he was done and that was that. If you want your job done with no hassle contact him now. We appreciate you Khalif.

As I write this review, I'm enjoying the handy work from Cham and his team, listening to the music from the audio system they set up for my place.  A few things to note:

1) He is very timely and responsive: I was only two weeks away from moving into my new place, and realized I forgot to get some help with setting up the audio visual system.  I found AV Druids on yelp and frantically called them.  Cham was able to accommodate my schedule and stopped by the next day to do an assessment.  Because some of the wires have to go through the crawl space, he recommended that all the installation be done before I move in so it won't get dusty.  His team managed to complete the installation before I moved in.  

2) He gives GREAT recommendation on what equipment to use: The previous owners left behind an older set of equipment so Cham recommended me to sell them and replace them with a different system.  What a great recommendation.  I can now use my phone to control all the music and listen to podcast, radio, and any music I have on my phone in any room.  

3) His design element is fantastic.  I asked for a clean esthetic and to hide all the equipment and wires, and that's what I got.  The audio visual elements feel tucked away and not intrusive and the room feels really clean.  

With Cham's help I now feel like I'm living in the 21st Century.  :-)  Thank you for a fantastic job done!!

Very professional work. Ron and his assistant installed a 220volt outlet in the room where my commercial Hobart mixer is in. They were very fast and clean. No damage to my walls. Installation was very clean. Ron is a very friendly electrician and very experienced. Hire him if you need electric work done.

Sent an email, never got a response.  I don't understand why a business person who, I assume, wants business cannot take the time to
Respond even if it's just to say they can't do the job.

I would give zero stars if i could! I scheduled an appointment with Tyler...and he canceled via text message 30 minutes before and never bothered to reschedule with me.

I decided to give Tyler a second chance. I scheduled another appointment with Tyler for 530 pm and he no showed. I then called Tyler to ask if he was planning on attending our scheduled appointment.  Tyler did not take ownership for completely flaking on me AGAIN and never bothered to contact me and tell me he was not going to make it  AGAIN. I am appalled that Tyler did not have the decency or professionalism to notify me. Instead, I woke up early to wait for him and I completely wasted my time.

Fuck you Tyler and your bullshit excuses.

I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND I AM SHOCKED THERE ARE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS.

Wilson was prompt, knowledgeable and did good work. He gave a competitive bid to install an EV charge Point hard wired into box. Really nice guy. I'll definitely hire him again.

I'm very happy I chose Alameda Oakland Electrical to replace my fixtures.  Very timely, great workmanship and a great customer experience.

Don was super responsive from moment one, returning messages via phone, quoting via email, and communicating about the job via text.  

He was able to come out to quote a job (recessed lighting in three locations and a multimedia cable pull) within a day.  We had a tight timeline to get this done before painters, and he was able to squeeze us in right before Christmas.  He showed up promptly with a crew of two more guys, and all the materials for the job.  His team was very communicative and clean, using drop cloths and floor protection where possible, and cleaning up after what is a pretty messy job.

He was very helpful with choices too, for a novice like myself.  When asked, he told us our idea for lighting placement in the kitchen was not good (very diplomatically!) and suggested something else which ended up being so much better.

He ended up completing the job in just under two days (five days after we first spoke on the phone), for what I consider to be a very reasonable price considering the almost rush nature of it.  I would hire Don again in a second.
