Alan, Alex, and team were highly skilled, responsive, and detail oriented professionals who did great HVAC and electrical work and provided sound advice.  Work included extensive HVAC duct replacement and installation, new electrical outlets, exhaust fan ducts, and more.  Highly recommend!

Brian is the best!  I've called Brian for numerous electrical problems and he has always been prompt, skilled, polite and neat. He always knows what the problem is and how to fix it.  He has installed fixtures, fixed reverse polarity, switched old outlets for new ones, solved mysterious electrical problems that no one else could...He's excellent and very reasonably priced.

Fuse is a great company and I really enjoyed working with them to replace our antiquated HVAC system. Originally, only the AC broke and given that it is almost summer, we needed to get the job done soon. However, after working with Peter, he gave me a great deal to replace my 40+ year furnace and the whole HVAC system. Now, we have a brand new AC and heater, along with Nest so the whole system can be controlled remotely. The whole process, from working with Peter to decide on what is best for this project to replacing the whole system to the payment was super easy and smooth. I really appreciate all of the hard work done by Fuse. Now, I am no longer worried about going through another hot summer or a winter day where I have to worry that my furnace may break any day. Excellent work by B&B Electric.  When I had an electrical short sparking with flames inside my home, B&B Electric returned my call and made an appointment with me immediately.  B&B identified the root-cause of the problem to a cable that had come loose on my range hood and was sparking against my cooktop which could potentially have caused a major fire.  B&B measured and advised me on replacement of the cooktop & range hood, brought the materials to my house and installed both items perfectly.  B&B is a pleasure to work with, on time for work and on budget - overall very professional.  Will be using them again and am recommending them to my friends, family and fellow Yelpers.

Dave is a rockstar! I wanted a Nema 14-50 outlet installed for our EV. I looked into getting one installed last year when we bought our house. The first company that came out said we were on a 100 amp service and would need to upgrade to 200 amps for a plug to be installed.

I looked into upgrading to 200 amps and it required permits and PG&E approving the project. I was told it would me close to $10,000 to do this project....I'm good!

I put the idea off and then decided this year to look back into it. Called a few electricians and was blown off or did not get a call back. I found Dave, gave him a call, left a message and by the end of the day he called me back, we set up an appointment for him to come out and look at the property.

Dave showed up on time, thoroughly went through everything and said he could do it without having to upgrade to a 200 amp service.

He was super up front letting me know he was very busy and it would be a month or so before he could get me in. This was ok with me, he sent me an invoice, I paid a portion up front and we locked in a day to start the project.

Due to covid related stuff, the breaker he needed was on back order. There was no estimate on when it would be in. Dave kept me in the loop the whole time, constantly checking in to let me know if he had any updates.

The item finally came in, Dave and I agreed on a date, he showed up on time and did an amazing job! He did such a clean job with the installation.

Dave did accidentally knock a wire lose while pulling the wires and it knocked out our doorbell cam. I didn't notice until later that night. I contacted him and he was very apologetic, said he would come out and fix it.

He showed up again on time, even replaced a few parts and had it fixed within 15 minutes.

Dave is super professional, very detail oriented and has such a great personality. We will definitely be using him for more projects around the house.

It doesn't get much better than B Henry's Electric. After procrastinating for weeks on some electrical work, I emailed B Henry's with 2 days before it HAD to be done.  Bill responded with a call in 30 minutes and adjusted his schedule to come out the following day.  He was on time (to the minute), professional and an all-around good guy... their prices are great, and most importantly, they know electrical upside down and inside out. Fixed my issue in 20 minutes...

I called for maintenance on my HVAC system and received an incredibly quick response along with an appointment same day within 2 hrs of me contacting them. I will say, I was concerned and skeptical to have a company service the HVAC system with no reviews on yelp but given the impending heat wave I decided to give east bay HVAC a try. And I am so glad that I did. Max was the technician that came out and he also happens to be the new owner of this franchise of Fuze and just beginning to build his client base. He spent 2 hours inspecting/testing all aspects of the system and educating me on the issues he identified. He clearly knows his craft very well and talked to me about his many years of experience and his journey to becoming a new franchise owner. He also helped me to prioritize what absolutely needed to be fixed vs what could probably wait. He didn't try to upsell or push anything which was such a breath of fresh air. He was genuine and honest and answered all my questions. I ended up doing the bare minimum knowing Max is a phone call away if the issues I decided not to fix cause a failure. And all of this at a very competitive price. Also, Max shared that his biggest stress with starting his business so far has not been the work itself but rather communicating with clients. Max is from Ukraine so there were times that we ran into a language barrier but it was a non issue for me - nothing google translator couldn't solve and the work speaks for itself. To sum up, I am thankful I didn't judge this book by its cover at first glance on yelp. I will highly recommend Max and will be using him for all of my HVAC and electrical needs going forward.
