I contacted Fuse for a refrigerator that wasn't cooling inside. They responded quickly and was able to come in the same day. I got text updates and a call before my appointment, which was nice. First, Alex came in and put in a new start relay since it appeared the compressor was still working. After Alex left he checked in on my refrigerator and called me. It wasn't cooling. A short while later, a whole crew of 3 came in to diagnose my fridge. They spent a lot of time and were thorough in their diagnosis. They tried to educate me on what they thought was wrong, perhaps a clogged capillary. I hope that's not the case. In the end, they refilled my refrigerant, worked their magic, and got it cooling again. They gave me a six month warranty on their work. Their prices are fair, more than I expected but that wasn't their fault, it's just my bad luck with a bad fridge that's only 5 years old. I can tell that Adam and his crew will make sure that you are satisfied and happy. I highly recommend them.

We had lost power in half our home. I called AY EMP and Andrew was able to come by our place the same day. Not only did he find the problem within an hour , he was able to remedy the problem and run to the hardware store to grab us a new part. His quote was really reasonable and he saved the day for us.

We called Pacific Coast Electric to see if they could help us out with our issue, and they were willing to bring someone out to inspect our property. The customer service representative claimed that it cost $89 for inspection by the technician, and that it could be used towards a fix.
When the technician came over, he did initial inspection of our exterior panel. Nothing wrong there. When we asked him to inspect the attic, he did not heed our suggestion (even though it was where the real issue was). He ended up spending almost 4 hours testing other wall plugs throughout our house and could not identify the root cause of our electrical issues. In the process, he increased the cost of our inspection to $465 due to the more involved diagnosis (despite the $89 that the customer service representative claimed over the phone). And then he said that in order to solve our issue, we would need to spend $8k to install a new panel and sub-panel.
We paid the $465 for the inspection but we declined the $8k option because we felt like it was a terrible value proposition - and it did not actually solve the root issue. We found someone else who identified the issue and fixed it under a hour - for less than $200. And yes, the real issue was a loose wire - in the attic.

I met Bellows through the Costco Services program when I requested a quote to replace our 30+ year old furnace and to add a/c. Carl came around about two weeks later and spent a good amount of time looking over our house and then explaining our options. I felt he was very knowledgeable and trusted his suggestions. Normally, I always get at least three quotes, but by the end of his presentation, I was comfortable enough to sign the agreement. Due to their backlog, I was warned that our installation wouldn't happen for another six weeks, but we were okay with that.
About a week after the consultation, Russell, the project manager, came to our house to check out the logistics as we were moving the furnace from a closet to the attic. He answered all of my husband's questions to the point that my husband also felt Bellows knew what they were talking about.
When the installation date arrived, a team of four worked three and a half days to complete the work. Each day, they arrived promptly and left the house super clean at the end of the day. Bellows arranged for another company to do the HERS test which is required for the permit and we passed with no issues.
Today, the city inspector came and Bellows sent a technician to answer any questions he may have and our permit was approved!
Bellows has been very responsive and supportive every step of the way and now that we've used both our new furnace and a/c without issues, we can vouch for their knowledge and skills.
