Best Generator Repair in San Francisco CA
I had a 12pm appointment to install an electrical outlet in the wall where the TV would be placed. Apparently my husband wasn't 100% positive on the location, and the geek squad at Best Buy had emailed back at 11:50am with a different measurement on the location. I didn't get the memo until I was about to write Jothi (silent h) a check after he was finished. He was so gracious- stayed around until I talked it out with my husband, then the geek squad, and offered to stay around and fix it for only $25 extra. He's been in the profession for 15 years, is trustworthy and kind. Highly recommend.

We had a mysterious electrical issue at our home with flickering lights and breakers that would trip too easily. Wayne was the first to respond to our Yelp inquiry and was able to get out to our house quickly to diagnose the issue. While the issue itself ended up getting a bit more complicated, Wayne was very helpful in coordinating multiple visits as well as handling the nightmarish task of working with PG&E when needed. Wayne was responsive, professional, and made the repair was done quickly and at a competitive price. I would recommend T&H to anyone in need of electrical work at their home or business.

It always feels good to support local businesses, but it's especially rewarding to support ones that are just getting started. When I went on Yelp looking for an electrician, Estiben and Brains Automation Homes didn't even have any reviews yet! It's always a little risky to go with a business with no reviews, but something told me Estiben knew what he was doing, and I can definitely say I made a good choice in selecting him for my home project.
I had been wanting to replace the old and ugly outlets and switches in my home, and decided to get a few quotes just to see what I would be getting myself into. Brains Automation Homes offered a competitive estimate and got the job done exactly as I had requested and quickly (I was able to schedule an appointment the same week I started looking for an electrician). It turns out Estiben is a one-man show breaking out on his own and trying to build up his business (hence, not many reviews). He's licensed, competent, and friendly. He knew exactly what I was talking about when I mentioned I might want to replace an outlet with one that had USB ports. As the business name indicates, Brains Automation Homes has experience with hooking up smart homes, so you know Estiben is knowledgeable about some of the latest tech.
For my project, Estiben arrived on time, was very polite, got the job done well, and cleaned up after himself. In all, he replaced two regular outlets, two outlet-switch combinations with GFCI, two double light switches, two single light switches, and a three-switch contraption in the bathroom that connects to the light, the fan, and a heater. The bathroom switch was a late add-on (I thought it might be too complicated), but Estiben had all the necessary parts, so he was able to take care of it then and there.
I have a few more electrical projects in mind, and I won't hesitate to contact Brains Automation Homes when the time comes.

Haven't written a review for a while, but had a great experience! Was able to get a quick appointment thanks to Lucas and Josh coordinating the project. The person that came and installed a Tesla Charger, installed a ceiling fan, fixed a wiring issue we had for our patio lights, and fixed a gfci outlet issue we had was Junior! He was very professional and chill, and was great to work with. Also got a followup call with John who answered my question about the amperage of the breaker being installed.
All in all a great experience, and I look forward to giving them a call for when I have more electrical work I need done!

I thought I had three outlets that did not work; it turned out to be four. I suspect that they had been out for quite a while. I thought the problem was with my blow dryers, so I just let my hair dry on its own. I never expected it could be my wiring. I went to several outlets and decided to call an electrician when none worked. The referral my neighbor gave me for a company he uses could only come out for a few days. I checked Yelp for electricians near me and Jamie's Power was top on the list. He had great reviews, although none from anyone I know. I read the other reviews these people wrote and they seemed like honest reviews.
Jamie came out the next day and replaced a GFCI, outlet and then the others worked. I was excited and I tried all the other formally dead outlets, they worked. but the prongs on the plugs came out hot. I called Jamie back and he came out and replaced them
This company is knowledgeable, reasonably priced, prompt, and friendly. He does not take credit cards, English is not easy for him. Neither of these will keep me from calling him again.

GOOD VALUE, RESPONSIVE & RELIABLE. Through all the complications of home improvement, it was a breath of fresh air working with Jade Electric. I was quoted crazy prices by some or didn't even trust some electricians because it seemed like they were trying to get over on me... then i had some who didn't even reply at all. But this company was super professional from beginning to start.
Our living room was pretty dark, it felt like a cave, and when we would light a lamp, it would just locally light the corner, not the actual room. Tim suggested recessed lighting and it made a HUGE difference. It made our space look so much bigger and more cozy to hang out in.
We also needed a fan installed into our bathroom because previous owners had an old school heated lamp in it. Tim installed it easy! It ALSO has Bluetooth so we can slap music when we shower or get ready.
We wanted to do some other stuff to our house and Tim was glad to give us some recommendations.
HIGHLY SUGGEST!

These guys are top notch and show up on time and get the job done. Just beware, they are expensive and be prepared for an expensive surprise. After the main job was completed, It took two men to install a special order plug cover and $200 labor for about a ten minute job.

I reached out to Micah because I am getting A/C installed at my house, and my HVAC contractor indicated that I needed to find out if my electrical panel was sufficient to add a dedicated circuit for the new air conditioning. Without even coming to my house, Micah asked me to send photos of my electrical panel. He then asked me several questions about whether I have gas or electric dryer, stove, water heater, and furnace, and whether I planned to add an electric car charger or hot tub. He let me know that I would probably be fine with my current electrical panel for adding the A/C. But, he said that I would need to upgrade the panel if I wanted to add any additional electric appliances. I really appreciate his knowledge, honesty, and the fact that he took the time to give me his professional opinion without charging me and even though I have not hired him to do any work. I will certainly hire him if I do need to upgrade my panel in the future or do any other electrical work. Great customer service!

It was a long time ago and I can't remember too many details. I do know that I have gotten a lot of quotes from them for a lot of different projects, but the few times I did hire them, they were good.
It was so long ago. I mean like I said, they did a good job.

My dryer wasn't working and when I found out it wasn't the machine but, the lack of power, I was feeling anxious about how much an electrician would cost! So I started to research Yelp and ended up with Valary because they were still open when I called (after 3pm) and I got an appt the next morning at 8AM! I was told up front what the rates and minimums were (1 hour charge) and they also asked me how I found them and thanked me on the phone before my appointment.
Valary showed up and was very pleasant and professional. He explained what was wrong with the power--the jaws on my outlet was loose and needed to be replaced. He also discovered that the connection on breaker panel for the dryer was damaged also:( The panel can be very expensive to replace (over $1,000) but, he reconfigured the breakers using the spare slot so, I ended up only paying for the one hour + parts--whew! And thank you Yelpers for all your reviews to help me avoid a bad experience and find a good fit!
Highly recommended for the great service and knowledgeability!!!

I was really happy with both Jeffery's work and my interactions with him. I got in-person quotes from a few Thumbtack professionals, but ended up going with Thee Electrician both because of the more reasonable pricing and Jeffery's obvious experience and professional demeanor. I had a fairly long list of things to do including putting in additional outlets throughout my outdated home and installing additional light fixtures in my hallways and on the back porch - new wiring had to be ran behind the walls and under the house for all of this. On top of some of the more conventional stuff, my house is well over 100 years old and thus had a number of weird/surprise wiring situations that needed creative solutions. I was impressed by how determined and resourceful Jeffery was in making those areas look completely modernized. Overall, couldn't be happier to have worked with Thee Electrician. Thanks again for the great job you did!

Michael and Jason with Fuse were extremely diligent and easy to work with. Jason was able to schedule my visit within a day of my initial contact. Michael was on site, diagnosed and successfully serviced the multiple outlet problems, and, had replacement parts at his disposal, elimating having to wait for additional parts and another service visit. He also cleaned up the affected areas after completing his work. They both answered all my questions (I am far from being mechanical) in a concise and kind manner. All follow up inquiries were handled within an hour of my request. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and you should too.

Jaime put in the wiring and electrical adjustments I needed to convert from an old gas water heater with tank to an electric tankless water heater. He even came back the next day and assisted the plumbers I had hired to install the water heater and convert the plumbing part of the project to make sure they understood how to connect the wiring. Honest, reliable, and stands behind his work. I highly recommend Amp Electric.

Ross ran a conduit from a sub panel to our laundry room to accommodate our new electric clothes dryer. This was our first time hiring him and I can't recommend Ross enough. He's professional, punctual and very responsive via text and phone. What's more, his rates are very fair in a town where others charge a kidney to add an extra outlet to a downstairs family room. We'll be hiring Ross again and again for future projects.

I asked Mario to help with installing several smart light switches and a couple replacement electrical outlets. Mario was easy to get ahold of over the phone and via text. We spoke on a Friday afternoon, and Mario agreed to come Sunday morning. Mario arrived on time and completed the project in a few hours for a reasonable price. I was satisfied with Mario's work and would call on him again.

Edward did a great job figuring out what went wrong with my breaker panel that caused power outage of part of the house and promptly fixing it. He's responsive, punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

I've used Century on and off for years. They are expensive and not totally on top of their front office - bills will surprise you, and the the company will respond indifferently, if at all, to your requests for explanation - so I keep trying other electricians, then come back occasionally for jobs that are either complex or very visible in the house. Only the quality of work gets Century 3 stars.
Lately, though, Century 's front office has been sliding to the point where I probably won't come back. Work quality is still high, thanks to Brian (their best guy - try to work with him if you hire Century), but the appointment screw-ups, ridiculous invoices and bad attitude of front-office personnel make working with them too much of a hassle.
If you need good work done, and you are willing to put up with scrambled appointment times, seriously high prices and indifferent treatment or outright rudeness, make sure that you get the phone number of the person who actually shows up at your house. Then, whenever you make an appointment through the central office (the only way Century does it), call the electrician to confirm the appointment time/date. Otherwise, you never know when they will arrive.
