The service was everything we hoped. German was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional.  He even went so far as to remove his work boots before entering our apartment without having to ask him to. This was appreciated since we just had new floors installed.  We will certainly call them in the future when necessary.

These guys are great!  They came by 15 min after I called to quote our TV mounting, HDMI/Coax/Electrical wiring job and came in a much more reasonable price that other electricians in the area.  Scheduled to do the work the following week and they recommended great solutions that we didn't think of.  Now we have a TV mounted on our fireplace mantle, no wires to be seen and we're really happy with their service and expertise!  HIRE THESE GUYS!

Replaced my 60 year old subpanel, upgrading my electrical service line and added arc fault interrupters in the new subpanel.

This review is long overdue...it was an all day job, but all went well.  They got the permit and coordinated with PG&E and the Concord inspector before and at the end of the job.  They arrived about 7:30 a.m. and the electricity was back on at 6:00 p.m. when PG&E was able to come back a little over an hour after the job was finished.  Only one issue came up during the job, but was resolved at our mutual satisfaction at no extra cost.  Jothi is stress-free to deal with, and very honest and knowledgeable.

This is one of very few contractors I will keep using and have absolutely no worries about it!  They'll be back this year - two ceiling fans have failed.

Working with Brookline was amazing.  John was at my door to deal with my emergency in 30 minutes after calling him.  Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

As a small business owner, I do believe there is a right way and wrong way to run a business. After a lousy encounter with the first local electrician we found, we thankfully discovered Valencia Electric. Natalie is extremely professional, a great communicator and an absolute pleasure to work with. She reconfigured our internet, hooked up 5 ethernet connections and 2 wifi hotspots using existing wiring in our house. She provided a quick, thorough estimate and left us with a digital invoice upon completion of the work, which was done very carefully and efficiently. Highly recommended!!!

After several visits from so called,  electricians and handy men I reached out to Wayne at T&H and he came through and delivered big time for me.

So many people just want to come in and sell you services and up charge you on projects that often times are unnecessary.

Do yourself a favor and call Wayne, not only will he come by in a reasonable time, but he's very upfront, honest and the work just gets done!

5 stars for Wayne. Stop calling these other clowns in the area that are just trying to take your money.

Dave and Tony are awesome! We had our electricity wires done by Dave's team and they did an awesome job, very patient and honest guys, good quality work and explained everything very well. Pricing was also very competitive. I would recommend them.

I saw 27 highly positive reviews for Rick Brown, decided to try him out.  At least that's what I attempted.  I phoned and reached him on the first attempt.  Check.  He said he was really busy but would get back to me the following day to schedule a meeting.  Check.  Send an email with my contact information at his request.  Check.  

Business must be good because I never heard from him again.  On to the next electrician...

It always feels good to support local businesses, but it's especially rewarding to support ones that are just getting started. When I went on Yelp looking for an electrician, Estiben and Brains Automation Homes didn't even have any reviews yet! It's always a little risky to go with a business with no reviews, but something told me Estiben knew what he was doing, and I can definitely say I made a good choice in selecting him for my home project.

I had been wanting to replace the old and ugly outlets and switches in my home, and decided to get a few quotes just to see what I would be getting myself into. Brains Automation Homes offered a competitive estimate and got the job done exactly as I had requested and quickly (I was able to schedule an appointment the same week I started looking for an electrician). It turns out Estiben is a one-man show breaking out on his own and trying to build up his business (hence, not many reviews). He's licensed, competent, and friendly. He knew exactly what I was talking about when I mentioned I might want to replace an outlet with one that had USB ports. As the business name indicates, Brains Automation Homes has experience with hooking up smart homes, so you know Estiben is knowledgeable about some of the latest tech.

For my project, Estiben arrived on time, was very polite, got the job done well, and cleaned up after himself. In all, he replaced two regular outlets, two outlet-switch combinations with GFCI, two double light switches, two single light switches, and a three-switch contraption in the bathroom that connects to the light, the fan, and a heater. The bathroom switch was a late add-on (I thought it might be too complicated), but Estiben had all the necessary parts, so he was able to take care of it then and there.

I have a few more electrical projects in mind, and I won't hesitate to contact Brains Automation Homes when the time comes.

Lucas the owner is incredibly responsive and personable - even managed to get back to me in under 5 minutes while shopping at Costco with his 3 young kids!  Had a crew out here right away to diagnose and fix our electrical issue. Also had some great advice for installing some heaters on our deck.  Highly recommend.

We hired Jaime to install our bedroom chandelier. He and his associate were very responsive from the start and I got a great sense of their knowledge and capabilities within the first few minutes of our conversation. In fact, Jaime was available that same afternoon. During the install, Jaime checked in with me at several key points to ensure I was OK with his approach and gave me thoughtful options. I will surely keep Jaime in mind for future projects.

Service tech Travis Moore is Top Notch with great people skills, great customer service and professionalism. I gave 4stars because the Service Champions Customer Service representatives when you call in, Suck! They should care enough to at least pretend to care about a customer complaint. I contacted Jade Electric via Yelp and I'm so glad I did! We were looking for someone to quickly install new lights where no previous electrical existed. Tim was quick to respond and accommodated my request for a video estimate. Once the project began, Tim and Nikko were great. They were communicative, professional, and paid great attention to detail. Had Jun (owner) work on my property, referred him to many clients over the last few years.
