Best Electric Furnace Repair in San Francisco CA

To all you yelpers, FYI this might be a long review but totally worth it. Trust me when I say you need to hire these guys.

I just want to say that I am super, SUPER happy with the service that they provided.

The crew that arrived and serviced our house were Jesse Y, Josh and Justin. They were professional, courteous, and respectful which you wont find nowadays.

First before they started installing anything, they made sure that they respected my space as well as my household equipment. They lined up the floor with carpet and made sure to put on shoe booties to cover their feet. That to me showed professionalism, courtesy and respect. After they were done for the day, they took their equipment and made sure to clean up.  They even vacuumed my hardwood floor!!

What stood out the most was their willingness to answer any questions, and trust me I asked a couple of stupid ones, they answered it in a way that did not make me feel dumb at all.

Jesse Y. Even gave recommendation regarding insulation. I will definitely call them for that in the future.

If you need to have your furnace fixed or just checked, call these guys and request for Jesse Y, Josh, and Justin. You would not be disappointed. I WOULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS IF I COULD!

I can't recommend Eric and his team highly enough.

I spent weeks, months trying to find a shop that could handle 1) AC panel upgrade, 2) 5-6 different 120V and 240V wiring (for us to convert from gas to electric for water heater, furnace, range, dryer), 3) manage the water heater install, 4) pull all electrical, plumbing, and building permits, 5) complete the scope on time and on budget to meet permit, tax credit, and state incentive requirements.

Eric and his team were professional and responsive; on budget and thorough; checked in often on feedback and design decisions; knew every inch of existing code and upcoming code changes; and are incredibly knowledgeable about all of these different appliances and buildings, the best cost/value/environmental benefit of each.

No other shop could have put eyes on everything we were trying to do on this whole home electrification project in a complex SF permitting environment and done such a great job in managing the project and me as a client.

Michael and Jason with Fuse were extremely diligent and easy to work with.  Jason was able to schedule my visit within a day of my initial contact.  Michael was on site, diagnosed and successfully serviced the multiple outlet problems, and, had replacement parts at his disposal, elimating having to wait for additional parts and another service visit.  He also cleaned up the affected areas after completing his work.  They both answered all my questions (I am far from being mechanical) in a concise and kind manner.  All follow up inquiries were handled within an hour of my request.   I would use them again in a heartbeat, and you should too.

Technician Sam S. came to my home today for a service call.  He was very professional, yet personable.  He took his time to diagnose the problem showing me pictures of my unit to explain the problems we were having.  He is an asset to this company! Thanks

Sent an inquiry to Got Watts for a new HVAC system.  Signed the contract on 2/19/2021.  Retained financing.  Got Watts sent to the financing company an INFLATED price for the job that was NOT on the contract I had signed. Only after I threatened to report them to the State Consumer Affairs Department and contact all the local television stations about them inflating the price of the job did I hear back from them.  This was the second week of March.  I heard back within a couple of days telling me they were ready to install and that it would be the first week of April.  Haven't heard anything from them since.  It is now April 26.  Not one call.  No HVAC system.  All of my calls go to voicemail.  Cancelled the contract.  Called the financing company to cancel the loan.  I would NOT recommend them in any way, shape, or form.

Ongaro & Sons has been working on our house for the past 15 years.  Today Andrew inspected our AC and furnace and clearly explained what was wrong and what are options are.  Also, in our Covid-19 times, he wore a mask, gloves and shoe coverings so we felt he was being very careful.

Oh my goodness...where do I begin??? After years of sticking with one electrician, who was NEVER available or reliable, I decided to do an internet search, seeking help. Pacific Coast Electricians caught my attention...so, I called and booked an appointment that very day!!! I received a phone call 15 minutes prior to my two hour window, that my electrician was on his way to my home.
Richard Castaneda arrived five minutes early!!! After introducing himself, he went to work, finding the problem and resolution ... in a very timely manner. Needless to say, we have a new, reliable, and brilliant electrician. I have Richard scheduled for more work that I've put off over the years...because I felt that I had to prioritize areas of our house that seriously needed attention (because of my old, unreliable electrician)...not any more!!! Richard is THE BEST!!!!!

After getting a EV, I was charging in public stations for a week. This was getting exhausting so I ordered Chargepoint and needed electrical services for installation and to make sure I had the proper wiring at home. Dan answered my inquiry on the weekend when I posted through Yelp about my need for electrician service and he promptly came on the specified appointment and price estimated the cost of installation. Now I can charge safely at home!

Called them in the morning.  Got a 2-4 pm window and Boris showed up 10 minutes to 2.   Great not only on time, but early.

Fixed my fridge door problem, gave me some suggestions and it took about 40 minutes total.

Great service.  Would use again
