Best Air Duct Installation in San Francisco CA

I had a service technician come in and took a look at the heater. My heater had intermittent problem of producing hot air. At that time the heater was able to produce hot air when the tech came. His suggestion was that I should replace the whole unit.  It would cost more that $10,000 for a new unit. I did not believe that was the only solution. I had another company came in and they were able to had it fixed for less than $200.

Mikhail was on time, communicative, and efficient. Will hire him again for other jobs!

All these Service whatever outfits are not professional, they just want your money. They sent out a guy who had no idea of what he was doing so he called another guy who only cared about selling me a new entire heating system for $13,000 even though the solution to the problem was simple.  I found a real great HVAC guy who charged me $500 total for a new starter and service. Problem solved. (problem now is, he has now retired).

Steer clear of all these Service,etc so-called HVAC experts. Not much better than scams.

Found out the hard way our 1950s house still had live knob and tube (K+T) wiring throughout the vast majority of the house. Ended up getting quotes from 5 different companies and Got Watts was pretty middle of the road regarding price but went with them based off of other reviews and they seemed legit. Work included drywall repair and city permits as well.

Overwall, will definitely recommend to others in the future. We specifically had Abe for the majority of the job with help from Ray and Ace as well. All three were very professional and on time every morning. They were also great with our dog which is always nice. Cleaned up every day at the end of the job. Would also ask me for approval for unclear items prior to going ahead. Would go with them again in the future!

A water heater was installed by Ongaro two years ago for the price of 26,000$ and after six months a leak developed on the pressure regulator and with the pandemic going on at its peak the first year inspection was not accomplished.  Here we are in year two and since  the pressure regulator had a year warranty Ongaro refuses to fix it saying at this point which is 2 years since install even though the part which is fully corroded was obviously not working in year one. Gino the tech says to meWe tried to schedule an inspection during the pandemic so its your fault for not having us come out during the height of the pandemic so we can't honor our warranty and by the way did we mention its your fault..  Basically paraphrasing here but the part was obviously not working in the first year since the corrosion is extensive.  I noticed it after six months and tried to contact them but got no response and figured with the amount of money I spent on this equipment we would figure it out when things go back to normal.  Here we are with things opening up again and service returning and the inspection was accomplished at year two.  The Tech that came out to inspect named Gino was only interested in upselling a yearly maintenance fee to me and did not want to address the circumstances involving the warranty and the pandemic related layoffs Ongaro went through or the lack of response in my contacting them in year one, instead blaming me for not scheduling them to come out sooner!!!  Total lockdown in California during the timeframe they are saying they would have come out and Ongaro was laying off and unresponsive to my trying to contact them.  Overpriced for the subpar service after the install.  I would not recommend Ongaro unless you want to overpay for crappy service.

We are so impressed by Eric Nordoff's level of professionalism and responsiveness and are grateful to have an excellent customer experience working with such a capable electrician. We had an emergency electric issue and Eric was able to come to our house in a prompt manner and assessed the issue thoroughly. During the diagnosis, he patiently explained the details of the issue to us and was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. We learned a lot through our consultation with him and really respect his passion for his job and the positive impact he has on others. We highly recommend Eric and appreciate all his help.

Our GE refrigerator stopped cooling. GE didn't have any service appointments for two weeks, Dmitri from Galaxy was able to check it the next day and find the problem. Service was friendly and professional. I would recommend them.
