Harry Clark Plumbing wanted to charge me $7,000 for a standard water heater (not tankless) . I think that's all I need to say.

Jazz has assisted me with  A/C, hot water heater, l and a furnace repair on three separate occasions.  They showed up on time (today's window was 10 AM - 12 PM and they were here at 10 AM on the dot).  They were thorough in their diagnostic and I trusted their judgement.  Service guys were respectful, polite, and knowledgeable.  I'll call only Jazz for my heating and air conditioning repairs.  Highly recommend.

Andrew was ultimate professional.  Neat. On time.  Pleasant.  And he did diagnose the problem correctly,  for just over half what others charged minimum.  (Others wanted 150 alone for the visit.  This was much less) Gave written upgrade suggestions, which our initial visit can be used as a credit towards, but absolutely no pressure. I played phone tag with several firms, Pacific helped right away.

Revising my original review from 4 stars to 5.  The issues I had incorrectly attributed to the Bellows install crew turned out to be the fault of a minor product line defect from the HVAC manufacturer.  Throughout the 5 month troubleshooting process, Bellows came to my house more than 10 times.  The service, and the ultimate resolution was exceptional.  I would hire Bellows again in a heartbeat.  Their integrity is second to none.

Got a bid from them to do some simple sink and toilet hookups.  $4500.  Got the work done for $900 from another plumber.  Not sure what these guys are smoking.

Deceptive fraud! Do not use! False advertising, 95$ for plumbing call and that will be used towards work. Well they refuse to give any cost information over the phone. So you are trapped into making appointment. Then once he gets here he shows me my options starting at 550$ for a simple clogged drain. The guy came for a simple clogged drain, fixed in less than 45 minutes, no parts needed, no guarantee, 550$! Total rip-off! Go anywhere else, pay the usual 169$ hourly rate. You will be better off using another company! DO NOT recommend!

Ron is one of the nicest guys I've ever met.  He has come over to work on various plumbing issues several times at my home.  He is very responsive via phone call or text.  He has excellent client communication.  His work has been excellent.  He has also been incredibly fair with price (almost to the point that I feel guilty that he is not charging me more).  I would highly-recommend using Ron; he's an excellent plumber.

Paid $110 for incorrect information about my existing furnace repair.  Thank goodness for the requisite 3 estimates.  The second company, El Cerrito Heating and sheet metal made the repair quickly and professionally, and I was not faced with having to replace my existing furnace.  Now my unit is quiet for the first time since I have had it!  Good for another 10 plus years at least!

Had a great experience on an after-hours call to fix a stopped drain. The prices were fair and reasonable, the work was efficient, and everything worked out well. I would absolutely call again if I had more plumbing work to be done.

Ongaro did a great job installing some major plumbing needs for our home and was very courteous and professional. But that's not all...

Douglas in particular deserves a good Samaritan review as he single handedly rescued a fawn in severe distress whose head got trapped in our fence during the visit. Used his tools to help the wailing animal out safely rather than us waiting for animal control, whose ETA was TBD.

Talk about going the extra mile.
