Premo Electric has come out to help me twice now.  Both times were very great experiences, as communication from Richard was great.  They were transparent with their pricing from the get-go.  Upon booking the appointments, I received a calendar invitation.  This last appointment I made, Premo only had availability about a week out.  I told Richard that I was really desperate to get someone out and he worked to get a technician out within 2 days.  The employees here are professional, courteous, and communicative.  Billing was very easy and was done online.  Very glad to have a new go-to electrician!

Showed up EARLY, went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I asked of them, cleaned up, not to mention were so extremely pleasant and communicative the whole time they were here. Chase was particularly phenomenal and has made a loyal customer out of me! Thank you guys so much!

For the last week I have contacted 5 different electricians on yelp to diagnose an issue with an outlet. All of the electricians had 5 star reviews. Service Pro Electric was the ONLY company that called me back - and they called back within 10 minutes!  Mike came out hours after that call and was able to switch out a breaker to solve my problem. Mike was polite and professional!  Thank you for taking on my small job so quickly!!

Best electrition I hired in a long time, responded fast and had a tecnition out at home within an hour. The technician was very knowledgeable and solved our problem pretty quick. Very fair pricing. Will definitely use again.

After speaking to over 8 electricians (seriously), I decided to go with Frank. His easy communication style and very reasonable costs sealed the deal. We were able to agree on a date and time easily and he met us at our condo with no hiccups. Yes, someone that actually comes on time (he even came early) does exist, though rare, and Frank is his name. He changed out our bathroom fan, installed a chandelier, and changed out the switch in a very timely manner. He had extra materials (switches) which was nice since we didn't have anything. He was incredibly courteous and his attention to detail surpassed mine (rare).

Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience. I can't recommend him enough. He is our go to electrician from now on.

We contacted Romo for an estimate on a bathroom exhaust fan install, and he promptly responded to our inquiry and came out to provide a quote. He then scheduled the install for a week later with his tech Julian. Julian was prompt and courteous, and completed the work in 3 hours for the agreed-upon price. Very reasonable pricing and excellent customer service. Will do business with them again.

Had an electrical issue that needed to be diagnosed and repaired. Contacted several electricians and Primo's was the first to respond. I explained what was going on and he gave me a quote and appointment for the next day. Jose was very polite and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and made sure to answer my questions before he started to work. The diagnosis and repairs were completed in under a hour and for less than what I was quoted! Thanks Jose for your quality work and true professionalism!

I needed a lot of electrical work done to get a 220 V hot tub  connected in my backyard. As this was something new to me I was not aware of what was needed, however, Chris at McWay Electric was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process, and explained everything throughout. The whole process was very smooth and the connection looks great. Chris is very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend McWay electric and plan on contacting Chris for future projects.

Pt Loma electric helped me out!  I don't recall the person's name, younger guy, but he was very nice and knew his stuff well.

My exterior light on my porch was out for several weeks.  I had a neighbor, who was a somewhat experience maintenance person try to help.  He spent a few hours trying breakers, outlets, etc and could find the root cause of the problem.

I called Pt Loma electric and the lady I spoke with was very helpful in explaining their process.  My concern was that it would take their people just as long to diagnose the problem, and charge me by the hour.  Not the case, they charge per call/visit, whether it takes them 5 mins, or 3 hours.  He found the problem in one of my outlets and was able to make the fix within 45mins and was gone.

I also received a discount for telling them I found them on Yelp!  I though the least I could do was write a nice review.  Thanks!

James M was very helpful advising us of options on fixing versus replacing our 20-year old landscape lighting that had stopped working many years ago. He is generous in his time and very fair in pricing, with excellent service! We've had James assist on our jacuzzi install as well and highly recommend him if you're looking for a top quality electrician who does things right the first time.

Contacted Greg Sunday morning and he was at our house in just a couple hours and knocked out our project - installing and connecting electricity - to three outdoor ring cameras. We've neglected this project for weeks and I was glad to have Greg be able to make this happen so quickly and on short notice. They work perfect, he was on budget and provided us a great quote to start with. Highly recommend HG Electric for any of your needs like this.

The owner, Ramon, was very responsive when I submitted a request for quotes through Yelp.  He came by my place to provide an in-person consultation for the services I requested.  He was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and gave good insight on what should and should not be done.  Although I did not select him for this project, I will definitely use him in the future.

I had been in contact with Luis for quite sometime.  I elected to go with White Horse as he offered me a decent quote for a new home bathroom fan vent.  Part was provided, Luis draped the bathroom with plastic cover to catch any dust or drywall due to modifications made.   Professional job.  Completed in just over an hour.    Luis brought his own vacuum to clean up any lingering mess that was made.  

Professional work, very courteous, White Horse is more so for the industrial clientele as per the business owner's photos.  However he does do private residential also(which is probably easy work for him).    

I saw some of the electrical work he did behind the switches, everything is working.   Will work with White Horse again in the future.   (See photos)

Eddie and his team (Another named Eddie and Miguel) just finished installing 2 pendant lights above my kitchen island. I'm so happy with the end result I had to jump on here and give my 5 star review! First off, I contacted Ochoa Electric and immediately Regina booked an appt for a quote. Eddie stopped by to give me an estimate and explained what was going to be done into detail. His prices are very reasonable. He and his team were able to book me the very next day. When they arrived,  I explained what I wanted in terms of measurement and placement of pendant lights. They understood and communicated well throughout the whole process. They are all very professional and definitely a company I trust with any future electrical problems that may arise as well as need for electrical/fixture installations. Pictures to follow!

Tom was extremely professional! On time, upfront about costs, quick to work, and talked me though everything he was doing. I felt comfortable enough to leave him in the house and do his thing. I absolutely plan on working with him for all my electrical needs in the future. Thanks Tom!

CLD came did two jobs for me. The first one went well. The second job request was for my home. Two breakers where replaced 840.00. I approved the work and the electrician replaced them however two weeks later the circuits where out again.  I called another electrician who came out replaced the two circuits again, and also the buzz bar, that needed replacement.  The total was 531.00. A much better deal and a better outcome.

We were in a pinch and I saw a recommendation for Jimmy on NextDoor, so I called.  Fortunately he was free the next morning and he went to work trying to figure out our lack of power on one wall problem.  He was able to find the source of the problem and fix it for a reasonable price- we were very happy with his work and hope to hire him for some future projects.  Even my uber-picky husband was impressed.  Excellent customer service skills too!

The lady answering the phone is useless, rude and should be no where near anything to do with customer service. Xantrex said they were a warranty center, Xantrex also said they were in Carmichael, CA. These people are not. Aside from being rude they are running a scam with were they are located.

When calling Xantrex, Xantrex was great. Xantrex is pushing a fast return for us. By sending it back to the factory. As a small business we try to do all the business we can with other small businesses. Businesses with this attitude don't deserve your support. Joan is not nice or helpful.
