Best Circuit Breaker Repair in San Diego CA

Short answer: YES, DEFINITLY RECOMMEND!

Long answer: We tried installing new pendant lights ourselves and made the mistake of trying to finish the job in the dark. We ended up simply not connecting 2 wires which sent us down a very costly road.

The first electrician, Checo Electric, came and messed things up even worse, causing 2 of the recessed lights to go out. He told us he really doesn't know at this point how to fix the issue and needed to come back to troubleshoot or just rewire the entire thing which included putting new holes in the wall. So we passed on having him come back.

The second electrician, ER Electric (you can read my reviews for this company also), almost fixed the issue, but then ended up ghosting us and never came back or replied to any of our texts/phone calls. Very strange!

Our third company, Premo Electric was our last hope. Benny came out and he fixed the issue in 30 minutes. He also repaired the 2 recessed lights that the first electrician caused to go out and that the second electrician said it couldn't be repaired unless all 6 were done (at $150 a piece!).

If you want an honest electrician that won't waste your time and knows what they are doing, call Premo Electric!!!

Got the referral from Nextdoor. Sent a message and got a call right away. They came the same week and installed a new bathroom vent/fan. Very nice and efficient.

Guess what? You're gonna pay extra to have them come out on short notice and on a weekend. I was fortunate enough to get a call back from them within 20 minutes and they were able to come by the house on a Saturday afternoon within 4 hours of my calling. I had two breakers go out that needed replacing or the back half of my house would be without electricity. Not a BIG deal but jeez, for an extra charge of convenience, I had the lights on through the weekend. I called 7 other electricians with really good yelp reviews but they ain't coming to my place until Monday.  Totally worth the extra charge to have them come out on Saturday. Maybe I got lucky?

We needed a circuit added for a car charger.  Mike was quick to respond, quick to schedule, quick to install, and the quality of the work was great.  He even mounted and hung the charger!  Prior to leaving, they cleaned up nicely; no dust or any remnants of the service were left behind.  Even after the service, when I had questions, he was quick to respond to texts.  I highly recommend them!

I totally recommend Leo for all your small electrical jobs. I needed a circuit breaker switch replaced in my house. Other electricians with great reviews were too busy to book me within 2 days. Leo had an opening in his schedule and drove out within an hour (he was admittedly close by). Since we pretty knew what the problem was, he got to work and had it done in 15 minutes.
He was well prepared, knew what he was doing, and did the job with courtesy and care.

I requested a quote to wire a hot tub and disconnect, Jesus came out and let me know an estimate for the labor + materials.  He came the next day to do the work and he finished it quickly and efficiently.  He pulled some new wire, added conduit, a new disconnect box, and did the connections all in the span of a few hours.  I will definitely be recommending him to anybody who needs an electrician.

Had some problems with my light switches called h&h lighting he came out and fixed it right away most professional I highly recommend h&h lighting .

I have used Rory twice. Once to replace the lighting in my kitchen & bathrooms. Called him back to add an electrical outlet for the big screen TV on the fireplace wall. He was fast and efficient. Very nice man too. Highly recommend Rory Higgins.

I hired Frank Electric to fix a bad GFCI outlet in my bathroom.  I also wanted him to upgrade two lights to flush-mounted LED lighting in my dining and living room.  He added two dimmer switches too.  He was able to do the job promptly and got lights to match the ones already in the kitchen.  I would hire him again for all my electrical needs in future.  He was also mindful of Covid precautions and wore a mask.  Sla'inte to Frank!

We were looking to brighten our home, particularly the downstairs area.  We called ER Electric and they were great.  They provided great information over the phone and then came out immediately to look at our house.  They provided us with guidance on the configuration and quantity of the lights.  Their guidance caused the cost of the project to exceed our budget pretty significantly.  Romo immediately began working with us on options that would help get us closer to our budget, including lowering his price.  His dedication and commitment to us (rather than just being focused on a number) was obvious and appreciated.

When they came to do the install, the crew was on time.  They were neat in their work.  They encountered a few challenges as they did the job and they made sure to communicate with us so we were able to provide input to the solutions.  In one part of the house, we were planning to replace the existing canisters with new ones.  Unfortunately, we discovered that the new ones were smaller and so the crew had to drill new holes.  This left a whole bunch of dry wall work that wasn't planned.  Rather than leaving it to us to deal with it, Romo took it upon himself to help us find someone to to the drywall work and even offered to split the cost with us.

Throughout the project, Romo continually was checking in with us to make sure everything was going okay and that we were happy.  In one situation, my wife had a question so she called him.  He was in Alpine at the time and my wife's reception in the house was poor - he couldn't understand her question.  So he drove all the way from Alpine (we are in Carmel Valley) so he could talk to my wife in person and answer her question.   Romo and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result -- and we are.  We love the new lights - thanks to ER Electric for everything they did for us.  We would highly recommend them and look forward to the next opportunity to work with them.

Let me start by saying I don't write reviews..but I couldn't help but want to recommend Primo's electrical service. Jose was extremely professional and did a fantastic job! He was persistent when the issue was very hard to diagnose. He is highly skilled and provided a great solution that not only fixed my outlet but also added additional safety measures. Jose worked hard AND efficiently for every hour I paid him. He's a total champ!!! I would definitely recommend Primo's electrical service!!!!

Excellent! The electrician fixed an outlet and replaced a light switch. Polite, good communication, honest. I would recommend to others. I will definitely be calling them next time I need an electrician.

I contacted Dean and he worked with me to find an appointment as soon as possible and Frankie was the Electrician who arrived at my home today (he is super professional) and repaired and gave my smoke/carbon and fire detection system the repairs and overhaul it badly needed, and in less than an hour. Interwest Electric is super professional, fair pricing, and has the highest respect and concern for safety in all the homes they work in.

Great response time (less than 30 minutes between first message and arriving), good price, and a friendly, accommodating demeanor. Did good work for an usual job. Couldn't be happier.

Big thanks to Point Loma Electric and Plumbing. I was in a bind with a washer and dryer scheduled for delivery to our rental house, and we needed new valves ASAP. They were understanding and flexible, and scheduled us for first thing the next morning. David was our technician and he was fantastic. He was friendly, fast, clean, and accommodating, especially since the washer and dryer delivery guys showed up at the exact same time. And his work looks great! Overall, a top notch and professional experience all the way around.

Called LTE because I smelled something burning in my home. Went out to garage and found that the lights would not turn off. After a bit of investigating I finally called the first company closest to where I was staying. He responded to me within 30 min and walked me through different suggestions. Honestly, I had him going down a rabbit hole with my description and thoughts. He quickly figured out that I had a short in one of my switched and had me shut the breaker off. To some this is a no brainer. To me I would have had a three alarm fire in my home due to ignorance. LTE came out first thing in the morning, small charge and had me fixed and good to go within about 10 minutes. He was super professional and helpful. Prices are reasonable and solid work  I highly recommend

After consulting with Roddy I decided not to have the electrical work done, because he was honest enough to let me know I was worried about something that probably wasn't a problem.  But he seemed very honest and reasonably-priced when I asked about other miscellaneous projects I was considering.

James has done great work for me in the past so this time it didnt come as a surprise when I called for help on converting my kitchen light switch into a double switch that it was done in a professional and timely manner.  James does a great job in explaining the process of what he's doing and a as a new home owner that is very informative and appreciated.  I highly recommend him and as long as he's doing electrical work he will be the first person I call when ever i need work done.

Greg was awesome. He promptly answered my first call, and scheduled an appointment for the same afternoon.
He quickly found the electrical issue of my panel, provided the solution, and asked me if I wanted him to do it for me. Since I was able to do that fix by myself I just got his guidance on how to do that. He did not charge me anything.

Had an issue with an exterior garage outlet that stopped working suddenly. Sent multiple requests out to Electricians for quotes. Most were overpriced and honestly gouging customers. Ramon responded quickly that he couldn't get out for over a week but offered some advise of potential easy DIY problems. After a few minutes troubleshooting he helped resolve the GFCI issue and probably saved my family $300+ dollars for a none issue. Highly advise anyone who is ethical enough to help people whether or not the get the business.
