My garbage disposal was not working and I had water backed in the sink.  The plumber was called but he couldn't fix the problem because the issue was with the electrical outlet and not the disposal.  I called an electrician and they said they could not come out for another 3 days to days.  I was happy to find Electric Lee through Yelp.  Devren was very nice and squeezed us in the next day even though they were also busy.  The problem was promptly fixed and the price was reasonable.

I was having issues with a newly installed CFCI outlets and Rory gave me some things to try on my own and his tips ended up fixing the issue and saving me the cost of a visit.  Thanks much Rory!

We need to install an electric pole in one of our offices. McWay electric was here and had a quote to me within 24 hours of contacting them. The quote was the most afforadable of all 4 quotes i Had received. The Customer Service was excellent and the work was done perfectly. This is a great Company!!! Thank you, Chris.

Luke was very responsive and flexible. Job involved wiring and installing several ceiling fans, sconces, can lights, a chandelier, and garage lighting, plus redoing an outdoor GFCI outlet. They were efficient and completed the job well with the estimated time. It was a pleasure having him do our stuff!

Roddy from AEI did a wonderful job on our project today installing an outdoor heater in our backyard. His communication was great. He showed up on time as scheduled. He did the job as we planned for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company and specifically Roddy to anyone needing household electrical work done.

James came out to give us a new electrical box and build a deck.  He was super professional and did both in a fraction of the time we thought it would take.  The new deck is amazing.  2 weeks later we lost power in the kitchen.  We called him because we weren't sure what the issue was.  He came out and found the kitchen was wired incorrectly 20 years ago and fixed it free of charge.  He knows his stuff and treats you fairly.

Service technician came out to give me a free estimate to replace the plugs in my house. Quoted me a very odd amount that seemed excessive- $985 for 20 plugs or $2400 to do the entire house (30 plugs)... showed the serviceman an example of one of the plugs I was looking to replace and he opened up and exposed the outlet to examine it. I had a new replacement part so I asked rather than put the old one back together could he just switch it out... no problem he said. I had buyer's  remorse about the price and an unrelated expense made me decide to opt out of going forward with the work. I was told I'd have to pay for the one plug he switched out... fair enough. They charged me $85 for one outlet!! They said going rate is usually $120 plus per outlet!!! Only reason it was $85 was because I had the outlet and plate cover. Do yourself a favor and find a company with fair pricing!!

Had a faulty exterior GFI and needed an electrician to replace it. After looking at Angie's list, most of the recommended electricians were larger company's and looking at the reviews they all wanted to up sell something else. Found Greg on Yelp, an independent who would fix what you asked for without the any sales pitch. Charged me $150 which was pretty fair, also checked another circuit for me as well. Made an appointment, came early (wow) and repaired what I needed. Would definitely hire again!

I just purchased my first home and have a few electrical needs, the first being the installation of two ceiling fans. I priced around for a couple weeks and am so happy I went with White Horse Electric. Luis (owner) was very responsive to my Yelp inquiry and was very clear with pricing and expectations. His price was very reasonable and I did not feel any price gouging. He was also able to get someone in within a couple days of me reaching out which ended up being Sunday which was perfect for my schedule. I was scheduled for noon but received a message if he could come earlier and that worked great! How frequently does someone come earlier than the anticipated timeframe?! I feel bad I didn't receive the mans name who helped but he was courteous, professional and did an amazing job! I'm really happy with all the interaction I had with Luis and the man that completed the job! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for an electrician.

I contacted Carlsbad Electrical because of fantastic Yelp reviews, and definitely was not disappointed.  Linden responded to my request almost immediately, squeezed in my job the next business day, and was extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable.  He replaced a few GFCI outlets and fixed some bad wiring on my pool/spa equipment.  Will definitely use them again when needed!

We called about 5 different emergency electricians and half of them didn't pick up/ half of them weren't available. It was 7:30pm on a Friday and looking like we were sh*t out of luck. Finally got to core electric and they said they would be there within the hour. They got to our place in half an hour and found the issue and fixed it in half an hour. We were so worried as we needed the issue to be fixed by morning due to the nature of our business-- and they pulled through! Don't bother calling any other emergency electricians-- bc they don't exist. And these guys are legit!

Mark is amazing! He is quick to answer any problems and troubleshoot to find a solution. He is truly a visionary in renewable energy and sustainable living. I'm extremely impressed with the timely responses and individual attention from Mark and his company in maintaining the efficiency of our solar system and batteries. I highly recommend him for any renewable energy project you might have. I would give him a hundred stars if I could.

Rick came out to install a new electrical outlet in our bathroom and some new lighting for the front porch.  He did a great job and gave me a very fair price.  I always worry when hiring someone new that they will try and raise their prices once they get to my house, but he actually ended up charging me less than the original quote!  I would definitely call him again with any future projects!

I had my ceiling fan installed last week and the work done was professional and quickly completed. The cleanup was done and I could not be grateful for this company doing a spot on good job.

Jose Luis arrived right on time and fixed all of our little electrical problems in less than an hour. He was really nice and charged very little for all the work he did and material he supplied. I will definitely call them again the next time.

There is a reason their yelp reviews are this good. I called to get a quote on installing a dedicated outlet for charging our Tesla and got a call back quickly. They were super friendly and helpful and got me a quote within minutes. They worked with me on scheduling and they came out only 3 days later to get the work done. I was a bit concerned when I started thinking about location after the quote because I was worried about rain but sure enough they had already planned on installing a very high quality weather proof box instead of the cheap junk a lesser electrician would've used. Their quote was very reasonable and they did outstanding work. We couldn't be any happier with their work, their customer service, or their pricing and we will only use them in the future.

I've had multiple jobs done by them including Ring camera floodlight install, updating wiring and checking attic, as well as hiding wires behind TV. Shane was our technician for most of the jobs and did a great job. Zapp was also the only company who responded the quickest while we were closing escrow and had electrical questions. Highly reccomend.
