Best Circuit Breaker Installati… in San Diego CA
Just had Julian at to house to replace 7 can lights on our Carmel Valley kitchen. He nailed it. Showed up on time. Was respectful. Did great work. Cleaned up after himself and got the job done right, the first time. What else can you ask for?
Highly recommended - thanks, Julian and the Premo team

Devren came out to do the initial estimate, and we were ready to go within a week. I had a logistical delay, so I had to put Devren on hold, apologetically. Devren asked for a week or two lead time for scheduling when I was ready to go.
I got into a situation where I had to get the work done in three days. Devren said he would see what he could do. Two hours later or less he confirmed me for the sudden deadline date, his team showed up on time, completed the job very professionally.
4 circuits added. Cost at about half the rest of my estimates. TOTALLY SATISFIED!
I will have him back when it comes time for the big panel upgrade job and shed power in a couple years or so for sure.

So glad I found SRP Electric. They were able to fix an ongoing nightmare that 2 other electricians couldn't fix. They kept me updated the whole time and even cleaned where they where. The two technicians that came were also vaccinated which made me feel better! Thanks SRP, number is saved!

Mike arrived on time and got to work right away. He was very knowledgeable and was done installing the Nema 14-50 outlet in less than an hour. He has great customer service and answers questions without missing a beat. I can now charge my EV at home and I am a happy camper. Thanks Mike! You are now my go-to for anything electrical!

Quoted $250 to run 1ft of 240v wire, replace a breaker, and nema 14-50 connector. 30 minute job, $50 in parts. Offered $175, refused. Left garage and breaker panel a mess.

The fantastic yelp reviews are accurate. Called several electricians. Jesus responded immediately. After giving me an extremely reasonable estimate, he got the job done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home, which was built in the 60's. Our home inspection came back with quit a few issues with the electrical in the home, the main concern being grounding and no GFCI outlets anywhere in the home. I had called several electricians who informed me that I needed to update the entire electrical system in the home, which would cost me roughly $15,000.00. Mark from H&H was able to come out to my home the same day I called him and conducted a safety inspection. He walked me through our house and helped me prioritize what was most important. He was able to come out to our home the very next week to start the job. Mark showed up on time every morning and worked extremely hard to make sure everything we needed done was completed. Mark updated the breakers in the main panel and interior panel of our home, updated and grounded ever single outlet inside and outside, installed LED can lighting in the living room as well as build and install ceiling fans in all four of our bedrooms. My wife and I were extremely happy with everything he did and appreciated his honesty and passion for making sure our home was safe for our family. We will definitely work with Mark for an future electrical needs we may have.

In contractors I'm looking for someone who I can hand the work off to when I'm not even home and they can deliver excellent service. Frank and his team definitely are at this level. We hired them to install an outlet in the bathroom as well as install an outlet where the old stove was somehow plugged-in behind the drywall (1981 construction).
In both cases they were quick and cleaned up any mess or drywall dust. I was not explicitly told to expect to repair a drywall cut, but it was clearly something I was working on in the bathroom (with drywall mud and drywall pieces I had out). Informing less-handy folk about this ahead of time would be appreciated.
Either way, any time we need electrical work, I'm calling Frank Electric.

I had a problem with a GFI outlet. I called and was able to get same day service. It turned out to be an issue with my panel. They restored the components that were rusted and interfering with the breakers tripping. They did it for a reasonable price too. I was surprised given my location. I would definitely hire them again.

I work with Jose for all my electrical needs. He is knowledgeable, punctual and professional in his field. He is able to work with me on my projects whether it is installing a new digital a/c thermometer, changing switches, installing a new pendant light, or replacing ceiling fans he is the man to go to.

Chris is here as I write, hard wiring two lights in each of my daughter's rooms and already installed the canned light I wanted in my shower. This is not the first time we have used him. He is so reliable and does great work! We have a baby and he goes out of his way to work as quietly as possible while she naps. He's just a good guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of electrical work. The price is always right too!! I can't say enough good things about him! Lucky to have found him on home advisor a few years back.

I am extremely pleased with my decision to go with Interwest Electric for a repair on my home. Dean replied to my original Yelp request within minutes, and called me in the morning to schedule an estimate for the work. He showed up to my house exactly on time, followed social distancing guidelines with a mask, and was able to give me a very fair quote and timeline. A few days later Dean and crew arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They repaired an old weathered post on the roof that connected power lines to an addition on my home. Not only did they install a new pressure treated post, but they removed the old one and patched up the hole. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I bought a 1935 Craftsman --- with all the problems of a 1935 Craftsman house. And the best thing, the decades of shoddy electrical 'fix-its' along the way - quite the maze. You have to love the feeling of a good electrical arc now & then. I took it as a sign that my house was 'tazing' me to fix it....it took about a month before I listened (stubborn).
Kevin of Electric Electric Works will do your house right! And he did it fast - the whole house was wired within three days! And we are talking that old school, cloth covered, aluminum coated wire. Tons of it (picts). Kevin not only pulled out the old and in with the new, but also wired a few more receptacles in each of the rooms as well as some high tech LED canisters in the living room. He revamped my breaker box --- and my house doesn't taze me anymore!!
That alone was worth the call! Excellent service, fast response time, and honest - highly recommend Kevin as an electrician.

Charlie, the electrician that showed up to my house and was very polite, he wore booties over his shoes which I think is a sign of a pro. I was disappointed by a couple of aspects of the service. First, he was quoted a flat $300 to troubleshoot a light switch. I asked how long it would take and he said from anywhere from 10 minutes to several hours.
Under those condition, a flat rate seems excessive. Who would pay $300 for 10 minutes of work?
My feeling, having worked with many contractors, is that Point Loma Electric is a place that is trying to create a scalable business model with flat-rate pricing and leaving less authority to their electricians to do their job. I get that. But I personally would rather have a guy who would say well based on my experience, the cause is likely this, we could test that cause and will take me an hour at the most. If it looks like we are going to go over I will let you know and you can tell me what you want done. Of course, then you have a business model that depends too much on the judgment of the electrician.
So, I in summary, I thought Charlie was great, but I thought Point Loma's pricing model would not work for me.

Luke is great - he fixed multiple electrical problems with my house, finding creative (but still fully code-compliant) solutions. He listens, doesn't try to upsell you, and is very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

If you need an energy monitoring device like the Emporia (see photos) installed, Roddy and his apprentice Vito are your guys! Roddy had not installed one of these before but came prepared and had watched the installation videos. They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable, resourceful, they did a very clean job in the panel given the octopus of wires (see photos), and they were extermely friendly and overall great to work with! if you are searching for an electrician, stop searching and call these guys right now, you won't be disappointed!

James and sidekick were early to start, went back to shop for matching parts and all for a happy price. I thank them both.

Five stars for honesty and ethics
I called thinking that I had a major electrical issue going on with my home, after talking through the issue with Greg, he told me what he thought it was, which was literally a 10 second fix on my end, that as an untrained individual, I would've never figured out.
Many would have came out, troubleshot it, fixed it, and charged me a few hours of labor, or even worse.
Full marks for this company

Had an issue with an exterior garage outlet that stopped working suddenly. Sent multiple requests out to Electricians for quotes. Most were overpriced and honestly gouging customers. Ramon responded quickly that he couldn't get out for over a week but offered some advise of potential easy DIY problems. After a few minutes troubleshooting he helped resolve the GFCI issue and probably saved my family $300+ dollars for a none issue. Highly advise anyone who is ethical enough to help people whether or not the get the business.
