Best A/C Repair in San Antonio TX

During this pandemic I have had a hard time getting electricians to come out for repairs. I had flaky ones who no showed or did not do the work,  way overpriced ones, and finally Bolt Electric. The electrician came out, charged an estimate fee which was applied to the work, and evaluated my concerns. When he looked at the electrical panel on the house and for my AC units he presented me with options for the work I wanted done (stand alone electric supply for my jacuzzi). In addition he advised me that my electric panel was ideal for a generator hook up and also suggested a surge protector for the panel.

I was emailed a quote for the work and compared the estimate to another electrician and found the price to be fair. I gave the go ahead to order the parts and set up a date for installation. I had to move the installation date back by a day which was not a problem for the company to accommodate.

The electricians showed up on time and did a professional installation. I was advised of a couple issues and options (not an upsell but a legitimate problem with my existing equipment that I was unaware of since I just purchased the house).

I was on the fence about the generator hook up but after talking to my neighbors about the rolling power outage from the 2021 freeze I opted for it to ensure my family would have power no matter what.

I was shone how to work the newly installed components and satisfied with the work and cost.

I highly recommend Bolt Electric and am arranging them to work on my rental house.

It has been a pleasure getting to know Stetson and team from Dunn Honest Electric.

We initially engaged Stetson via Yelp when we put out a request for a Forklift Charger installation. We met with multiple vendors, but Stetson's professionalism stood out - it wasn't just another job to him. He took the time to explain our options and we received an estimate the following day! The charger install went great.

We then realized the need for further electrical services when we installed our conveyor system. Stetson came back out to our warehouse and discussed all avenues of accomplishing the task. Again, our estimate was given shortly after his visit. The quote was approved and Stetson and team were on-site the following week. Two days later we had an amazingly designed power distribution solution that didn't break the bank.

Service was fast and precise. Electrician David Flores was at my front door within the hour after I made the call. After troubleshooting the issue step by step and explaining possible reasons causing loss of power to a quarter of our house, he repaired the issue. I found Steve (Owner of The Electrical Team) through Home Advisor...He installed two chandeliers in my house and I am having him back to install some outlets in my attic for security cameras.  He is awesome electrician that knows his stuff!  Plus, he's great at scheduling appointments at the last minute...You will not be disappointed with him.

Had a houseful of electricians bidding on a project that I wanted to get started. Hands-down, Mr. Pawson is the most relaxed, knowledgeable and non-pressuring of all electricians that visited the house today. Not only that, but his price was significantly lower than the others. My dog fell I love with him, that's a good sign and he served alongside Soldiers in their time of need.

There are very few people in the service industry these days who are truly passionate about what they do and seek to provide solutions rather than rob you blind. I believe that Steven Moore is the last of his kind. He is extremely passionate about what he does as an electrician and has a ton of experience to borrow from when figuring out how to repair an electrical problem. My girlfriend and I recently purchased an older home and called Steven out to help me with a problem into involving the lights and fan in the master bedroom not turning on. Although it took him several attempts (due to the complexity of my situation), Steven was able to accomplish the job and provide me with a solution at a fair price- no add ons AND he showed empathy for my situation while building a personal connection throughout the entire experience- an element that seems to have gone missing from customer service these days. I was taking a metal bed apart in my spare bedroom and to make a long story short. It fell over into my wall and made two fist sized holes in the drywall.  I live in a new house, so not happy at all to say the least. Went straight to Yelp for help close by. These guys were great. They arrived on time and very efficient. Got 2 fans and a new vanity light installed.

They are one of the best people i have dealt with on yelp. They hung this massive chandelier from scratch, including ceiling drill, chandelier put up and electric connections! They had to bring in fork lift as house has 20 ft ceiling!

We are very disappointed of our service . Because my mom had pay for a battery for the AC unit outside that didn't had buy it . We needed a new one it was a waste of 500.00 . Now we a new a/c the whole thing. The guy didn't tells us that the outside unit was no good and didn't tells us that it needed freon. So now we are out of a/c for the rest of the summer. And they took 500.00 from us for a battery that we didn't need .
But I guess we will here from them. I hope they will read this and maybe remember are number and gaves a call. It's sad that we lost 500.00.we don't know if he really put the battery on or not .Very disappointed! Do they really read this I hope so.
