HISTORY
Jack of all trades. I started out in the 80's in construction, building custom million dollar homes with my Brother, John, owner of JM Development, Inc. After a while I decided not to build homes any more, but build a business instead. So in January, 2001 I started working as the Arcadian Handyman. Born and raised in AZ and grew up in Arcadia, Scottsdale, AZ.

Mark is the owner of Arcadian Handyman Custom Carpentry and More. He has been in business since 2001, and has been in construction, building million dollar homes since 1984. Mark is a Scottsdale, AZ native and attended Kiabab Elementary, K-7, then Ingleside Middle School, 8th grade, Scottsdale High School and Scottsdale Community College. He studied Math and Photography. Photography is a hobby that he has always enjoyed, as well as working with his hands and being creative.

BEWARE!!! Hired Mark for a small job, stucco repair and replace back patio cover fascia. The job was supposed to be completed last week Friday and he has yet to show up since last week Friday to complete the job. I even extended the deadline twice and he promised it would be completed each time. Now I am left hanging to try to find somebody else to fix this mess!!! Now he won't return my calls/texts. I found Mark on Nextdoor and he had positive reviews. However, I have since checked other sources now and find that I am not the only one who has experienced this.

We had Mark come install a bidet attachment. The job required tapping into the hot water supply line under the sink so we were not comfortable doing it ourselves. As always, Mark was on time. He worked quickly and quietly, installing the necessary hardware under the sink and behind the toilet. This was not an easy job and I'm thrilled that we called Mark. Did I mention he cleans up when he's done?! He is skilled and knowledgeable. He's got a great sense of humor, too. I cannot recommend him enough!
We have a skittish rescue dog that usually hides when people come to the house. But she stayed on the couch while Mark was working and she even wagged her tail at him. Now if that isn't a stellar recommendation, I don't know what is. Call The Arcadian Handyman for all your odd jobs. We do!

I just had Mark at Arcadia Handyman complete some home repairs for me. He was on time, we had excellent communication between us about repairs. His work is professional and his prices are more than fair. Highly recommend his service. He can do it all.
Wonderful, wonderful service and work to match! Mark's a great guy and was a pleasure to deal with. He recently completed a patio roof remodel for us and he did a great job. He was extremely thorough, did things the right way, and didn't rush the job. He kept us informed of the progress the whole time, and I thoroughly enjoyed having Mark as our handyman and will certainly reccomend him. If you are looking for a reliable reasonably priced professional custom carpenter look no further. Mark is honorable and so easy to work with. He's on time, gets the job done beautifully and is a pleasure to deal with. My job wasn't a big job but a bit complicated and he took care of everything quickly and easily. He also explained everything in detail. Big jobs or little jobs this is the guy to call!
Mark has been by the house a few times to do a few things that are a little above my skill level. Mark is always on time, friendly, does the job right the first time and reasonably priced. If i need a handyman or anything Mark is always my first call.
Contacted Mark about needing work done on cabinet doors for built-in bookshelves. He responded same day and the work was completed quickly (within a week) and exceeded our expectations. Did an outstanding job of making the doors match existing unit and went extra mile to do some caulking around the unit. Everything was quick, neat and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
HANDYMAN NIGHTMARE!! BEWARE!! Hired Arcadian Handyman, Mark Moretti and paid 2d of 3 installments on my remodel job and then he did not show for 6 days with no communication. Resurfaced after I spent hours interviewing, researching and solidfying new handyman to complete the job. Due to Moretti's unprofessional and unreliable behavior as well as money paid for services not completed - this has resulted in contacting attorney and handling this matter legally. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Arcadian Handyman.
