When our regularly scheduled technician got called out to an emergency, they called my wife to update her on the situation, because they knew the new technician would not arrive within the scheduled window, which we greatly appreciated.

Our technician, Steven was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very professional every step of the way. These folks at top-notch.

I would like to say that Bill and Bob came to our facility in Phoenix here and did a phenomenal job those two Busted their butts to get this job completed overall we were completely satisfied with their excellent clean work and very professional demeanor would definitely highly recommend these two guys on any job

Tom and Kevin are fantastic!  Very friendly and professional.  They answered all of my questions and gave me a fair price for work done.

Took 5 days to get an estimate.We own and manage multiple properties and the lady on the phone had nothing but excuses. When the bud finally showed up it was 30% higher than the company that did the job.

Found this company  thru  Angie's  list. Came  out  within  the  hour  fixed our light switch  and outlets quickly.  There prices  are more than fair was quoted  300 dollars more for same work by onother  company.  The tech cleaned everything  up could  not tell  they were there. This is a great company  and I will use them going  forward.  I highly  recommend  this  company.

Josh completed the update/installation of sockets (regular, GFCI, USB) and light switches at our property. He was quick and helped us get up to code as well. He even came back out to finish the GFCIs we needed to add on another day. His rate was the best and everything looked great. He was transparent and accommodating. Invoice and payment was a breeze as well. Highly recommend.

Arc Electrical was incredibly kind and fast when installing my Tesla charger. They went above and beyond to fix the situation when the charger I purchased from Tesla was too short for my garage. Everything works perfectly after their install - thanks!

Matt is a total professional. Recently bought a new Tesla, needed to install a 220 in the garage. Was able to schedule with Matt very quickly. Matt review ed all options and locations for the new outlet. Installed the outlet exactly to how we planned out. Works perfect! I would definitely recommend Empowered Electrical!

Gary was quick, professional, and responsive. He installed three new power outlets for me, installed a kitchen sink, and moved a coaxial cable. All work was done cleanly and works great. Very pleased with his work here.

My home needed an updated electrical panel because the electrical panel was so old it became a fire hazard! Mike and his crew (by the way, great professional crew) installed a new and updated electrical panel.
Mike is the owner and was very professional both in work and communication. Mike went the extra mile and removed all access wires of no use and also installed grounded outlets and new switch for my flood lights!!! They left my patio clean and the electrical job was amazing.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
