He arrived on time and we discussed the problem I was having, in that some outlets were no longer working in the front part of my house. He went right to work diagnosing the problem. He communicated with me about what he was testing and why, as well as asking me questions that might help him diagnose the problem faster. When he did diagnose the problem, he had parts on hand and took care of it quickly. I was very pleased with how diligently he worked and how polite he was. I was concerned that he would be bothered by my dog, who was properly restrained and corralled, but he was very friendly towards my dog without over engaging him. I was more than satisfied with the work that he did and will be contacting him for further work.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Terry and his team are the best! We needed some help with a cabin we bought and Terry was definitely the right person to call. They put up drywall, fixed the drywall, mudded, sanded, painted, and installed a window for us. Terry was great communicating with us during the projects, taking pictures of the progress and the results. He also gave us some great tips for other things to make sure we do to the cabin. Mike showed up on time and was extremely pleasant and efficient.  He is a creative problem solver, and actually saved me money by explaining that he could fix issues simply that I thought would require much more work.  His prices are very, very reasonable.  I highly recommend him, and he will be my first call when I need work done again.

Phil came in and installed a new ceiling fan, he had to run electrical and do a hole in the ceiling, he was very professional, came on time and even checked out a couple other repairs for us. I highly recommend him for any handyman job you need!

Used Nate for some painting, electrical and glass work.  Showed as promised and did great work.  Kept everything tidy.  He is a very pleasant individual as well.

BEWARE!!!    Hired Mark for a small job, stucco repair and replace back patio cover fascia.   The job was supposed to be completed last week Friday and he has yet to show up since last week Friday to complete the job.  I even extended the deadline twice and he promised it would be completed each time.  Now I am left hanging to try to find somebody else to fix this mess!!!    Now he won't return my calls/texts.    I found Mark on Nextdoor and he had positive reviews.   However, I have since checked other sources now and find that I am not the only one who has experienced this.

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

I had a unique, time-sensitive, and potentially complex repair that needed to be done in my kitchen. Kurt responded quickly when I reached out for help, took the time to ask for pictures and communicate about the issue before he came to the house, and then was able to come out as soon as needed and quickly fix the problem. He is responsive, communicative, fast, courteous, very professional, and does excellent work! Highly recommend. I will definitely be calling him again when I have another project.

These guys do it all! Dustin and his team are amazing! I call them out whenever I need something done at my house or investment properties.
