Gary arrived earlier than expected, called first to make sure it was ok. He got to work immediately and worked efficiently and did a great job installing new horizontal blinds and wall mounted book shelves and minor drywall work. Will call him next time we need work done.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. Terry and his crew did a complete deck rebuild for us did good job stayed in budget help me re-designed it a little bit and kept area clean. I really struggle with writing a bad review for a small business person but I believe my situation warrants it. I actually hired him twice and it was the second time that I have the issue with. I hired him to install a new water heater which he did, but once there were problems with it, that is when he ghosted me. A brand new 40 gallon mid-level water heater should not run out of hot water entirely in 6 minutes. He told me the problem was I had to turn the temperature all the way up on the water heater but I explained that the water temperature was already hot, just for a very short time. I texted and wrote him several times to no avail and I did get a response back twice saying that he would come out and fix it but never came out and fixed it or answered any of my follow-up emails or texts. So now I have a junk water heater that runs out of hot water in 6 minutes.

I have a property in Buckeye. We have had a few issues come up that needed immediate attention. Not only does Phil have a fair price, his work and professionalism go leaps and bounds. He was fair, and honest when he replaced my sink as well as did some minor drywall repair. As far as handymen go, look no further than Phil will fix it. Thanks Phil!!

We were in need of someone to come seal this ASAP and he was able to come next day. He was super communicative, prompt and timely!

I just had Mark at Arcadia Handyman complete some home repairs for me. He was on time, we had excellent communication between us about repairs.  His work is professional and his prices are more than fair. Highly recommend his service. He can do it all.

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

Kurt was extremely professional and helpful. He did an amazing job communicating and getting the full scope before he started. I highly recommend him. We will be using him again for sure.

Dustin was great. Knew what he was doing and did a great job. We had some new lights hung in the outside entry. He came the next day right on time. They look good and we'll be calling him back when we have another project

Chance was fantastic! He installed a large sail shade cloth over our driveway for us. Our previous two were too small and kept sagging. Holes were filled in from old hardware and he didn't leave a mess. Great value, very responsive and reliable. I will be using him in the future for other handyman needs. Highly recommend! We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor customer service.

Fix it Floyd came and did some electrical projects for me last week.  Dan the electrician came early and did an amazing job!  His work far exceeded any electrician I have used in the last 5 years.  I will call on Fix it Floyd for all my needs.  Next project for me is some plumbing.  I have every reason to believe I will have an equally great experience.  I recommend Fix it Floyd with great confidence.
