Asked for estimate Alex came by Saturday and said after he left he would have the estimate to
Me in 20 minutes . 2 days later no estimate and no response from Alex.

We had a problem last night and all of our outdoor outlets stopped working during a rain.  Alex answered the phone at about 9 at night and gave advice over the phone to try to fix the problem without the need for a service call.  He also advised us how to prevent the problem in the future.  I'm glad that I now feel like I have found an electrician that I can trust.  Friendly and knowledgeable, this is now my preferred electrician!

After obtaining a few quotes, we went with The Wire Guy.  They came out today to replace our track lighting with recessed lighting, added external lighting in a couple of areas, added dedicated circuits (we had issues with multiple appliances on one which caused continuous breaks), added additional outlets, and we had them clean up wiring in the attic.  They were on time, gave us great advice, and professional!

Chad came by to clean up a few wiring mistakes I made. Nothing of biblical proportions. On one I created a short when I swapped a rocker switch for a dimmer. On the other I wanted to replace a two-switch rocker such that each circuit is on a separate dimmer. The house is old and the wiring janky; I could not figure out how to split it into two. Chad solved the first problem fairly quickly--I created a short when I inadvertently nicked the common wire. The other box took him a few to figure it out--again, janky wiring. Instead of simply fixing the problems Chad explained how I created the short and told me how to avoid doing so in the future. Once he figured out the janky wiring--too many extraneous wires--he not only cleaned it up but again explained  what and how he resolved the issue. While he was here I also had him add an outlet near the ceiling for a wireless speaker, something I could probably do but hey, Chad is 20 years younger than me. I let him climb the ladder. In none of this did Chad make me feel like I committed an ID10T error. Oh. And Bjelde honored my military service with a 10% discount.

We needed some help with some outlets, they stopped by today and did a great job. Identified the issue and replaced the plugs. Friendly, quick and reliable, thank you again!

Took them two days to even come out to a no power issue, and then they messed up the panel resulting in melted breakers then left never to be seen again.  I spoke with the office man who assured me they would get an estimate together to replace the panel and get things rolling.  I pretty much gave them carte blanche to do the job.  It's been a week since I left two messages, no call backs, no estimates, just a non-working electrical panel.  No I would not recommend this company - a company my home warranty company ONEGUARD sent out.  If your warranty company schedules them - re-schedule.  Or get a different warranty company.

Troy was talented, professional and friendly. We managed to tackle a few projects at once and he explained everything along the way. Will definitely hire him and his team again for any future electrical projects.

I like this company! Chip was quick to respond to my request for an estimate to replace two ceiling fans in my home and scheduled the job a week out. I phoned a few days later to add another task to the job with no problem. Daniel and Chris showed up on time and did the work quickly and efficiently and left no mess to clean up. This is the second time I have used their services and I have already received estimates for future work. I highly recommend; easy to work with, fair prices and quality work.

Total flakes.  Emailed (not called) 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive to say they could not be there.  Rescheduled and then did not show/call or email.  AVOID.

I asked for multiple outlets to be placed for TVs that were getting hung. I ended up adding more, which he was more than willing to accommodate. Price was fair and communicated prior to work starting. No pressure and no BS! I will use again!

I was very pleased with the service we received from JM Electric. They managed to install multiple can lights in the ceilings throughout the house with minimal drywall repairs needed. Another company we received a quote from warned us there'd be a lot of drywall damage but they kept it to a minimum. They also had the lowest price among the quotes we received so it was a win win. I'd definitely use them again and refer them as well.

I called them to do a new home inspection and they were 3 hours late with no courtesy call! Pretty peeved that they made me miss a whole day of work waiting around for them to come...
