UPDATE: My review while an honest opinion, needs an update. I had a call from the company and I wasn't going to call back because I wasn't looking to argue... but I did. They actually were very nice and began with an apology and an offer to make things right. We also talked about my review, and it was explained there were some miscommunications and misunderstandings and what caused them. What they said was plausible. Most important and not just for them, but for anyone is that they owned their mistakes. They didn't just leave them like other businesses have done, they owned them, and tried to correct them, but I already had someone else come out for the problems. At least they tried and that has to count for something. They didn't ask me to rewrite the review or take it down, or offer me money to change it, all of which has happened with others. I offered to update. It is also why I usually don't write reviews right away, because I want to try and keep things in perspective, and be fair, and in this case, my frustration got to me and I am sorry.  Again, it doesn't mean that things happened any differently, they didn't. At least there are  possible reasons. So I upgraded their stars, the rest is up to you to decide.

My search for a new electrician (my electrician for 25 years suddenly wasn't there any more) ended quickly when I called TAB...owner Tom jumped on my need (cooking for my daughters family with new baby due  any minute, kitchen lights went out).  I had two excellent electricians here within 2 hours!   Within an hour they had diagnosed the problem and picked up the specialty switch I needed and installed it....they didn't even stop me from cooking!  Thank you Tom and company...Kudos to Kevin and Francisco as well.  Proclaiming your kindness and quick action, as well as excellence.

My pool light has ancient wiring.  It had been out all Summer because I never got around to it.

Called Wiring Pros and he had the pool lit up dark blue hours before my guests arrived at my party.

It has been 10 or so days and my light still works.

I'd call them again if needed for anything electrical.

Showed up time and listened to what the problem consists of. He researched all circuits to verify the issue. He found and repaired the problem. He was personable, efficient, knowledgeable and promptly resolved the issue. I would use his service on any electrical issues I may have.

I needed a light installed In a tight stairwell with a 20' ceiling. Bolt's electricians had the right equipment and a good attitude. I called a number of companies in Phoenix who couldn't deliver what Bolt was able to. They showed up on time, came with a fun attitude and worked quickly. They offered to clean up and take the cardboard and other things to the recycling bin for me (which I declined). These guys are great, I would not hesitate to call them again anytime.

This is a New home purchase December 19, 2022. The master bedroom, and living room, were on one circuit breaker. When I used my floor heater would trip  the circuit breaker. I spoke with Travis the Owner. He quoted me $95 to take down an old fan and hang a new one

The installer goes back snd forth to his truck continually

In less than 1 hr he's done. I ask him how is the balance and he says no time !

I remind him that balancing a fan is part of the job and I would like him to do that before he races off to his next appt

He balances the fan and hands me a bill for $208,

$109 for the install that was quoted at $95 and $99 for taking down the old fan.

I ask him why is he charging me for the  removal and he says he didn't have a ratchet so it took him 20 minutes to remove 1 bolt!!! Thats why he kept going to his truck!

1   Why didnt he have basic tools?

2    why didnt he ask me if I had a ratchet set? i do

3   Why should i pay rxtra when he was ill prepared?

I paid and called Travis. He wasnt in so I asked for Travis to call me the next day. No surprise I never heard from him

I contacted Alex on a Saturday morning to get an estimate on installing a Electric Vehicle charging station in my garage. He responded immediately with an estimated price (based on the information I provided) which was quite a bit less than the other quotes I received.

He gave me a couple of scheduling options - one for later that day, and one for the next morning. So I scheduled the work.

When Alex arrived, he was friendly and promptly went to work. In less than an hour, my charging station was good to go.

Had Coltech work on our older house renovation 4 years ago. They installed new breaker box and connections to electrical main.
This AM heard a loud boom and lost all electric. Turned out to be a transformer explosion. After SRP rectified the problem, Coltech came out to check our Main box & fuses promptly, and as usual were very courteous and helpfull. Great group that knows the meaning of customer service and suppoty. Would use no others!!!

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.

Rob was quick to respond and help us out long distance with our electrical issues at our townhouse.
