We've used Isaac twice, once in a remodel and once with an electric circuit issue. Quick to respond, competitive price and very reliable.

Excellent service at a great price! Electrician was very friendly and informative and was very affordable. He explained what he was doing and even did a little extra without me asking. I couldn't have been happier with his work! Highly recommended!

Erik put a new AC in our home last year and has come out to service it on his own.
He also did electric work on our stove and the backyard.
Great work and service! I highly recommend Eriks AC and Electrical.

Mr. Friedman's Electric is 100% the way to go. Erick is honest, kind, efficient and fair. Attitude goes a long way but Erick's work matched his demeanor. Most certainly not the last time we'll be graced by his work! Thanks team! You crushed it with the install of our outdoor ceiling fan!

Brian and Zappo Electric is your one stop!!!! We had electrical conduit being ran from our roof directly in front of a major drain and into our electrical box. We were getting water down the conduit and in our electric box whenever we had rain. Brian gave us a fair quote and did the work immediately. He took great care in re-routing the conduit and the final result was extremely well done. We will be calling Brian for some future projects. He is honest, on time and takes pride in his company. Give him a call and a chance. You won't be disappointed.

My water heater wasn't working in the home I just moved into, they walked me through all the steps needed through messages. Got it working in less than 20 minutes on a Sunday evening. Wonderful service!

I happened upon Temple Electric when I moved to Phoenix 4 years ago. They have been my go to for all electric since. Chip and his crew have installed ceiling fans, wall mounted my big screen TV, got the charger for our car set up with a 220V in the garage, and did a full troubleshoot in the older house we just moved into to help us get our lighting set up for outside. Top shelf service at competitive prices. Communication is terrific and I am usually presented with several options of what can be done for problems. Great company overall

We received bids from only two companies: Monster Power and Extra Electrical. We chose to work with Extra Electrical because of a more competitive quote. I personally had a phone conversation with David Gomez, the owner of Extra Electrical. He strongly advised me NOT to go with Monster Power as they have had many issues with their work, they have bad mouthed Extra Electrical, etc. He then proceeded to tell me this is the reason he (David) chose to no longer work with BYOP. He said he couldn't deal with Monster Power any longer. This was surprising to me that a business owner would not only speak to a customer so negatively about their competition, but also advise me that the leads from BYOP are paid for. Not exactly what we wanted to hear.
Regardless of this, we allowed and paid for the work by David's team at Extra Electrical. Fast forward a few weeks and we have now finished and filled our swimming pool. Within days we noticed wetness around the edge of the pool. I called Duncan Plumbing and they immediately came out to assess any issues - no questions asked. They confirmed there were no plumbing issues. I then called Superior Pool Plastering and they confirmed the same - no issues. At that time we were lost with how to solve the ongoing issue of the leak which had become more obvious. On July 17th we further invested $299 with Leak Science to determine where the leak was coming from. They were able to determine, without a doubt, the issue is coming from the conduit in one of our microbrite lights. We called Extra Electrical and the secretary immediately denied any fault on their end. She claimed they had pictures of their work, never has this been an issue before and refused to help unless we paid them $250 more to come out as a trip charge.
On Monday, July 20th, David Gomez spoke to my husband and I before abruptly hanging up the phone on me. He refused to rectify the issue and advised me it would be best to involve the ROC and proceed with a claim, which I have done. The issue remains open and unresolved at this time. I will update this review when and if the situation is resolved.

They cancelled my appointment because technician had an emergency. I said OK, please come tomorrow because my electrical problem is an emergency too. They said sorry it will be another 5 days. Awful. Clearly this business does not go the extra mile to help customers when a problem arises on their end. Stay completely away from this business!

Larry, our electrician from Tucker Hill, was awesome! He did great work, never choosing the easy way, with results way beyond anything we expected. Found improper 20 amp circuit breaker another electrician had jury-rigged onto 15 amp wiring, saving us possible house fire. Had extensive complicated work including wiring EV charger and upgrading panel from 200 amp to 400 amp working with APS. Saved us $25k in trenching costs by recommending APS pull new bigger cables through existing 2 conduit instead of paying to retrench a 2 1/2 conduit like APS insisted we do. Quality of work was wonderful. Brought down costs for us whenever possible and worked late into the night on multiple days. We love Larry and Tucker Hill!

Beware doing business with David Ferch, owner of Dakota Maintenance. He was supposed to renovate my front yard landscape and install a 3 piece modular paver system at my front entry and from my front gate to back patio. I found out the hard way that this contractor has little or no experience in pave installation and did not understand the random pattern of 3 piece modular paver system. Furthermore, he used the wrong type of sand for paver base and did not have any compaction equipment. He was not planning on doing any excavation to make pavers come out level with front yard. His services were terminated. The paver manufacturer recommended a qualified installer and my job got completed. It is a beautiful and very professional job. BUYER BEWARE WITH DAKOTA MAINTENANCE. They are not even a one star!
