We needed to mount our tv using the MantelMount bracket. Tony promptly responded with his estimate, comparable to others I have received. He was very responsive with all my questions and clearly laid out the work involved.

On the scheduled work day, Tony and his assistant pleasantly arrived earlier than discussed. They were professional, polite and clean throughout. He constantly made sure the install was how we wanted it to be.

We were initially hesitant due to the lack of reviews, but we are very happy with his work and will definitely consider Diamond Electric for our future projects.

Very impressed with this company after their appointment this morning, installing two new outlets for the new dryer I bought. I had a very friendly electrician named Eddy who did a fast job and gave me a small discount after I asked.

Needed an electrician in a hurry!  A light socket in my basement tripped the circuit & I could not reset the circuit breaker.  And it took out the whole wall including cable tv phone internet & wifi!  I called Mr Russo and he was at my house in half an hour on a Saturday in the pouring rain.  He fixed it quickly for a reasonable price.  He is pleasant & friendly.  I would recommend him & will definitely call him again when I need help.

Wow  !  fantastic    service.   i  called  for  a   couple  of    electrical   problems in my  apartment.    burnt  out    outlet and   no lights in  back  rooms.     the   electrician  arrived  exactly on time, as he   said  he  would  when i called  the night   before.    he  completed  the    job   in  about   20   minutes.    he  replaced the    burnt  out  wall  unit,   plugged  in my   AC    restored   lights  in  back  room.     fast,   efficient,   clean  worker.      whether  you  have a  small or  big  job,  this    is  the company  to  call.    the  price ????    perfect  !!   very  low  .

John from Port Washington Electric is great, called him on a Tuesday explained to him what I needed done, gave me an appointment for the following week in a Monday, showed up on time and did the work promptly.  Fairly priced, John and his helper were  professional, polite and courteous.  I highly recommend using them for all your electrical needs!!

I had a very poor experience with Electirc Brigade.  I had a problem with one of the outlets in my apartment, and called Electric Brigade to diagnose it.  An electrician came, did some checks, and told me that a wire must have gotten damaged somewhere between the patch panel and the outlet.  He said it would require running a new wire from the panel to the outlet.  He told me that because it would require making multiple holes in the the wall, it would cost $1,000.  Thinking that the price was too high, I called a couple of other companies in the area, and one of them agreed to do the same job for $400.  When the electrician came to do the job, he actually figured out that the problem was with the outlet.  It turned out that the Electric Brigade electrician: 1) Diagnosed the problem incorrectly; 2) Quoted me an exorbitant price for a job that didn't even need to be done.

Never showed up for appointment, even though I confirmed and received confirmation email.  The no-show was huge hassle for us as we removed two flat screen TVs from wall and moved furniture in order to accommodate the work being done.

Used the Yelp quote service.  

Called and texted Fayiz multiple times morning of appointment.  He never called back.  He ended up texting saying I never confirmed appointment.  When I screenshot the confirmations he said that didn't matter because he claimed to ask a question that I didn't answer so based on that he didn't show up the next day.  When I asked him to send me screenshot of question (because I had no idea what he was talking about) it was not a question, it was a statement about the work.  He claimed it was a question, he just didn't put a question mark in text, which was confusing.  

Whatever, mistakes happen and if this was a scheduling error that is okay.  But he was unprofessional in how he handled it, never accepting responsibility, and wasting numerous texts telling me this was my fault which was the red flag for me. I ended up blocking his number.

If you are going to hire him (he seems to have decent reviews for work) then I highly suggest you confirm the appointment repeatedly, and hope the project goes well.

These guys were totally fantastic and I will definitely use them for all my electrical needs from now on. I had three previous electricians try to do my smart switch job and totally screw it up. And because of the previous work, my project had things installed wrong and pretty confusing.

Mentor and the All Star team came a day after I called, gave a quote right on the spot, and then started work within the hour. They were patient and explained things to me. And, even though I'm a woman, they listened to me and assumed I knew a little bit about the situation. I really appreciated how kind, patient, and respectful they were throughout the project.

They finished the work within a couple hours (one of the previous electricians had taken nearly 10 hours and still didn't get it right).

These guys know their stuff and they are great to work with. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I had a good experience with this company.  They came out the next day after i called.  Arrived promptly (which in itself for contractors is refreshing).  Fairly basic job to asses cause of outlets not working in 2 rooms and replace a faulty third.  They did it all quickly, efficiently, and friendly.  Think their prices seem in line with other firms and standard $50 callout charge which is frustrating but what can you do.  Was a couple hundred bucks but money well spent.  Would use them again

G & G Electric is the BEST place to obtain electrical products. They have plenty of inventory and you will not find a product that they haven't heard of or carry. Also, it helps that the staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. If you need help of any sort, feel free to ask for Velez.  He is really friendly, knowledge and just a breath of fresh air.  Oh and they also opened  a store in Harlem too for the Westchester customers!
