We hired Gladiator Electric based upon wonderful web reviews.  These reviews were spot on.  Set up an appointment with Mike from Gladiator.  Received confirmation texts prior to and the morning of to keep us informed. They showed up promptly (early actually).  We had a list of items discussed prior to the call and some add-ons during the day of.  The hourly rate + materials was very reasonable. The Techs, Eric and Dylan, were extremely courteous and professional.  And nice peeps to boot!  The job tasks included Ceiling fixtures (remove/replace fans/lights), moving wall outlets, installing/pairing smart switches and outdoor GFCI outlets.  All done by 3 pm!  My wife and I were extremely pleased with every aspect of the job.  We already have some new tasks lined up for a second job with them.  i highly recommend !

Very professional service from start to finish; from accommodating receptionist who squeezed me into their very busy schedule, to the very knowledgeable technician Henry who clearly explained the causes and solutions to my circuit breaker problems.  Henry's work was thorough, neat, quick, and clean; he clearly takes pride in his work.

Very professional and very affordable. Very pleased with the range hood he installed. Didn't leave any mess behind. Everything looks sleek and he didn't even have to break any walls to install.

I cannot say enough good things.  Tony was very polite, knowledgeable, and honest.  Most importantly, he and his co-worker did a great job fixing my plumbing issues.  He clearly knows a lot about construction as we discussed a potential renovation, and he made great suggestions - some of which were things NOT to spend money on.   I will definitely hire them again for future jobs.  The price was very reasonable, they were timely, and they put up with annoying building politics.

Finished installing and bringing up to code an outside light.  First electrician -- Joe Cunningham-- skipped out on me after I paid him in full before he finished the job.  I know ... I'm an idiot.  
A handyman came to my rescue and was very professional and finished the job for a reasonable price within a reasonable time frame.  I passed HOB inspection without a hitch.  
FYI, I'm posting this review almost a year later because I'm back again to look for a plumber!

Service was efficient and thorough. They also took care to ensure adequate permits were issued from the township prior to the work being scheduled.

The owner of this electrical business, Moheb Azam was extremely quick in responding to our message for a licensed insured vaccinated worker. We have two 5 blade ceiling fans in serious need of cleaning, overall maintenance and in the case of one fan in our kitchen a checkup on the light kit which wasn't working.
He was able to come on Sunday morning 10 AM and got right to the problems. The kitchen fan needed a replacement for the kit fuse and he tightened all the fan blade screws so it wasn't wobbling so bad. The other fan had a real serious issue of being too wide for the space it had been installed in: it was hitting the beam on the right. Moheb had to stop everything to go all the way to Home Depot. Once he had ALL the parts needed to run the wires farther away and centered on the ceiling, he installed covering over the wires and support plate once he had completely reinstalled the fan with blades and light kit. Fan blade screws got tightened here also. Moheb was not fazed, was always clear about what he was doing. His expertise was a pleasure to have at our co-op Apt!! Thank you.

Unlike other electricians who treat you like a number and are quick to move onto their next job, Konstantinos (the owner of the business) feels like a partner, making sure you are happy throughout the job. Very experienced and personable. He also does the work himself, which was immensely valuable to us - being onsite and answering our ignorant questions throughout the job. Pricing was transparent and very fair as well.

I needed a single 8-foot curtain rod installed in my apartment and sent out a request for a quote via Yelp.

Most handymen replied to me with a quote between $120-170, but I was shocked when Peter replied give me $400.

I'll admit that I cannot verify if his work is up to par, but the exorbitant quote was insane and I did end up choosing another service provider, who did a decent job.

Artie was fast, efficient, and affordable. Thank you for fixing my sink. I would recommend him for plumbing work.

My new go to electricians ! I recently bought a Tesla and was looking to install a Tesla wall charger. While Tesla lists recommended electricians on their site most don't service brooklyn. The ones that do have been unresponsive. I went on yelp found Riviera Electric. The experience from start to finish was professional. I sent them some photos of the job they gave me an estimate, scheduled me 2 days out. They arrived on time, installed the charger with minimum damage and patched up all the walls after they finished. Highly recommend for EV installs or any electrical needs.

Eddie is fantastic.Punctual.Excellent communicator.Price seemed fair/consistent with prior fixture installation. Would 100% recommend him for any electrical work.

Great service. Had them replace a subpanel and diagnose some wiring problems. Both technicians were great, Boris was very helpful with scheduling and permits all while delayed by major snow storms.

Wanted to get outlet for generator installed as well as outside lamppost installed . No One responded to calls .fir 2-3 days .Finally guy responded and came to my house to give estimate . It had been 3 weeks since he visited me . Still waiting for quote . Not reliable and professional .

Gary and his team are completely different. When you work with GAT youll notice from the second they give you a consult or step foot into your house or business that these guys are no joke . Overall Gary is impeccably prompt , does thorough/gorgeous work, and reasonably priced

In addition he also provides good feedback in a way that if you are not an electrician you can understand.  

You don't find good people doing work  this well out in the field. GAT brings it to a new level

I reached out to a dozen of electricians (a lot of high Yelp ratings) to put in a 40 amp Wallbox EV charger in my garage. Some wanted to overcharge me and some did no call no shows. Roland from NYC Tesla Electricians gave me a quick response, arrived to my house ON TIME for the consultation, and completed the job in one day. He also didn't try to overcharge like other electricians. I am usually wary of hiring companies with no Yelp review but I am so lucky to find this company to finish my small project. Please give NYC Tesla Electrician a try and support them by giving them Yelp reviews so they get more future projects!

This guy does all wrong wrong . You will need to hire someone to rd do everything .

I hired him for two projects to change all sub panels . He couldn't even wire the breakers properly .

He also plays a game gives you a price n then says o this is extra .

You clearly know what you need to get the job done . But he will leave things out so he can bill you more

Be aware . Stay clear you will have to do double work
