Fabulous work by some really nice guys.

They showed up right on time, the price was as promised, and the work was of top quality. They cleaned up nicely afterwards and didn't miss a detail.

I have no problem giving them the highest of recommendations and am planning on using them many times again.

Cancelled TWO scheduled appointments for estimates ... A weekend and a work day appointments.  Can't even keep either appointments to come for free estimates.  Always say sick.  For more than two weeks?  YOU are the ones who call the day before to confirm appointment and then call on day of appointment to cancel. Put my project on hold for them to come based on your great reviews on Yelp.  Wasted my time.  YOU even ask for 50% deposit for your work!  For materials?!  Seriously?  WTH!  If you don't want to do the job be honest about it and say don't service the area.  It is simple.  Don't waste people's time!  Now I think your 5 star reviews not genuine.  You don't even deserve one star in my book.  Don't matter how nice your phone manners are.   You don't keep your appointments and wasted my time that I set aside to meet with your estimator for more than two weeks!

Casey was able to efficiently install 3 light fixtures for us, one of which was extremely heavy and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend him! He was respectful of our furniture and space throughout the day as well which we appreciated.

This the second time I used there services, this time for a broken outlet and dimmer in my unit. Udi responded quickly and Tony showed up to fix the issue. They communicate quickly and easy to coordinate. Very professional!

Hired Riverside to wallpaper a small bathroom as well as change a cartridge on my shower fixture which had rusted.  

In terms of the wallpaper, they did a decent job.  It took a lot more time than I expected so in the future I would push for a flat fee on something like this rather than go hourly.

For the shower fixture, I wish they had told me this was beyond their expertise.  They fiddled around for 3+ hours and installed the cartridge incorrectly and unevenly.  They then said my fixture hardware was broken because it could not be installed on top of the cartridge (due to the way they had installed it).  A few days later I called a plumber and they were able to fix it in 30 minutes without any issues.  Luckily, they did not charge for this but I have a feeling the wallpaper job was padded due to the time they spent here.

I called them for an emergency service, and they promptly showed up and fixed the problem for a reasonable fee. I will definitely use their services again.

Azam was wonderful.
While two previous electricians came and wanted to charge and outrageous amount just to trouble shoot.
Azam came in did a quick check of the outlets and was able to fix one of the issues the same day.
He came prepared with the tools and materials he needed.
He needed to come back the next day for my 2nd issue. He was on time and finished the Job in one day. He also cleaned up after the work efficiently which most contractors do not do.
I appreciate his honesty and workmanship. I will def be recommending his company and using him in the future.

We are really happy with the work Konstantinos did, he arrived on time, found the cause of the problem fast and fixed it right on the spot. You feel that he has extensive experience.. hope we don't need him again LoL but if we have a problem with the electric in our home , he will be the first person to call.. thank you Alpha Electrical Services..

Peter responded to my phone call and had my electrical issue fixed the same day. He ended up installing a ceiling fan and a light fixture for a very reasonable amount. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Artie did an excellent job re-wiring our decrepit chandelier and defective dimmer switch. Will definitely call on him again.

These guys are amazing. I had 2 other estimates. When I met with Josh, he explained things in a way that made me understand and I knew the company is top notch. Let me tell you what I got with my apartment rewire: they protected everything with plastic, they plastered all openings (professionally, looks better than the untouched wall), they thought of the design for me and gave me suggestions based on their experience with similar layouts. I got so much more than others offered and I didn't know they would do all of this. The crew is happy and always cheerful. I have learned the value of a family owned business. They actually care about every customer. I can't recommend them enough and will be telling everyone about them. Thank You!!!

Quick response and a very knowledgeable guy.  Martin was great and he fixed outlet issue quickly and made sure we wouldn't have any further issues.  Highly recommend.

Jonas came and addressed our problem, even though it was minor.  He was friendly, easy going, knowledgeable, and efficient.  He even put socks around his feet without asking while he was in the house which I thought was very thoughtful considering I spent the whole weekend cleaning my floors (which he didn't know).  I was thoroughly satisfied with the work and the professionalism and would definitely refer and call them again when work and emergencies happen.

Wanted to get outlet for generator installed as well as outside lamppost installed . No One responded to calls .fir 2-3 days .Finally guy responded and came to my house to give estimate . It had been 3 weeks since he visited me . Still waiting for quote . Not reliable and professional .

I reached out to a dozen of electricians (a lot of high Yelp ratings) to put in a 40 amp Wallbox EV charger in my garage. Some wanted to overcharge me and some did no call no shows. Roland from NYC Tesla Electricians gave me a quick response, arrived to my house ON TIME for the consultation, and completed the job in one day. He also didn't try to overcharge like other electricians. I am usually wary of hiring companies with no Yelp review but I am so lucky to find this company to finish my small project. Please give NYC Tesla Electrician a try and support them by giving them Yelp reviews so they get more future projects!

Luis has done a great job for us on multiple occasions. He installed a three-way switch for our basement lights, re-wired all our outlets to ground them, installed the plugs for our washer and dryer, amongst other things and has done a great job each time. We've had his work checked for inspection and passed. He always sends itemized cost estimates for each job I've asked him to do and doesn't try to nickle and dime you. He is a very straightforward guy and working with him has been a very pleasant & stress-free experience. I highly recommend him!
