Ramiro and Daniel were at our home all day replacing 3 light fixtures, installing several new toggle switches and 2 sets of smart switches throughout our home. They did an amazing job especially given all of the old original 1920s wiring which they fixed and made sure was to code. They were extremely professional and communicative - explaining things along the way.  They also did a very thorough cleaning of their workspaces. We trust KB for all of our electrical work in our home.

Needed some electrical work done and looked like this place had great reviews and was pretty close to where I lived...upon calling to see if I could get an estimate or explain my issue the guy on the phone was really rude and basically hung up on me. Not sure if their work is good or not but definitely not someone I want to give my business to.

Needed a plumber for a toilet leaked and Udi the owner responded to my Yelp quote within 24 hours. He was able to provide two potential solutions from the photos I provided him along with a quote all through Yelp messages. He was also able to provide a COI for my building very fast and a plumber from his team came out to service my apartment within 48 hours. Throughout was impressed by how quick his team was and his prices were reasonable after getting quotes from a number of companies.

This was the biggest nightmare of my life! Their team comes across great initially until they start working and you realize they don't know what they're doing. After hours and hours of them doing shotty workmanship that they have no skill at, for example the electrician actually electrocuted himself several times while he was working and didn't take any safety measures whatsoever and then other odd jobs around the house I told them to please make sure the door was shut and the check is on the door open. The worst thing was when my puppy got loose and they never said one word about it the dog ran into the street and almost got hit by a car we had to run all over the entire neighborhood to try to get our pet safely home. I was furious when I got back and ask them to explain why they left the door open for the 10th time I didn't bother to tell me that the dog got loose they said they didn't think it would be an issue. They were just numbskulls, their English was horrible I had a terrible time being able to understand what I was saying   There were so many levels of unprofessional and unskilled workmanship I really don't have enough words or ability to articulate how horrible the experience was.

I hired them to install/replace lights for our landscaping and to brighten up the look of the house from the street.  We are very happy with the result and the service was excellent - timely, responsive, etc.  Would definitely use again.

These guys were fantastic. Came in same day, on time and stayed until my issues were completely corrected.
This company is fast , knowledgeable and very reasonably priced.

I've hired plenty of electricians in my day - let alone general contractors and folks to do all kinds of work on all sorts of properties. I can do a lot of work construction myself - so when it comes times to hire somebody I'm basically impossible to please because I always feel like I'm paying someone else too much to do a worse job than I could do if only I had the tools and time. Moreover, normally with the trades people it is really difficult to communicate, get a clear picture of the work, understand what sort of materials they will use and at what price point, and what the breakdown of their labor will be. Not so, with Alpha Electrical services.

Konstantinos was wonderfully communicative, and friendly to boot. This guy even called me back while he was on vacation halfway around the world to make sure we had our work scheduled at the right time and day. On top of that, he sent me links to the materials he was going to install (several outdoor GFI outlets - some attached to my house, and some out in my yard and on my patio). He explained all of the electrical code protocols, exactly how he would run the lines, where he would put the boxes, and offered friendly advice about the best equipment and installation procedures.

When the day came to do the work, Konstantinos arrived on time and although he worked solo - he installed two yard outlets, three outdoor gfi boxes, and had to run new lines from a new breaker that had to punch out of my concrete basement walls. Amazingly, he hid the wires wonderfully behind my sheetrock basement ceiling with almost no perceptible cut and the punches to the outside were clean, minimal, and sealed up beautifully.

This guy communicated wonderfully, worked efficiently, treated my property as if it were his own, and did a job better than I was expecting while all along the way suggesting little tweaks and improvements without being a pushy salesperson. (He also treated my little dog who is very fearful with a lot of respect so naturally that earned him mega bonus points).

In short, I basically never pay contractors to do a job and feel good about it at the end but this guy really delivered with a price that beat the competition!

BTW Whoever this Dan R. guy is clearly is out out of his mind - my experience working with Alpha Electrical couldn't have been more stress free, seamless, professional, and beyond satisfactory both in regards to price point and end-product. I just wish I could find other contractors this reliable.

Punctual, knows the job and detailed. Peter beat everyone else's price on yelp and came to my home and installed a frameless shower door for me. Very happy with the end results. A well deserved 5 star review. Thank you !

We needed a plumber to replace our faucet for another model in our small apartment kitchen. Artie was super professional from start to finish. He is experienced and worked his way around the custom cabinetry and tiny space below the sink. He was communicative and secured all of the necessary paperwork for our building in a breeze! His rates are very reasonable, and his customer service is extraordinary. We are so happy to have found such an efficient and reliable handyman and look forward to working with him in the future!

Had a few issues around my house, Josh and his team took care of them quickly without any hassle. Communication was excellent, prices were reasonable, the work was done properly. I would definitely recommend.

One of the area's best kept secrets.  I love dealing with this company.  Their pricing is reasonable, the owners are involved in the operation, and the work is professional.  Why go anywhere else?

My wife and I purchased a home about 4 months ago. We called 11 electricians, used Angi, tried the old friend of a friend technique and nothing was working. some never called back, others quoted us thousands and 2 went out of business in that time frame. I called MD and he came out in the snow the next day. The same night he sent the proposal. He gave me a lot of money saving advice and sent his crew in to finish the electrical issues that unfortunately came with the home. Even when some unforeseen circumstances arose he said don't worry about it, fixed it all and made sure everything was the way it should be. Don't waste time like I did and don't take my word for it, just call and see for yourself.

I reached out to a dozen of electricians (a lot of high Yelp ratings) to put in a 40 amp Wallbox EV charger in my garage. Some wanted to overcharge me and some did no call no shows. Roland from NYC Tesla Electricians gave me a quick response, arrived to my house ON TIME for the consultation, and completed the job in one day. He also didn't try to overcharge like other electricians. I am usually wary of hiring companies with no Yelp review but I am so lucky to find this company to finish my small project. Please give NYC Tesla Electrician a try and support them by giving them Yelp reviews so they get more future projects!

This guy does all wrong wrong . You will need to hire someone to rd do everything .

I hired him for two projects to change all sub panels . He couldn't even wire the breakers properly .

He also plays a game gives you a price n then says o this is extra .

You clearly know what you need to get the job done . But he will leave things out so he can bill you more

Be aware . Stay clear you will have to do double work
