No joke after a year of trying to get an electrician to our house and consistently being put off or businesses not returning phone calls, Mike was recommended to me. I'm in the service and repair business and I am a firm believer in top notch customer service. Mike and his team from Gladiator came to the house. Replaced a ceiling fan, installed some light/fan dimmer switches, replaced a switch in the hallway and repaired some defective wiring for the kitchen light. Totally professional and through service. He explained everything that was performed to me and made recommendations. If you need electric work performed, this is the company to call.

Amazing work start to finish. Henry is the absolute best. Even went out to get us the right light bulbs for my new lights. True professional and I would highly recommend.

Casey is the best. He and his team are professional, courteous, and reliable. They help fix a botched recessed lighting job in my house (don't ever install low voltage lighting if you can avoid it) and they installed some exterior lighting. They also added a new outlet. The pricing was fair and the work was done on time. I highly recommend hiring Casey!

I cannot say enough good things.  Tony was very polite, knowledgeable, and honest.  Most importantly, he and his co-worker did a great job fixing my plumbing issues.  He clearly knows a lot about construction as we discussed a potential renovation, and he made great suggestions - some of which were things NOT to spend money on.   I will definitely hire them again for future jobs.  The price was very reasonable, they were timely, and they put up with annoying building politics.

Robert and his team at Riverside exemplify great service and value. They responded to an inquiry on a Saturday night within 30 minutes, texted and called to confirm the project scope (in my case repairing a broken shower valve and estimating costs for a series of other home improvement projects), arrived bright and early and on time the next day, talked me through what they needed to do and asked if I was okay with any additional charges as they went (the additional cost being for parts which they located, removed, and showed me and provided receipts for), and most importantly, fixed the shower valve that had been serviced but never really repaired by a handful of others. Mostly every plumber that has looked at this issue before has simply replaced the valve (2 in the past 2 years). In this case, Robert and his team took the time to really diagnose the root cause and found an old cartridge that clearly required replacement many years prior; if speed were the only measure, they'd still be ahead of other handymen by a long shot but to see the true attention to detail spoke greater to their expertise.

If you live in Hoboken, you know that finding a reliable communicative and actually handy handyman can be challenging. I can't count the number of hours I've spent online and on the phone locating a plumber, electrician, or general handy service. I was so pleased to hear back from Robert so quickly, and to see his teams work was really effective and fairly priced.

I've already asked them to come back for other projects; I'll be sure to share an update on how those go as well but I'm sure it will be much the same given their approach. Look no further Hoboken, we have a new handyman team!

Terrible terrible service. I waited 3 months for a quote. My project for totally derailed. I regret counting on Alex. Find a different electrician.  Can't get any worse.

The owner of this electrical business, Moheb Azam was extremely quick in responding to our message for a licensed insured vaccinated worker. We have two 5 blade ceiling fans in serious need of cleaning, overall maintenance and in the case of one fan in our kitchen a checkup on the light kit which wasn't working.
He was able to come on Sunday morning 10 AM and got right to the problems. The kitchen fan needed a replacement for the kit fuse and he tightened all the fan blade screws so it wasn't wobbling so bad. The other fan had a real serious issue of being too wide for the space it had been installed in: it was hitting the beam on the right. Moheb had to stop everything to go all the way to Home Depot. Once he had ALL the parts needed to run the wires farther away and centered on the ceiling, he installed covering over the wires and support plate once he had completely reinstalled the fan with blades and light kit. Fan blade screws got tightened here also. Moheb was not fazed, was always clear about what he was doing. His expertise was a pleasure to have at our co-op Apt!! Thank you.

All the outlets and switches in my apartment had to be replaced after a new paint job. I contacted Konstantinos and other electricians to help me get it done.  Konstantinos called me within an hour or so, which I liked, asking a few important details about what I needed, gave me a quote and we scheduled a day and time.
He was on time, was very professional,  reliable and very friendly. You don't realize how many outlets and switches an apartment has until you have to replace them. Konstantinos worked fast and very efficiently. Within 2 1/2 hours he was done, and all finally looked alright again.
I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone who needs a skilled, experienced and reliable electrician.

Peter is truly incredible - you'll be so happy that you called him!  We had an emergency issue with our HVAC system where it stopped working on the coldest day of the year.  Peter was able to get to the root of the issue in no time - and charged us next to nothing for it!   It's been several weeks now and everything is still working perfectly.  If you've got an electrical or construction issue and you need someone you can rely on, you won't regret reaching out to Peter.  He is truly the best and you'll be in great hands!

We're first-time homeowners. Before we even closed on our gut renovated co-op we knew we were going to need some additional electrical work done. Ceiling fan installation -- of which we needed five -- is standard fare, and they did great. The thing that kept me up at night was the installation of higher powered wiring for the washer/dryer closet (30 amps). In a large apartment (a combination of two separate units) where the breaker box is quite a long distance to the laundry closet, I was concerned about how much of the ceiling would need to be broken into to get the job done.

Josh -- who kept me at ease from assessment to job completion -- brought in the A-Team (minus Mr. T)! The three of them installed the ceiling fans and ran the new wiring in under five hours. But what was truly astounding was the manner in which they ran the wiring. All the breaking was done in only two closets, and the plaster job to cover it was phenomenal. Frankly, unless you go squirreling around in our son's closet, you won't know that anything was done at all. We'll be putting a fresh coat of paint down tomorrow; at which point, there will be no perceivable difference.

I can't speak highly enough of Josh's professionalism and his team's speed. We bought a beautiful home, and I was worried about tearing into our brand new ceilings, or god-forbid messing up our crown molding. But nothing was touched. All the work was done between two closets on opposite ends of the apartment.

I'm convinced Josh and his crew are magicians, and I would recommend them over and over again. If you're even considering Riviera Electric, just do yourself a favor and drop all other options. We've found our electrician for life, and I know you will too if you give them a call.

He came provide a good estimate started right away finished less than hour.  I had my range hood replaced and also these new hood needed a three prong outlet.  He removed and replaced my range hood.  Added the new outlet instead of the old range hood connection.   He also cleaned up after he was done.

MD Electrical Solutions are very honest , reliable and most importantly don't take advantage of people . We live in Morris County, and we lost power for the past few days due to the storm. Thru a referral we contacted Mark and Mike, and they made arrangements to come onsite ASAP, install a generator subpanel and walk us thru the process. They are licensed professional , and made helped us gain power into our home while the Public Utilities is working on all the damage to the town. We have 2 little boys and elder grand parents that reside with me so it is quite difficult to be displaced and search for hotels.  The team could of easily charged more , as non licensed electricians called me and wanted to charge higher. If you are looking for honest hardworking team that don't try to make a profit when disaster strike I would go to MD Electricians. Gary was great. Cheapest quote by a lot so I wasn't expecting much. On the appointment day he was 2 hrs late so I was pretty annoyed. But when he did show up, the work he did was excellent. He installed a new outlet in my bathroom which required breaking through a brick and cement wall. He also installed 4 wall sconces and upgraded another bathroom outlet. I used him a second time and he was 3 hrs late but again did a excellent work. Both these times he had somewhat plausible excuses.

On a personal level, he was a nice person and very well-mannered and respectful.

So....be prepared that he might be late. But when he does show up, he does quality work at an unbeatable price. For me, that's an acceptable trade off.

I reached out to a dozen of electricians (a lot of high Yelp ratings) to put in a 40 amp Wallbox EV charger in my garage. Some wanted to overcharge me and some did no call no shows. Roland from NYC Tesla Electricians gave me a quick response, arrived to my house ON TIME for the consultation, and completed the job in one day. He also didn't try to overcharge like other electricians. I am usually wary of hiring companies with no Yelp review but I am so lucky to find this company to finish my small project. Please give NYC Tesla Electrician a try and support them by giving them Yelp reviews so they get more future projects!

Luis has done a great job for us on multiple occasions. He installed a three-way switch for our basement lights, re-wired all our outlets to ground them, installed the plugs for our washer and dryer, amongst other things and has done a great job each time. We've had his work checked for inspection and passed. He always sends itemized cost estimates for each job I've asked him to do and doesn't try to nickle and dime you. He is a very straightforward guy and working with him has been a very pleasant & stress-free experience. I highly recommend him!
