I can't tell you how many electricians I called during this time (good electricians with equally rave reviews on this app or recommended by family). I left many messages, sometimes multiple messages to the same place, without getting a return call.

I emailed Gladiator Electrics once and Mike responded back right away. He set realistic expectations for when they had their next availability, and was able to schedule us in. We had some minor things that we needed repaired in our home inspection along with light fixture installation. Mike sent a quote to us right away for each thing we needed. We even received a reminder email.

Eric came the scheduled day. At first I thought that maybe we would have to explain to Eric everything we sent to Mike (not that it would be a big deal). I was impressed that Eric was actually already thoroughly familiar with everything that we discussed with Mike via email, and even the things in our home inspection . He was well prepared and did a great job, and really educated us also as first time homeowners about things like our dimmers, recessed lighting, etc.

Mike runs his place like a true business. His team is  professional, responsive, transparent, and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone.

We moved into our home last summer and hired a different company to remove knob & tube. Based on today's visit by Ramiro @ KB Electric we should have hired KB Electric. Ramiro solved our issue in a matter of minutes and provided a clear explanation of what had gone wrong (wear and tear), and took steps to make sure that we didn't run into a similar issue in the future. Ramiro was forthcoming in offering clear, indispensable advice and, additionally, was very nice! He arrived wearing a mask and took all the appropriate safety precautions. Ramiro provided absolutely stellar service, and he and KB Electric will absolutely be the first people we call in the future when we run into electrical issues. There's a reason that this company is rated so highly. Thank you, Ramiro!

This the second time I used there services, this time for a broken outlet and dimmer in my unit. Udi responded quickly and Tony showed up to fix the issue. They communicate quickly and easy to coordinate. Very professional!

The owner of this electrical business, Moheb Azam was extremely quick in responding to our message for a licensed insured vaccinated worker. We have two 5 blade ceiling fans in serious need of cleaning, overall maintenance and in the case of one fan in our kitchen a checkup on the light kit which wasn't working.
He was able to come on Sunday morning 10 AM and got right to the problems. The kitchen fan needed a replacement for the kit fuse and he tightened all the fan blade screws so it wasn't wobbling so bad. The other fan had a real serious issue of being too wide for the space it had been installed in: it was hitting the beam on the right. Moheb had to stop everything to go all the way to Home Depot. Once he had ALL the parts needed to run the wires farther away and centered on the ceiling, he installed covering over the wires and support plate once he had completely reinstalled the fan with blades and light kit. Fan blade screws got tightened here also. Moheb was not fazed, was always clear about what he was doing. His expertise was a pleasure to have at our co-op Apt!! Thank you.

Awful experience. I wanted to test the guy's service for a big electrical job I needed in two of my rental unitss, so I hired him for a tiny job. The man was supposed to show up on a Monday morning (we confirmed on both ends). My tenant waited for him all morning, and we got a no call no show. Never even received a call the following day. I called him two days later and received a typical excuse for it, but I gave the man the benefit of the doubt. I remained courteous and allowed him to go to my tenant's apartment that same day to do the work. I was asking him to install the electrical plug to the back on a used electric stove I had purchased, relatively straightforward. While I was at work, I receive a text message from my tenant saying he did the work and was charging $350 (consisted of labor and a $30 wire according to Home Depot receipt) for less a quick job of less than 40 minutes. I don't know ANY electrician who pays himself $320 dollars for 40 minutes ($480/hr) of work. I call the guy and he says it's completely non-negotiable. This man's is TERRIBLE to say the least. Never again, stay the heck away.

Artie is a very thorough handyman/electrician.  We needed a ceiling fan replaced.  Completed everything within 4 hours (initial contact to installation and clean up).  Competitive prices!  Courteous and Professional.  Will definitely call upon his services in the near future.

Josh and Roberto are simply the best! They and their team did a great job on our house- covering every issue we needed addressed in a single day. This included installing dedicated air conditioner lines, installing light fixtures, adding and repairing receptacles as well as grounding and bonding. Professional, friendly, and impeccable about their work, this team answered all our questions and solved every challenge that was encountered during the job. All this and very reasonable cost guarantees that we will call Josh for any electrical work we need done in the future. Highly Recommended!

Martin was incredibly timely and professional. He actually had to finish the job another electrician left unfinished, and Martin took a professional and patient approach to understanding the root cause of my smart switch issue and proceeding to repair it. There was a follow up needed, but instead of ghosting me like last electrician did, Martin showed back up and finished job at no additional charge. It's nice to have an electrician in my back pocket that I can trust. Would definitely recommend.

I hired First Class Electric to install a number of recessed lighting fixtures in the dropped ceiling of my finished basement. Mariano G. was the lead technician on the project. He is personable and an excellent communicator. Jorge and Andrew also worked on the job. They have many years of experience, their expertise was evident, and they did a fine job.

Leading up to the install, Mariano responded to my phone calls immediately, and then followed through on everything we discussed, offering suggestions along the way.

The crew showed up on time, were polite and considerate, worked efficiently, and cleaned up nicely after they were finished. The work was professional, their pricing was competitive.

They were excellent. They repaired issues in minutes and were very professional and didn't waste time. I took their car to give to neighbors.

I blew a fuse that needed a real electrician to come in and remediate. Gary was reasonable in price and was very professional. Mind you, I contacted him on Sunday morning and he was here by mid afternoon.  I will certainly use him again.

I reached out to a dozen of electricians (a lot of high Yelp ratings) to put in a 40 amp Wallbox EV charger in my garage. Some wanted to overcharge me and some did no call no shows. Roland from NYC Tesla Electricians gave me a quick response, arrived to my house ON TIME for the consultation, and completed the job in one day. He also didn't try to overcharge like other electricians. I am usually wary of hiring companies with no Yelp review but I am so lucky to find this company to finish my small project. Please give NYC Tesla Electrician a try and support them by giving them Yelp reviews so they get more future projects!

Luis has done a great job for us on multiple occasions. He installed a three-way switch for our basement lights, re-wired all our outlets to ground them, installed the plugs for our washer and dryer, amongst other things and has done a great job each time. We've had his work checked for inspection and passed. He always sends itemized cost estimates for each job I've asked him to do and doesn't try to nickle and dime you. He is a very straightforward guy and working with him has been a very pleasant & stress-free experience. I highly recommend him!
