We hired Gladiator Electric based upon wonderful web reviews.  These reviews were spot on.  Set up an appointment with Mike from Gladiator.  Received confirmation texts prior to and the morning of to keep us informed. They showed up promptly (early actually).  We had a list of items discussed prior to the call and some add-ons during the day of.  The hourly rate + materials was very reasonable. The Techs, Eric and Dylan, were extremely courteous and professional.  And nice peeps to boot!  The job tasks included Ceiling fixtures (remove/replace fans/lights), moving wall outlets, installing/pairing smart switches and outdoor GFCI outlets.  All done by 3 pm!  My wife and I were extremely pleased with every aspect of the job.  We already have some new tasks lined up for a second job with them.  i highly recommend !

Recently had a ceiling fan installed. Henry did a great job, where I had a problem with is the fact I was charged 3% for using my credit card.  $125.00 per hour,plus parts. it took 3 1/2 hours to install??????  And because I used my credit  card I was charged extra.  I'm not sure if I'll be using them again.  

PS: because it took so long to install the ceiling I was unable to have Henry install a couple of wall sockets.   I was afraid that would have taken an additional hour or two.

Casey helped me fix an electrical connection for a piece of equipment at my restaurant on short notice.  The matter was urgent and would have created issues for us if not fixed on short notice.  Casey was there within a couple of hours after I called, first thing on a Monday morning.  He was very professional, quick, and reasonably priced.  He was a gentleman, and very easy to work with.  I will turn to him first with any other electrical issues.

Showed up masked in under an hour with one small tote. Friendly craftsman completed the reconnection of a kitchen sink swiftly and neatly.

Look fwd to using ASAP for plaster, paint and hopefully full bathroom sink replacement.

Robert and team were fantastic! They helped replace the tracks on our closet doors which had gotten warped and prevented the doors from closing. I highly recommend him!

Azam was wonderful.
While two previous electricians came and wanted to charge and outrageous amount just to trouble shoot.
Azam came in did a quick check of the outlets and was able to fix one of the issues the same day.
He came prepared with the tools and materials he needed.
He needed to come back the next day for my 2nd issue. He was on time and finished the Job in one day. He also cleaned up after the work efficiently which most contractors do not do.
I appreciate his honesty and workmanship. I will def be recommending his company and using him in the future.

I hired Constantinos to fix a broken intercom and reverse the polarity of a GFCI in the kitchen of my Hoboken apt., two things I could have done myself if I weren't in CA. He claimed the intercom was unfixable because of its age, and that it would be difficult to find a replacement panel. He did rewire the GFCI. He charged me $453.16. I later found an exact replacement of the intercom panel on Amazon for $25 and asked him to install it. Since that call he has ghosted me. He knew I was in CA and figured he could get away with ignoring me. Disreputable to say the least-my building manager said he charged me double the going rate. And he didn't even fix the problem.

Peter arrived promptly on Sunday with short notice and solved a perplexing behind the wall wide spread water leak right away. It appears experience does matter in this case. With tremendous patience and a big smile throughout, he searched for the unusual parts needed in various hardware stores, and moved multiple appliances to fix the broken part. There were times when he could have taken a short cut but he did not. We always appreciate a technician with a well appointed toolkit to help maximize the chances of getting the job done in one visit. The price he charged is fair for the amount of headache of this job. I would call Peter next time I have a problem again. Peter also has an edge over his peers because he appears to know a lot about carpentry and electronics. Many thanks for the good job.

Artie is a very thorough handyman/electrician.  We needed a ceiling fan replaced.  Completed everything within 4 hours (initial contact to installation and clean up).  Competitive prices!  Courteous and Professional.  Will definitely call upon his services in the near future.

Riviera is always a pleasure to work with. What really sets these guys apart is the quality of the work they do and the care they do it with. I can't recommend them enough.

He came provide a good estimate started right away finished less than hour.  I had my range hood replaced and also these new hood needed a three prong outlet.  He removed and replaced my range hood.  Added the new outlet instead of the old range hood connection.   He also cleaned up after he was done.

I was very pleased with Martin's work - he came a few minutes early on the day he was to give me an estimate (promptness always appreciated).  The job was fairly extensive in that it involved moving an illegally installed  control panel to a legal spot as well as installing a larger panel.  It was expensive, but I felt it was a fair price and I just appreciated his committing to a price because my previous electrician waffled on what it would cost and I did not want to go into a job and have no idea what I would be charged at the end.  Work was begun later that day and this job was finished that night (a second, smaller job was completed the next morning).  I felt very comfortable with both men working in the house; and actually went out twice to run errands locally.  He will definitely be my go to electrician going forward!

these guys installed a new service line for me.  They were up front about the price and gave me few options on replacement.  I felt they were very professional through out the entire process.  They even made sure I pass township inspection so I could get power the same day!  I will definitely use them again.

First, he did not keep to the scheduled appointment time that was discussed and showed up at a different time without notification.  Following payment, the issue resurfaced and he went dark.  So basically he took his money without fixing the problem.  I had to find someone else.

I reached out to a dozen of electricians (a lot of high Yelp ratings) to put in a 40 amp Wallbox EV charger in my garage. Some wanted to overcharge me and some did no call no shows. Roland from NYC Tesla Electricians gave me a quick response, arrived to my house ON TIME for the consultation, and completed the job in one day. He also didn't try to overcharge like other electricians. I am usually wary of hiring companies with no Yelp review but I am so lucky to find this company to finish my small project. Please give NYC Tesla Electrician a try and support them by giving them Yelp reviews so they get more future projects!

Luis has done a great job for us on multiple occasions. He installed a three-way switch for our basement lights, re-wired all our outlets to ground them, installed the plugs for our washer and dryer, amongst other things and has done a great job each time. We've had his work checked for inspection and passed. He always sends itemized cost estimates for each job I've asked him to do and doesn't try to nickle and dime you. He is a very straightforward guy and working with him has been a very pleasant & stress-free experience. I highly recommend him!
