By far the most responsive and professional electricians we have ever used. My mother was overwhelmed with an electricity problem that other electricians immediately said they didn't know they could fix. Gladiator asked the right questions but were positive they could help-- and they did. They went above and beyond! They spoke to her management office, PSEG to coordinate service and just assured my mom that they had it covered. This is definitely the company you want to hire for your next job.

Did knob and tube remediation.  The completed job was more than twice the estimate.  I understand that some things may not be known until the work starts, but their in the business and should know this and adjust accordingly.  
Disappointing to say the least.

Great experience- They returned my call almost immediately and scheduled my appointment. They also showed up on time and worked very quickly- everything was seamless and clean. It was refreshing to encounter such great customer service.

I cannot say enough good things.  Tony was very polite, knowledgeable, and honest.  Most importantly, he and his co-worker did a great job fixing my plumbing issues.  He clearly knows a lot about construction as we discussed a potential renovation, and he made great suggestions - some of which were things NOT to spend money on.   I will definitely hire them again for future jobs.  The price was very reasonable, they were timely, and they put up with annoying building politics.

We've used Riverside twice and had really great experiences with them-- first to replace a broken faucet in the kitchen, then for what we thought was a broken electrical outlet that turned out to be a giant job because whoever had worked on the house last had made a huge mistake. I'm really grateful to have found them - showed up on the same day, got the job done same day, reasonable pricing, professional and clean work. Really appreciated the mask use and taking shoes off when coming inside given the situation with the pandemic as well. I'm sure we'll be calling on them in the future!

Called for estimate.  They came out for estimate we talked would be around $900.00. Recieved estimate with extra add ons  $2100.00. Called office stated it's a 2 man job and dangerous.  That's why I called an electrician and can't do myself.

Azam was wonderful.
While two previous electricians came and wanted to charge and outrageous amount just to trouble shoot.
Azam came in did a quick check of the outlets and was able to fix one of the issues the same day.
He came prepared with the tools and materials he needed.
He needed to come back the next day for my 2nd issue. He was on time and finished the Job in one day. He also cleaned up after the work efficiently which most contractors do not do.
I appreciate his honesty and workmanship. I will def be recommending his company and using him in the future.

Unlike other electricians who treat you like a number and are quick to move onto their next job, Konstantinos (the owner of the business) feels like a partner, making sure you are happy throughout the job. Very experienced and personable. He also does the work himself, which was immensely valuable to us - being onsite and answering our ignorant questions throughout the job. Pricing was transparent and very fair as well.

Non responsive and ridiculous- asked for tip for just looking at a toilet and said a person like you with a nice nyc apartment can't tip?
Made me SO uncomfortable.

Artie was fantastic he came within a very short period of time (even at night).  Knew what he was doing, was quick and efficient.

Very reasonable cost, especially for New York.  I will be hiring him again!

We just used Riviera for a 2-day job to install ceiling lights and fix a bunch of minor electrical inconveniences around our house, and we would highly recommend them. The scope include installing lights in 4 rooms (following their recommendations on spacing/placement), installing a ceiling fan, rewiring an existing ceiling fan, changing 5 outlets from being controlled by light switches to being always-powered, and they were even able to accommodate a last-minute addition to replace ceiling lights in our living room with matching fixtures to the rest of the rooms. All at a very reasonable price!

The electrician team (led by Robert) was professional, prompt, and worked quickly and efficiently to get all the work done with minimal interruption to us as we worked from home. They patched all the drywall holes required to do the job and cleaned up the dust very thoroughly. Everything is working perfectly and they have a guarantee on their work.

The management team was clear and prompts with their quotes and scheduling the work. Would highly recommend using Riviera for your jobs!

He came provide a good estimate started right away finished less than hour.  I had my range hood replaced and also these new hood needed a three prong outlet.  He removed and replaced my range hood.  Added the new outlet instead of the old range hood connection.   He also cleaned up after he was done.

I could not be more pleased with the work I received from this business. I expected the usual nonsense of overcharging and talking down to me as a women. But no! The owner gave me an estimate within minutes of me describing my job here on Yelp. He arrived here on time, early in fact, with all the necessary tools, ready to work. He was personable, amusing even. A delightful gentleman. He troubleshot my problem even though it was a bit more complicated than I myself had originally dia.  Even still, he stuck by his original price. I appreciated that very much. He solved another problem for me that I asked his opinion of. He handled that also at about half what I expected to pay for a diagnostic service call from another company. I am a property manager and I have dealt with all kinds of electricians and electrical contractors for nearly 30 years. This was by far my best experience. I will use him the next time I need an electrician, hopefully again and again.

I had an excellent experience getting my old exhaust fan replaced with a new one.  I was able to quickly schedule an appointment and get an estimate for the job.  Orlando was fantastic, he's a thorough professional, very friendly, and he gave detailed explanations while working through.  He left the place neat and tidy after completing the work. Mark from MD showed up, ON TIME, exactly as promised.   He did an excellent job and what a seriously nice guy!! AND ... get this.... He cleans up after himself!! :-)   Very pleased!!

Gary and his partner are real pros.  Know what they are doing, take pride in their work, and very reasonably priced.  First time I met Gary, Con Ed screwed up when they reconnected my power after the blackout.  Gary came by, spent 30 minutes diagnosing the problem, told me to call Con Ed, and didn't charge me a dime.  I brought him back for work a year later, and he came in with the lowest bid and did a great job.  Highly recommend him.

I reached out to a dozen of electricians (a lot of high Yelp ratings) to put in a 40 amp Wallbox EV charger in my garage. Some wanted to overcharge me and some did no call no shows. Roland from NYC Tesla Electricians gave me a quick response, arrived to my house ON TIME for the consultation, and completed the job in one day. He also didn't try to overcharge like other electricians. I am usually wary of hiring companies with no Yelp review but I am so lucky to find this company to finish my small project. Please give NYC Tesla Electrician a try and support them by giving them Yelp reviews so they get more future projects!

Luis has done a great job for us on multiple occasions. He installed a three-way switch for our basement lights, re-wired all our outlets to ground them, installed the plugs for our washer and dryer, amongst other things and has done a great job each time. We've had his work checked for inspection and passed. He always sends itemized cost estimates for each job I've asked him to do and doesn't try to nickle and dime you. He is a very straightforward guy and working with him has been a very pleasant & stress-free experience. I highly recommend him!
