My mother was overwhelmed with an electricity problem that other electricians immediately said they didn't know they could fix. Very professional service from start to finish; from accommodating receptionist who squeezed me into their very busy schedule, to the very knowledgeable technician Henry who clearly explained the causes and solutions to my circuit breaker problems.  Henry's work was thorough, neat, quick, and clean; he clearly takes pride in his work.

Responded to inquiry for estimate of replacing ceiling fan in timely manner,  easy to work with in coordinating appointment, professional and efficient work. Safety precautions taken during pandemic time without being asked- wore mask in our home, kept distance when communicating with us. Appreciate he also wore shoe covers as respect for our floors. Quality work done. Will use them again for future work needs.

The owner of this electrical business, Moheb Azam was extremely quick in responding to our message for a licensed insured vaccinated worker. We have two 5 blade ceiling fans in serious need of cleaning, overall maintenance and in the case of one fan in our kitchen a checkup on the light kit which wasn't working.
He was able to come on Sunday morning 10 AM and got right to the problems. The kitchen fan needed a replacement for the kit fuse and he tightened all the fan blade screws so it wasn't wobbling so bad. The other fan had a real serious issue of being too wide for the space it had been installed in: it was hitting the beam on the right. Moheb had to stop everything to go all the way to Home Depot. Once he had ALL the parts needed to run the wires farther away and centered on the ceiling, he installed covering over the wires and support plate once he had completely reinstalled the fan with blades and light kit. Fan blade screws got tightened here also. Moheb was not fazed, was always clear about what he was doing. His expertise was a pleasure to have at our co-op Apt!! Thank you.

Awful experience. I wanted to test the guy's service for a big electrical job I needed in two of my rental unitss, so I hired him for a tiny job. The man was supposed to show up on a Monday morning (we confirmed on both ends). My tenant waited for him all morning, and we got a no call no show. Never even received a call the following day. I called him two days later and received a typical excuse for it, but I gave the man the benefit of the doubt. I remained courteous and allowed him to go to my tenant's apartment that same day to do the work. I was asking him to install the electrical plug to the back on a used electric stove I had purchased, relatively straightforward. While I was at work, I receive a text message from my tenant saying he did the work and was charging $350 (consisted of labor and a $30 wire according to Home Depot receipt) for less a quick job of less than 40 minutes. I don't know ANY electrician who pays himself $320 dollars for 40 minutes ($480/hr) of work. I call the guy and he says it's completely non-negotiable. This man's is TERRIBLE to say the least. Never again, stay the heck away.

We needed A-1 for emergency plumbing. Not only were they quick to respond they did an amazing job! I highly recommend them for any and all services! They are very reasonable price wise as well!

My husband and I had been hearing a strange electrical sound in the wall of our home for quite some time. The issue escalated once the breaker kept tripping our refrigerator. We called a local electrician who couldn't figure it out. We called 2 more electricians and no one responded. We almost gave up, but Riviera Electric had such great reviews so we decided to give them a call.

I explained the issue we were having and they deemed it an emergency. Despite their jam packed schedule that day, they squeezed us in. Within an hour they were at our home and quickly found a solution. The electrical sound was due to a lack of grounding in our home. It could have caused a fire!

Josh and his crew were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and all around life savers!

Where do I even start?! Mr.CudJoe and 3 Phase Electric have been an amazing company with great customer service and wonderful work ethics.  They have been truthful with me and never once did they lie or change their price. Very neat when he was working and cleaned up after himself. Also he knows how to be on time. We had an appointment to meet between 9am to 915 am, he was here exactly 9am. If you want a hard, honest and reliable electrican this is the guy to call. Thank you Mr.CudJoe for ur great work and for being an honest person. We will definitely be using you again.

Had an assessment with Neal. He was punctual, friendly, calm.

We had some concerns about our new home from the Inspector, and Neal advised that the issue wasn't as serious as it was made out to be, and that the current electrical work was safe. He also mentioned that safety codes are constantly changing, so it's something that can be fixed in the future but didn't need to be done ASAP. He really helped alleviate our worries.

I appreciate that he didn't try to scare us, or pressure us to get work done with his company. His estimate was fair as we got another estimate recently to expand our electrical box and it was comparable.

Ultimately, we are going in another direction because we are doing more extensive house work and our PM has her own team of people to use.

Definitely recommend him for estimates and inspections.

Mark and Mike have been to my new house for a few things in the past week, and I can't say enough good things about them. They are fast, professional, respectful and fairly priced. Even with some unexpected issues (due to the previous homeowners odd installations), they pushed through and were done quickly. They cleaned up after they were done and you wouldn't even know that they were there. Highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again.

I reached out to a dozen of electricians (a lot of high Yelp ratings) to put in a 40 amp Wallbox EV charger in my garage. Some wanted to overcharge me and some did no call no shows. Roland from NYC Tesla Electricians gave me a quick response, arrived to my house ON TIME for the consultation, and completed the job in one day. He also didn't try to overcharge like other electricians. I am usually wary of hiring companies with no Yelp review but I am so lucky to find this company to finish my small project. Please give NYC Tesla Electrician a try and support them by giving them Yelp reviews so they get more future projects!

Luis has done a great job for us on multiple occasions. He installed a three-way switch for our basement lights, re-wired all our outlets to ground them, installed the plugs for our washer and dryer, amongst other things and has done a great job each time. We've had his work checked for inspection and passed. He always sends itemized cost estimates for each job I've asked him to do and doesn't try to nickle and dime you. He is a very straightforward guy and working with him has been a very pleasant & stress-free experience. I highly recommend him!
