We've used KB for a number of projects around the house. They are knowledgeable, efficient and cost effective. We just had under cabinet lighting go out and they were available next day to help us with our issue. Henry came in and diagnosed the issue (and also fixed a second light that had not worked since we bought the house). Quick trip to Home Depot, and now we have two working lights in slightly more than an hour of work time. As always, great service.

I used Riverside for some final jobs on my condo . They were very communicative , timely and did the job very well ( I liked the fact they were mindful of not making a mess). A bit on the expensive side but these days , good work is hard to come by - highly recommend

The owner of this electrical business, Moheb Azam was extremely quick in responding to our message for a licensed insured vaccinated worker. We have two 5 blade ceiling fans in serious need of cleaning, overall maintenance and in the case of one fan in our kitchen a checkup on the light kit which wasn't working.
He was able to come on Sunday morning 10 AM and got right to the problems. The kitchen fan needed a replacement for the kit fuse and he tightened all the fan blade screws so it wasn't wobbling so bad. The other fan had a real serious issue of being too wide for the space it had been installed in: it was hitting the beam on the right. Moheb had to stop everything to go all the way to Home Depot. Once he had ALL the parts needed to run the wires farther away and centered on the ceiling, he installed covering over the wires and support plate once he had completely reinstalled the fan with blades and light kit. Fan blade screws got tightened here also. Moheb was not fazed, was always clear about what he was doing. His expertise was a pleasure to have at our co-op Apt!! Thank you.

I needed a fast response to a problem with my dishwasher which had died. Before meeting Peter, a man of many talents from A1, I'd been told by another dishwasher repairman that there was nothing wrong with the appliance - the problem was electric (the wires leading down to our basement not giving any power to the appliance). I sought highly-rated electricians with quick response times. I called 4 - ONLY A1 (Peter) called me back, and he arrived in short order. He determined quickly that this was not an electrical problem. He turned to the dishwasher. Two connecting wires in the door opener had melted. He did a work-around, and my dishwasher sprung to life. It turns out they do still make 'em like they used to. I highly recommend him.

These folks are top notch and work at very fair rates. I had an intermittent buzz coming from my main electrical panel box. Roberto arrived in less than half an hour and diagnosed the problem as an overloaded box. Nerissa in the office efficiently arranged for a time that same week. They arrived at 8 am on the dot as scheduled, did the work quickly and neatly, swept up and were out the door.  In a city filled with unreliable and sloppy contractors, Riviera Electric is a breath of fresh air.

He came provide a good estimate started right away finished less than hour.  I had my range hood replaced and also these new hood needed a three prong outlet.  He removed and replaced my range hood.  Added the new outlet instead of the old range hood connection.   He also cleaned up after he was done.

Martin and Philip showed up within a couple of hours and had the job done a couple hours later. It was good work everything got taken care of. A bit pricey but can't complain about the speed and quality.

My wife and I purchased a home about 4 months ago. We called 11 electricians, used Angi, tried the old friend of a friend technique and nothing was working. some never called back, others quoted us thousands and 2 went out of business in that time frame. I called MD and he came out in the snow the next day. The same night he sent the proposal. He gave me a lot of money saving advice and sent his crew in to finish the electrical issues that unfortunately came with the home. Even when some unforeseen circumstances arose he said don't worry about it, fixed it all and made sure everything was the way it should be. Don't waste time like I did and don't take my word for it, just call and see for yourself.

I reached out to a dozen of electricians (a lot of high Yelp ratings) to put in a 40 amp Wallbox EV charger in my garage. Some wanted to overcharge me and some did no call no shows. Roland from NYC Tesla Electricians gave me a quick response, arrived to my house ON TIME for the consultation, and completed the job in one day. He also didn't try to overcharge like other electricians. I am usually wary of hiring companies with no Yelp review but I am so lucky to find this company to finish my small project. Please give NYC Tesla Electrician a try and support them by giving them Yelp reviews so they get more future projects!

Luis has done a great job for us on multiple occasions. He installed a three-way switch for our basement lights, re-wired all our outlets to ground them, installed the plugs for our washer and dryer, amongst other things and has done a great job each time. We've had his work checked for inspection and passed. He always sends itemized cost estimates for each job I've asked him to do and doesn't try to nickle and dime you. He is a very straightforward guy and working with him has been a very pleasant & stress-free experience. I highly recommend him!
