Gladiator Electric replaced our old recessed lights and ceiling lights. We contacted them and a few days later Mike came and gave us quote.
On the day of the work, they came and quickly replaced the lighting fixtures. Very quick work and we are happy with their work. Very professional. We highly recommend these guys.

KB did some knob and tube remediation on my old Victorian. These guys are fast and organized--it felt like a swarm descended on the house--and kept on schedule when I wanted to add a couple extra outlets. Egan is a master with old homes and figured out how to run modern electrical to and old Newell post fixture embedded in the staircase. He's also quite a character and it's fun to watch him direct traffic. Will hire KB again when we start remodeling.

Called Casey on a Sunday, he answered immediately and instead of charging me a service fee by coming out, worked with me via text to solve my partial power outage mystery. He recommended I reach out to PSEG (which is free) to replace the lines coming into our house before paying him for the work, which is what we did. So kind of him to help us even without ultimately providing us service!!!

Stay away...! Extremely dishonest! We called ASAP solutions because we had a leak in our toilet. Their plumber came put a seal around the base of the toilet and said that if the leak continued we had to change the whole toilet. I called a different plumber because the toilet kept leaking and it was a super simple problem inside the tank where we didn't even need to change parts. They repaired it in 2 minutes. They couldn't believe ASAP Solutions told me that I needed a complete new toilet! I paid $250 to ASAP For the WRONG diagnostic. BE AWARE!!!!

We had a great experience with PEM! The electricians always arrived on time and asked us questions throughout the project to ensure that our vision was executed properly. The main office staff is courteous and prompt and walked us through each stage clearly. Would definitely recommend PEM and plan on using them for any future needs!

Azam was wonderful.
While two previous electricians came and wanted to charge and outrageous amount just to trouble shoot.
Azam came in did a quick check of the outlets and was able to fix one of the issues the same day.
He came prepared with the tools and materials he needed.
He needed to come back the next day for my 2nd issue. He was on time and finished the Job in one day. He also cleaned up after the work efficiently which most contractors do not do.
I appreciate his honesty and workmanship. I will def be recommending his company and using him in the future.

I contacted many companies to do my job, and they all received the same information.
Konstantinos was the only one to point out all issues that I may have with the job. Every other company just gave me a price, and if I had gone with them, I would have ended up having to do multiple jobs.
I was able to get everything done with Konstantinos in just one job... and for less than what the other companies quoted me!
Very happy with the quick turnaround and professionalism.
Definitely recommend.

Peter and Derrick were awesome. I had leaks in my house due to pipes bursting from being frozen. They went above and beyond to find where all the underlying problems were and not only stop the leaks but had my boiler running great. The leaks were tricky to find and they explored all possibilities. They even stayed a bit extra to make sure my boiler stayed running and no other leaks surfaced. They were very professional and personable. They provided me a lot of tips and pointers. Highly recommend him.

Artie did an excellent job re-wiring our decrepit chandelier and defective dimmer switch. Will definitely call on him again.

Beware of Riviera Electrical .
I contacted Josh based on the reviews that I read on Yelp. Josh took a bit getting back to me but when he did he repeatedly said he was very very busy and then promptly made an appointment to come over the next day and troubleshoot the problem. Josh is personable, and very chatty. He shared many personal stories while investigating why the lights were not working.
He checked the panel box and this is where it gets interesting. There was one panel switch that was mismatched and he said it was a dummy switch....and he then he removed the connection from one breaker and wired it to this. I didn't notice when he removed the existing breaker that he had disconnected it and then placed it on the panel box.
When he closed the panel box he went back upstairs to look at another location where I had no lights. He must have been at my house for TWO HOURS chatting and checking a total of 4 light switches. He then tells me he will have to come back to trouble shoot and he will need to bring additional guys. I thought this was the troubleshooting, I said. He said he needed more men to check more lights and I would have to pay a troubleshooting fee without saying what that would be. This is the first red flag.
He again reminded me that he was so very very busy he couldn't even promise when the troubleshooting would take place. Josh promised to call and the following day he did just that and he said the issue was really simple and they needed to spend time turning off lights to isolate the problem. He would be there the next day but thankfully I had a scheduling conflict. We agreed to speak later regarding price. When he called later I told him the problem had worsened since he had been there and I had TWO additional lights that were not working. He said it sounded very serious and insisted that new lines would have to be run for $750.00, OR I could do a troubleshooting fee at $150.00 per hour. I told him that new lines wouldn't solve the problem and since he was so busy I would look for another electrician.
I hired someone the next day and they discovered that one line had been disconnected and connected to a dummy breaker . These guys found the breaker Josh had removed on the panel box and re-installed it and connected the wires to it. These were the lights that no longer worked after Josh's visit. These guys then checked the three lights which were the original problem and within 45 minutes, they were working. There was a simple problem and they fixed it for $200. They were professional, not chatty and got to work immediately upon arriving.
I caution anyone from hiring Riviera, and if you do watch him like a hawk and get several electricians to look at the problem.

I contacted First Class Electric to get an estimate on some electrical work that I wanted done in my home. I spoke with Jonas and scheduled an appointment. Days before the appointment I received a reminder call. I also received a call on the day of my appointment to let me know within the hour when they would arrive. The electrician, Neil, was personable and professional. As we went through my list, he answered all of my questions. He provided me with an estimate that was good for 30 days and since I had several projects he offered me a discount. Since there was some repair work that First Class did not do, I elected to get another estimate; however, the other vendor did not do the repair work either so I ended up forfeiting my service call fee with the other vendor but with the discount First Class offered I was still ahead. I would definitely recommend them.

Mark and Mike have performed a variety of electrical repairs on the last home we owned and consistently provided prompt, exceptional service and obvious expertise and experience. We are already involving them in our plans to expand the electrical services in our new home. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with MD Electrical and are always so grateful when we find excellent, affordable, reliable service experts that we can call on at a moments notice.

Gary is a true pro. He got here at the appointed time, on a Sunday. I spent less than 2 minutes explaining the problem. He fixed it, cleaned up and was finished in under 15 minutes. Excellent work. His fee was a lot less than I expected. I've hired a few service professionals over the years and always felt as though they would try to add services and unnecessary repairs. Not Gary. I highly recommend GAT. You won't be disappointed.

I reached out to a dozen of electricians (a lot of high Yelp ratings) to put in a 40 amp Wallbox EV charger in my garage. Some wanted to overcharge me and some did no call no shows. Roland from NYC Tesla Electricians gave me a quick response, arrived to my house ON TIME for the consultation, and completed the job in one day. He also didn't try to overcharge like other electricians. I am usually wary of hiring companies with no Yelp review but I am so lucky to find this company to finish my small project. Please give NYC Tesla Electrician a try and support them by giving them Yelp reviews so they get more future projects!

This guy does all wrong wrong . You will need to hire someone to rd do everything .
I hired him for two projects to change all sub panels . He couldn't even wire the breakers properly .
He also plays a game gives you a price n then says o this is extra .
You clearly know what you need to get the job done . But he will leave things out so he can bill you more
Be aware . Stay clear you will have to do double work
