Mike at Gladiator knows his stuff. Fair pricing!! You never want to go with the cheapest guy. He did a service upgrade from 100 amp to 200 amp. Also installed a charger for my plug in hybrid. Soon after he left my dehumidifier went out and he got back in 15 minutes and determined it was a faulty extension cord. Problem solved. Next day noticed that our dryer vent duct had been inadvertently damaged by his crew, sent him a text and there he was with a new vent duct which he installed. For me that says it all. Competent and trust worthy!!!!!

KB Electric team was swift to respond, gave a detailed breakdown of project and Henry and Alejandro were fantastic.... they were fast and everything looked perfect. They even went above and beyond to point out a completely separate issue and quickly fixed it. This was at least the fifth time I've partnered with KB and will continue to work with them in the future.

Tony and his team went above and beyond to make sure I got my plumbing fixed. The toilet I ordered from the manufacturer was broken when we opened the box and Tony went around Manhattan and got me another toilet same day!

We've used Riverside twice and had really great experiences with them-- first to replace a broken faucet in the kitchen, then for what we thought was a broken electrical outlet that turned out to be a giant job because whoever had worked on the house last had made a huge mistake. I'm really grateful to have found them - showed up on the same day, got the job done same day, reasonable pricing, professional and clean work. Really appreciated the mask use and taking shoes off when coming inside given the situation with the pandemic as well. I'm sure we'll be calling on them in the future!

PEM is a very knowledgeable and professional electrician company though not low cost. They took on a project to inspect and update all of the aluminum-copper junctions in our house. We had them install some new lighting fixtures as well. They were very conscientious about conforming to Lawrence Twsp code, buying extra tools to ensure tightening the connections to specifications. Then they worked with the inspector's schedule to support the Inspection.

The owner of this electrical business, Moheb Azam was extremely quick in responding to our message for a licensed insured vaccinated worker. We have two 5 blade ceiling fans in serious need of cleaning, overall maintenance and in the case of one fan in our kitchen a checkup on the light kit which wasn't working.
He was able to come on Sunday morning 10 AM and got right to the problems. The kitchen fan needed a replacement for the kit fuse and he tightened all the fan blade screws so it wasn't wobbling so bad. The other fan had a real serious issue of being too wide for the space it had been installed in: it was hitting the beam on the right. Moheb had to stop everything to go all the way to Home Depot. Once he had ALL the parts needed to run the wires farther away and centered on the ceiling, he installed covering over the wires and support plate once he had completely reinstalled the fan with blades and light kit. Fan blade screws got tightened here also. Moheb was not fazed, was always clear about what he was doing. His expertise was a pleasure to have at our co-op Apt!! Thank you.

A Leak showed up in the ceiling downstairs, we had no idea where it was coming from. Our insurance send another plumbing company who tried to make the issue bigger than it was to make a profit. They didn't even located the source of the leak.  The insurance company realized they were dishonest, denied their claim and called A1 construction instead. I was so happy with A1 construction. He was honest, professional, friendly and he knew what he was doing. He located the source of our leak and fixed the problem on the same day and in no time. Book A1 construction, you would not regret it.

Artie did an excellent job re-wiring our decrepit chandelier and defective dimmer switch. Will definitely call on him again.

He came provide a good estimate started right away finished less than hour.  I had my range hood replaced and also these new hood needed a three prong outlet.  He removed and replaced my range hood.  Added the new outlet instead of the old range hood connection.   He also cleaned up after he was done.

I had an electrical problem in my kitchen. Martin reached out to me immediately to take a look and solve the problem quickly. Not only did he fix that problem, but he also took the time to explain things to me and my son, on what to look out for. He saw an electrical hazard and fixed that as well. Did a thorough search for any possible future problems. This gentleman is a true professional that went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend him to all.

Super expensive - Charged me $800 for 20 minutes of work (if even that long with little to no cost in parts)

I'll never hire a project cost based electrician ever again like them but will instead hire someone by the hour

I suspect the simple work was done correctly but had I shopped around a bit more, it likely would have cost me $100-$200

In response to the owner's response, I definitely used first class electric and am not mistaken - the technician was Brad M. - he was very nice and responsive - my only issue was the excessive cost that I didn't know to get additional quotes for - I prefer not to identify myself to the owner for fear of reprisal

I've since learned it's almost always better to hire an electrician for $100/hour or so than to have a fixed price ahead of time, had I been told it would have taken only 20 minutes to do the work, I would have looked around further for other prices

Mark of MD was very responsive, worked with us to accommodate our schedule, did an excellent job at a very fair price.  Very nice fellow too!

Gary is a true pro.  He got here at the appointed time, on a Sunday.  I spent less than 2 minutes explaining the problem. He fixed it, cleaned up and was finished in under 15 minutes. Excellent work. His fee was a lot less than I expected. I've hired a few service professionals over the years and always felt as though they would try to add services and unnecessary repairs. Not Gary. I highly recommend GAT. You won't be disappointed.

I reached out to a dozen of electricians (a lot of high Yelp ratings) to put in a 40 amp Wallbox EV charger in my garage. Some wanted to overcharge me and some did no call no shows. Roland from NYC Tesla Electricians gave me a quick response, arrived to my house ON TIME for the consultation, and completed the job in one day. He also didn't try to overcharge like other electricians. I am usually wary of hiring companies with no Yelp review but I am so lucky to find this company to finish my small project. Please give NYC Tesla Electrician a try and support them by giving them Yelp reviews so they get more future projects!

Luis has done a great job for us on multiple occasions. He installed a three-way switch for our basement lights, re-wired all our outlets to ground them, installed the plugs for our washer and dryer, amongst other things and has done a great job each time. We've had his work checked for inspection and passed. He always sends itemized cost estimates for each job I've asked him to do and doesn't try to nickle and dime you. He is a very straightforward guy and working with him has been a very pleasant & stress-free experience. I highly recommend him!
