I made an appointment to correct an error I made. Mike was prompt and cleaned up the work area very well.  I will be using Mike and Gladiator Electric for future service.

Tony was GREAT! I highly recommend this company! They scheduled me in right away! Mingy sent me the necessary proof of insurance and license within MINUTES.

Their prices are very reasonable and you wont find anyone else to beat it.

Tony and his team went above and beyond to make sure I got my plumbing fixed. The toilet I ordered from the manufacturer was broken when we opened the box and Tony went around Manhattan and got me another toilet same day!

Robert helped us in a pinch with some last minute electrical work and relocation of a bedroom light switch. He and his colleague arrived on time, supplied the necessary materials, and left the area as if they were never there - all for an incredibly fair price. You would be silly not to hire these guys!

We had a great experience with PEM! The electricians always arrived on time and asked us questions throughout the project to ensure that our vision was executed properly. The main office staff is courteous and prompt and walked us through each stage clearly. Would definitely recommend PEM and plan on using them for any future needs!

My experience with Konatantinos was very pleasant. He is professional and also nice. I had wiring problem and he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly and efficiently.

One star for at least answering the phone when initially called. But two subsequent confirmed times set to meet and they're a no show? Then don't bother to call before or after to explain or apologize? No way to run a business.

Ari went above and beyond on this project. He ran into some issues as it is an old building but problem solved and finished the job. Very professional and very reasonably priced.

Hands down the best electric company in Brooklyn!!!!!! I recently had a fire last summer and contacted them they were busy and we had to wait a month for them to come and rewire the whole apartment but it was worth it !!! They did a fantastic job ! They even added smoke detectors on our ceiling . The mess that was made with all the dust they cleaned it up . There very trustworthy I was able to leave my apartment keys with them since I had to do errands . That's how comfortable I was only with them though!!! Very friendly and professional . They worked all day for a couple of weeks . I definitely recommend them !!!!! That have so much respect for their customers.

I could not be more pleased with the work I received from this business. I expected the usual nonsense of overcharging and talking down to me as a women. But no! The owner gave me an estimate within minutes of me describing my job here on Yelp. He arrived here on time, early in fact, with all the necessary tools, ready to work. He was personable, amusing even. A delightful gentleman. He troubleshot my problem even though it was a bit more complicated than I myself had originally dia.  Even still, he stuck by his original price. I appreciated that very much. He solved another problem for me that I asked his opinion of. He handled that also at about half what I expected to pay for a diagnostic service call from another company. I am a property manager and I have dealt with all kinds of electricians and electrical contractors for nearly 30 years. This was by far my best experience. I will use him the next time I need an electrician, hopefully again and again.

Recently had some trouble with electricity in my house. I believe it was breaker that tripped ( i have bunch of appliances running). I guess hairdryer on max  did the job... well did some research and called first class electric. First of all i liked free phone consultation, kind of gave me an idea what might have happened. Very quickly we booked an appointment and the same day everything was fixed. I didn't have to spend evening with candles, thank God! Highly recommend, guys doing excellent job. Plus wasn't as expensive as i expected.

I reached out to a dozen of electricians (a lot of high Yelp ratings) to put in a 40 amp Wallbox EV charger in my garage. Some wanted to overcharge me and some did no call no shows. Roland from NYC Tesla Electricians gave me a quick response, arrived to my house ON TIME for the consultation, and completed the job in one day. He also didn't try to overcharge like other electricians. I am usually wary of hiring companies with no Yelp review but I am so lucky to find this company to finish my small project. Please give NYC Tesla Electrician a try and support them by giving them Yelp reviews so they get more future projects!

This guy does all wrong wrong . You will need to hire someone to rd do everything .

I hired him for two projects to change all sub panels . He couldn't even wire the breakers properly .

He also plays a game gives you a price n then says o this is extra .

You clearly know what you need to get the job done . But he will leave things out so he can bill you more

Be aware . Stay clear you will have to do double work
