The electrician who came was perfectly nice. He was called away from the job before he finished and had to come back hours later. They do not repair the holes that they make so there's that- which wasn't great. Luckily this is in a laundry closet so we patched it our selves and we won't see it once the washer is installed. If you want the holes patched, do not go with this company. The job was done but I would not say it was a 4 or 5 star experience

I needed a 14-50 installed in my backyard parking lot for my Tesla and Klodi was by far the easiest electrician I had the opportunity to work with. He knew what I needed just off of a few images and provided a very reasonable quote.

His team was very punctual and was highly professional throughout the whole process. They wore masks for every interaction and had on shoe covers when indoors. Klodi came by to inspect everything himself and chatted about Teslas and their appropriate power draw.

The installation went without any hiccups and the final product had been exactly as expected.

Thank you! Now my baby is charging at 30mph and I couldn't be happier.

I will be recommending and using his company from here on out when I do need another electrical fix.

Ritchie was very responsive and came within 24 hours of my call to repair an outlet that was having an issue. He fixed the current problem (sorry) and made some recommendations for potential future work that should be done. He was good and efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Used yelp to contact for a quote and set up appointment. Quote was fair, work was quick and he cleaned up the place as good as new. Highly reccommend.

I agree completely with the last two reviews. I have nothing but good things to say about NYC Electricians and specifically about Ralph. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. I have used them three times in  two months and will continue to do so from here on.

Funny thing; just got a call from Gasteon at Nair Electric. My review below must have just come to his attention and was adamant about never having worked for me. That was until I pulled out my diary and gave him the date, time and canceled check number he was paid with made out to CASH.

Had a power outage and a bunch of lights and outlet wouldn't come back on after resetting the breaker.  Submitted a request and John offered to stop by even near midnight to take a look.  He was super friendly and professional.  Came here promptly at the time he mentioned.  

Explaining along the way the issues and possible causes.  Unfortunately this wasn't very straight forward due to new and old wiring in my 1920s house.  It was definitely a head scratcher but it appears that there's some bad wiring within the walls after quite of bit of troubleshooting.  He was able to offer a solution that didn't require having to tear down walls looking for the fault and ran a new circuit.  

It was done perfectly and he even left extra slack in the wiring in case I ever do another renovation so that the lines don't need to be done again.  He cleaned up after himself once done.  Overall A+++ service and would definitely recommend.  He's got a customer for life.  I would surely call him if I ever redo my entire electrical for my house or need electrical service on my other property.  You can't go wrong.  Good and very fair prices on top of the excellent work!!

I went on Angi to find someone to install a ground fault outlet, as it didn't work when I installed it.  Ganesh called at 3:00 to say they had a guy, Omish, in Manhattan that day, and he would be coming that afternoon. At 3:43 he was at the front door of the building, and called to ask what apartment we were in. He was very pleasant, and unscrewed the wires to the outlet box, replaced them with wires he had with him, installed the outlet box that I had purchased, and was done in 15 minutes. He did not give me an estimate before he did the work. He computed the cost, and told me it would be $336.00 if I paid in cash, because there would be no tax, and if I paid with a credit card, he would have to add tax and a 5% surcharge for the credit card. At 4:09, I was at the ATM around the corner, getting cash to pay him --$340.00 because he didn't have any change. He said he would email me the receipt. He did not. I called the office twice over the week to request a receipt. It never came, and I felt I was ripped off.

Mike was so professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Pricing was reasonable and he even came in under his original estimate. Will continue to use him for all of our electrical needs

Called several times, left messages telling them I needed work done. Never heard a peep. At least call people back to tell them you are too busy.

Quick to respond and set up time with me! I needed a burned out outlet replaced and they came by a day or two later. Pricing was slightly higher than with others I reached out to but not too much. Would work with them again. Thanks!

Ezrick is a 5 star electrician and person. He goes above and beyond to do a great job. He also is easy to schedule with and gets a job done quickly. I highly recommend him.

Scott was very communicative and able to come out on short notice, no hoops to jump through. He saw the job through until it was totally fixed and remained available and responsive during a small hiccup with the project.

Would definitely recommend.

Yoni is a legend.

I was having dinner party and wanted to get a chandelier installed over the dining table. But I didn't get around to calling up an electrician until the absolute last minute. Several companies I tried turned me away because of my tight timeline. But Yoni said he could come over the same day I called. He arrived with nothing more than a backpack and got to work on my apartments dilapidated mid-20th century wiring. It ended up being a very very tricky job but he pulled it off, and all before the guests rolled for dinner at 8pm!

Afterwards, I asked Yoni to come back and do some more work. He arrived with his partner and the work was done in no time at all. Afterwards, he followed to make sure all was OK.

Look no further than Danik Electrical -- these guys are incredibly responsive, reliable, skilled, and kind! I've found my go-to electricians.

Everything went well and smoothly as expected (which is unfortunately not the case in my experience here in nyc). 100% recommend

I've worked with Eugene twice now, once this past week. First off, he is very responsive. I typically hear back from him within the hour, if not within a few minutes, and that was consistent even when he wasn't available on a particular day.

He has wall mounted a desk for us, anchored furniture, and hung some simply (but heavy) artwork.

He has always come prepared with tools and extra hardware and depending on the project, has had a nice balance between using parts that came with an item versus suggesting other approaches. Everything he's done has been exceptionally secure and straight/level, even months later.

Highly recommend!

I have used Katie's services for a wide range of projects and have been very happy and perfectly satisfied with her work.  She has:
- installed window blinds, coat rack, and hook
- fixed a door that would not close
- installed light fixtures
- sanded and painted my bathroom vanity (looks new!) and some bookshelves; spray pained some items in the apt
- put together a futon frame
- INSTALLED MY KITCHEN SINK

She is professional, warm, friendly and outstanding at the craft!

Not too impressed so far.  Keep calling to get an appointment.  Person who answers the phone keeps saying he needs to check his schedule, will get back to me, never does.   Not an auspicious beginning or a high level of comfort that work product will be quality.  Moving on.
