Mo was quick to respond and professional when he reached out. Steve took his time and his work was thorough. I had a few broken outlets and was afraid that it was an extensive issue. However, Steve was able to fix the problem and he also looked at the other outlets that I expressed concern about. Also the price for the service call was fair compared to other companies. If I ever encounter any other electrical issues, I will use this company again.

Klod helped me to setup an electrical socket for charging my EV. He was very prompt in his response and gave me best quote out of all the electricians I talked to. He finished the job in 3-4 hours although it was a challenging one; to setup a 240v electrical wire from basement to the driveway. I would strongly recommend Klod because he is a professional and does his job really well. Thumbs up for the great experience!

Rich and Johnny were exceptional, responsive and went out of their way to ensure the work was done.  I needed a fixture change and switch-check for my Mom and Johnny was quick, professional and friendly with such a positive, up-beat demeanor. Their attitude and customer service was a true breath of fresh air. Good, reliable electricians are very hard to find so I am happy that I now have one I can call on.

Mickhael called within ten minutes of my yelp question and asked me to send him two pictures of my outlet and circuit breaker box !He quickly sent me a very reasonable estimate which I agreed was fair! He was able to come two days later and communicated perfectly .He was professional,clean, and did a perfect job! I will use him again for my electrical work in the future!

We had a problem with our heat during a very cold winter spell.  Mark was called out to fix the problem.  He was very trustworthy, efficient and went above and beyond.  He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything step by step.  Work completed in a timely manner.  Excellent follow-up.  Fast service.  reasonable prices. Showed up on time as expected (which is so hard to find in NYC) and fixed my circuit breaker issue without a problem.  Also, they were very easy to get in touch with and replied quickly.

Had excellent experience with JEM electrician.  Nick had to do some troubleshooting to determine why one kitchen light fixture was not working.  I thought it was paddle switch which he replaced but he tracked it down to one faulty wire inside ceiling beneath the fixture.  Took him less than a minute to repair.  Nick was very nice, professional and definitely efficient.  Because I'm a senior citizen, the owner, John, gave me a break on the usual flat fee, something I appreciated.  Nick arrived wearing a face mask (of course).  All-in-all, I would totally recommend using JEM for any future work.

The issue was a light fixture with a broken ballast. I wanted the ballast to be bypassed and to use LED lighting instead.  I had provided the lighting and the materials required. I put out a request and they were one of the first to respond. They indicated that they would come the next day and look at the situation and provide an estimate.

They showed up on time, and went straight to work. In retrospect, that is not what should have happened. They quickly and efficiently installed the light and it worked perfectly,  but I had not gotten an estimate so I was not quite sure what I was going to end up paying.  They were notably higher than an estimate that I had received (which included providing materials - which I provided) but they had done the work, so I did not feel it appropriate to haggle.

In the end, though, they did great work and even cleaned up after they were done.

I'm giving 5 stars to Mike for being a nice person and going above and beyond.  Unfortunately Hitchingham wasn't able to do the job for me as I needed it done the next day (totally understandable, they were already booked), but Mike took the time to send me recommendations - I used the first one on his list and they were excellent.  Mike was a decent person to just listen to my situation and go out of his way to help me when there was nothing in it for him.  This is the type of person/company I would want to do business with and recommend  contacting them.

Great guys and great work. They came by and gave us a free estimate about two months ago. The estimate took about an hour and no charge. They were upfront about scheduling right now because they are very busy but said they would squeeze in an hour here and there to get it done. Between 2 visits, it took an hour and a half and the work was completed. Great pricing and great work. I'm so happy! No damage done at all in the process due to the care that was taken with rewiring. Would definitely recommend!

Spent less than 20 mins to troubleshoot to say call NationalGrid to activate the PLP meter and proceeded to charge $260.  Will not use or recommend to anybody.  RIP OFF.

We bought a 2 family home in Brooklyn and Cel Electric installed new electrical service for the entire house. Very happy with the service.. will definitely recommend and use them for all my future needs. Will rate them 10 out of 10.

My building super has anger issues and threatened to cancel electrician he scheduled when I asked why he never communicates with us. Super told me to find my own electrician and hung up so I asked for a quote from Danik and was contacted within a couple minutes. The electrician asked me to send him photos on the phone so that he could maybe walk me through the issue without coming out (to save service cost). While I was talking to him, the electrician that my super supposedly cancelled showed up and I had to tell Danik that their services were no longer needed and they were completely nice and professional about it. I will definitely be using them for anything in the future to avoid the headache that is my super.

There's a reason for all of the great reviews for Ilya. He genuinely cares about his customers. I've hired him for several jobs over the years and each time he's been very responsive, done great work, charged me a fair price, and made sure I was happy with the end result. It's so rare to find someone who provides such a high level of customer service and doesn't overcharge. I would never call any other electrician.

Eugene pulled off a miracle with my pluming issue under the kitchen sink.  The outlet pipe to the main sewage line was rusted and rotten and the threads were gone.  I suggested he cut the pipe and attach some kind of metal/rubber link.  He found one that fitted the pipe perfect and completed a clean job.  He is pretty good with responding.  Reasonably priced, but you will have to negotiate. I used him for other work in long island and he did a good job there as well.

Avi is a lifesaver. His team was originally only available the following week. But when I told him I needed the light fixed in the kitchen of my elderly parents, he fit me in after a cancellation within a few hours of talking to him. Very reasonably priced. Came with 2 men to handle the kitchen light and ceiling fan installation to save on time.  Arrived on time. Very pleasant and understanding on the phone.

I'm psyched about finding Handyma'am. We needed quick help with our dining room table just a few days before hosting seder. She came to assess Tuesday, and promptly returned Thursday (was willing to come back Wed, but I wasn't available). She'd made multiple parts to fill in for the missing piece. She was calm, steady, happy to chat about what she was doing and explain (since I like to learn as much as I can in situations like this). As she was working on the table, she came across something else to fix and happily did it.
