Away on vacation, pipes burst... a wonderful neighbor went to my home, turned off the main water value / firemen turned off circuit breakers... now what?
I called Ian (from Scotties Electric). He was unbelievable, immediately he found a Plumber ( i had called many with no luck)... Ian went to my home to meet the plumber who repaired the pipes, and Ian restored my electric, heat, etc... my home would have been seriously damaged had it not been for Ian.

The good news: CN is relatively responsive and will book an appointment for your project and your wallet quickly.

The bad news: Completely helpless service guy couldn't figure out a routine disposal and faucet install. Ongoing leaks, improperly diagnosed fitment issues, poor quality workmanship, lousy follow up, 5 service calls, miscommunications and nothing to show for it- only guesswork, hack mechanics, and a bad attitude.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is what service nightmares are made of. Costs as much as a lawyer, and you get even less for the money. CN could learn from the old saying: Measure twice, cut once. In this case, call once, but call someone other than CN Coterie.

Responsive team. I called and got a return call from Brian quickly. They showed up on time, completed all work, and cleaned up. The team is friendly and respectful. I highly recommend them. I've had a generator hook up installed  and then had them back for other electrical work.

Roman came out right away. Arrived within an hour and fixed the problem at a reasonable rate. I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him.

Showed up on time. Had a bandanna mask.  Ran a wire from the breaker box to the 2nd floor and installed a new outlet.  Looked good. Price was fair.

They came on short notice to address an electrical concern on a work-in-progress renovation.  They addressed our concerns with the utmost professionalism, and worked with us to plan needed electrical work in a way that was minimally invasive and code-compliant.

They are super nice guys, smart, professional, and worth every penny. Highly recommend this father-son team!

My wife and I found Steve through the below, consistent reviews.  We have used him for all of our electric needs, including recessed lighting, fixture swaps and landscape lighting.  Steve has provided high quality service over the past two years and I have been very impressed by his desire to ensure the customer is happy with the results (offering suggestions, setting up temporary fixtures and following-up).  Highly recommended.

I have been using Dynamic Electrical Contractors for years. Both the owners are reliable, honest, hardworking - and always get the job done and on time. They were extremely patient and had a lot of great ideas. It has been a pleasure working with them and their crew.

An electrician company battling for business in NYC that does not the first thing about customer service. After calling to discuss business, one of the associates did not even begin to give me the time of day. As I was explaining  our needs the associate hung up, but not before mumbling something under his breath. I can sit here and say I am thankful to never do business with such a B grade company. I'd rather stick a paper clip in an outlet than do business with H & A.

I do not get where the good reviews came from. The salesman Edinson was very nice and took his time with me,  but after a few questions the car salesman routine came out which is fine as long as the work is done well. Once I did my research on what they are installing I realized everything was very overpriced,  especially with other companies quoting the same project way under their quote.  He was taking advantage of a new homeowner. I get cheaper is not better but this company would not get back to me. It's important if a company gets back to you in a timely manner. After Edinson left ( he asked me to write a good review on his performance ) I emailed a few questions because he forgot a room in the quote. I found out they Stand by their product according to the salesperson yet they are not available after 4pm and will not respond on weekends,  after I was told we will be there to help 24/7. Mind you I found this company by calling and leaving a voicemail on the Friday before the salesman came over only to get a return phone call on Monday. So they claim they will stand by their work but not on Saturday and Sunday and after 4pm,  so don't have problems then.  Back to the email I sent after Edinson left. I got a response on Tuesday after the email was sent Friday. Jacki told me she would ask Edinson about my questions and get back to me. Guess what no response. I wouldn't use this company the reviews are clearly sponsored. If you are trying to sell someone on a five thousand dollar quote wouldn't you expect them to be attentive?  Don't fall for the flashy sales pitch.

Great job, great company, great guy. Outstanding customer service. We had them move an outlet and install an EV charger.  Highly recommend and will use again. I found them on yelp in the first place. Great work at a fair price.

Devesh is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He fixed a problem for us a few months ago, and when a more complicated problem came up this week in a different room, Devesh was able to diagnose and fix it and to recommend steps to prevent a recurrence.

I work at a yoga studio in Brooklyn that has a hot room with radiant heating panels hanging from the ceiling.  A few of these heating panels stopped working.  Craig came in for a diagnosis session and figured out that there were a few different problems: how one heating panel was not attached to any electrical wires in the first place; and how a few of them were connected to a faulty thermostat.  He explained everything clearly and did so while doing the diagnosis.  He is very flexible when it comes to his hours and very accommodating.  When the studio received the replacement thermostat, Craig came back shortly after and fixed the problems.
