Away on vacation, pipes burst... a wonderful neighbor went to my home, turned off the main water value / firemen turned off circuit breakers... now what?
I called Ian (from Scotties Electric). He was unbelievable, immediately he found a Plumber ( i had called many with no luck)... Ian went to my home to meet the plumber who repaired the pipes, and Ian restored my electric, heat, etc... my home would have been seriously damaged had it not been for Ian.

CN is the best and most reliable service I can count on if anything goes wrong in my home. Real professional and high quality services they provide. I had a really bad leak in my bathroom and everyone I got to take a look at or try to attempt and fix my problem couldn't. That's where CN stepped in and was able to get it fixed within no time. They diagnosed the problem like a piece of cake. Saved the day for me, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Great company to deal with, Brian was excellent in returning my phone calls, they showed up on time, very clean and thorough. I will definitely use them again.

So happy we found Aufiero electric from Yelp project page. And Vincent recently installed Nema 14-50 power outlet with Chargepoint flex (level 2 EV charger). Almost all required town permit paperwork was neatly filled out by Vinny. Did we say he did a fantastic job! Very impressed with the way he listen and communicate while setting everything up.

I have had a longstanding electrical project which required a licensed electrician but also one that was willing to go the extra mile to avoid turning it into a larger project than I wanted.  It needed some smart troubleshooting.  Any time that my electrical panel needs to be worked on, I want to feel confident in my choice of electricians.  This particular project involved adding a new electrical line to the panel and other related work.  My family has used Tesla Electric in the past (both Father and Son) and they completed this project just as efficiently and carefully as past projects.  I like that they always listen and answer questions and kept me informed of each step throughout the two-day project. They stuck to their original quote and went way beyond the project scope when issues arose.  Highly recommend.

Steve is great. He came out and did a full review of my house before giving me pricing to ensure that he knew what he was getting himself into. He showed up on time for the initial review and then for the appointment itself. He worked diligently and without making any sort of mess, charging me exactly what he said he would and finishing within the time frame he had originally provided. Not only that, when compared to some other folks I got quotes from, he was always very reasonably priced.

I have been using Dynamic Electrical Contractors for years. Both the owners are reliable, honest, hardworking - and always get the job done and on time. They were extremely patient and had a lot of great ideas. It has been a pleasure working with them and their crew.

An electrician company battling for business in NYC that does not the first thing about customer service. After calling to discuss business, one of the associates did not even begin to give me the time of day. As I was explaining  our needs the associate hung up, but not before mumbling something under his breath. I can sit here and say I am thankful to never do business with such a B grade company. I'd rather stick a paper clip in an outlet than do business with H & A.

While I had initially missed a message from Vicki at BQ (my fault), I had scheduled an appointment with another company to have the work done. They needed two weeks to have their electrician do the work, only to cancel their appointment, TWICE.

When they canceled I reached back out to Vicki because of her great follow-up. She then put me in touch with the owner, Brian.

Brian was great, he gave me 3 options for repair/replacement along with an estimate, right over the phone. Plus, it was reasonable. I asked when someone might be able to do the work, thinking a week out. He said he could have someone there in under an hour. Seriously??

Two of his guys showed up in 45 minutes and literally rolled out a BQ Electric carpet at my front door. They were funny, competent and efficient. Everything was taken care of in under an hour and they were on their way.

Look no further, and as BQ says: Doing it right costs less than doing it over. Thank you!

I'm always weary of contractors requiring $$$ just to come in and do a quote. That almost guarantees them your business because who wants to waste $150 and not have any work done if you find someone cheaper or better? Out of the five electrical contractors I called, the rest has stellar reviews also and were able to provide me a FREE estimate by phone, email, or in person. It's a shame that Tower doesn't understand they first need to earn my business and by forcing me to pay for an estimate they already lost my business. Oh, and for what they were able to quote me via text, was already MORE THAN double the cost for a dimmer than someone else quoted. I would steer clear!!!

Devesh from Kunal Electrical promised to come at a time and did not show up. No respect for customer's time. I tried calling but no response. They do good job but not reliable, if they will show up or not.

I can't recommend Craig and Thour Wiring enough. The timer on our outdoor lights was broken and needed fixing. Craig was extremely responsive, professional, and just generally a pleasure to deal with. After coming by to assess the situation, he provided a detailed quote that was extremely reasonable and clearly stated the work to be done. He finished the job in a timely manner and I'm very pleased with the results. Craig is clearly a hard worker and trustworthy guy, and I'll definitely use him for any future jobs.
