I had a great experience with Robin. He was thorough and careful and also able to explain to me what could and could not be done with my project. He assembled and installed two new ceiling lights as well as a dimmer switch. I was impressed with Kathy as well, with whom I arranged the appointment and payment options. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, thanks to their professionalism and ease of service.

Ritchie was very responsive and came within 24 hours of my call to repair an outlet that was having an issue. He fixed the current problem (sorry) and made some recommendations for potential future work that should be done. He was good and efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Just had Gaston come and not only was he here within the hour for my electrical troubleshooting issue, he located and repaired an electrical issue that I did not know I had that could have potentially been something I would have to deal with in the future. Ganesh came almost instantly and fixed a broken light switch in my bathroom.  He was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional.  He fixed the broken light in about 20 minutes.  This is THE BEST electrician that I've seen.  I would definitely recommend this business.

Professional, fast, efficient, and overall a genuine dude, I couldn't have asked for a better electrician. I've been through a fair share of electricians in NYC and these guys seemed to be all the same. They all carried disgruntled, rude attitudes while also overcharging, many didn't even do a satisfactory job. Overall I never had any positive experiences with electricians until I found Hitch. Everything about him reassured me that he was going to do a great job without ripping me off, and especially I felt comfortable around the guy. When he came to replace my breaker panel, not only was his work quick and excellent, on top of that he even fixed my broken intercom, free of charge! This guy is simply awesome and I recommend him to everyone. I'm just so glad I was able to find the #1 electrician in New York!

this dude is amazing!!! i called him on a Sunday to come mount our flat screen TV and he was over within minutes!!
the whole job took him no time at all! AND he is such a pro, he didn't even have to disconnect the cable at all!! which was crucial because there was some college basketball on that was important or whatever to my house guests.
also, we did some comparative pricing and he definitely had the best prices!!

I usually don't take time to write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience again with DLP Electric,  I had to do what was deserving. I needed to upgrade my basement lighting. Not only did Don come up and design what I needed, he did a total install that was a big job. I have used this company multiple times, and they have come through with such professionalism.  I know there are many choices out there, but as long as this company is in business, they will be my goto for any electrical needs. As for the cost, just what was quoted. The fact that they  are licensed and insured, and providing great service at fair reasonable prices is enough for me to keep coming back. Avi is a lifesaver. His team was originally only available the following week. But when I told him I needed the light fixed in the kitchen of my elderly parents, he fit me in after a cancellation within a few hours of talking to him. Very reasonably priced. Came with 2 men to handle the kitchen light and ceiling fan installation to save on time.  Arrived on time. Very pleasant and understanding on the phone.
