It is beyond me why a business would advertise being available 24/7 then answer the telephone as if you're inconveniencing them! I called a few minutes ago because I clearly have an emergency if I'm reaching out after midnight, the man that answers the phone asked if this is an emergency? I offered to explain but before I wasted anymore of his time, (since he felt the need to inform me that it was almost 1am) I asked did he service Staten Island and he said no, very hastily. Nothing more undesirable than poor customer service. I suggest you post business hours that are more suitable to you. I work a 24 hour job and I assure you, we provide the same experience at all hours!

Titanium is the best. They rehabilitated a tired dark basement to a playroom that families can enjoy. From the start of the project  to its completion, Dorian and Klod were on board. They suggested improvements and did additional work without charging us more. I would reccomend their team and will strongly reccomend them to friends and neighbors.

Tim is simply fantastic. What a find! I've had him come twice now. In both cases an outlet had failed. Tim was very friendly, gave me his cell number, fixed it with no mess, was incredibly courteous. I will definitely be calling him any time I need some electrical work taken care of around the house.

Mikhail was EXCELLENT - turned up at the appointed time, worked really quickly and efficiently, and got our under-cabinet lights up-and-running in no time. Highly recommended!

I was having heating issues in my apt. The guys came in and quickly found the problem and installed a new heater the very next day. I didn't have to wait long. They answered every question and concern that I had. From my current stance, my home is toasty and warm. Thanks guys!

Funny thing; just got a call from Gasteon at Nair Electric. My review below must have just come to his attention and was adamant about never having worked for me. That was until I pulled out my diary and gave him the date, time and canceled check number he was paid with made out to CASH.

I cannot recommend John and JEM enough. My partner and I had some serious problems with a ceiling light- we had tried to replace it with a ceiling fan only to find out that our electric is from before 1960s. There were no ground wires and our previous electrician snapped a wire trying to figure out what was going on and then created a quick fix that shorted out when there were power surges across nyc due to a storm. We had no power in our kitchen and a possible fire hazard on our hands.

John was quick to respond, assess the damage in the pictures and give us a quote that was an extremely reasonable price! He'd worked with old buildings before so the job took no time at all, plus since we're renters he wrote up an invoice for the work as well as an assessment of future work that the light needs, so that we could charge it to our landlord and he could follow up with the rest of the work. So smooth and easy! And he was organized, on time and had every tool possible for the job. Seriously, if you need an electrician I don't think you can find a better one x

I'm really happy with the work and expertise that I got from Omesh who came to upgrade my outlet. Very professional and knowledgeable. Also knows the code (or regulation) for proper outlets to install which was  beneficial and made me comfortable that he was doing the right thing. He explained thoroughly why I needed the GFCI in a comprehensive manner. Before he left he also tested the sockets to ensure proper functionality. Finally, he was friendly and timely. All this during the pandemic/quarantine.

Picture this; a hot and muggy New York City night, fresh groceries in the fridge, and work on the horizon. But one thing... no power in my entire apartment. I'm no dummy but I'm certainly no electrician either. Our building super was on vacation and our office wasn't picking up the phone. My wife and I were at a serious crossroads. I went to Yelp, obviously, and found these guys because t said thy were still open this late on a Sunday night (10 pm). I worked with Mike and he assisted me with getting the electricity back on in my apartment. He walked me through testing each circuit to figure out which was the faulty one. He was patient, calm, and knowledgeable. I have his name and number proudly taped to the inside of my breaker box should I ever need him to come and do some work for us.

I called Conroy electric and the owner was very nice  I have electrical problems in my house I have light fixtures  that didn't work I have switches and outlets that did not work and my fuse box was outdated he install new switches a new fuse box now all the electric Works GREAT in my house. He did a wonderful job his prices were very fair and I would hire and over and over again until he retires I am going to tell my friends and my family about him.

Came same day to repair breakers, was fast and responsive. Chris did a great job and I will hire him again!

I am a co-owner of a 2 family house in Brooklyn. Our house is wacky - with lots of strange wiring from the developers who flipped the house in the cheapest way possible. They made so many strange wiring decisions that have had ramifications for years. We are still uncovering the mess after purchasing the house 14 years ago. Ezrick has been a great resource in helping us figure out how to make things right. He's been thoughtful and clear, sometimes spending hours just trying to figure out how to make the situation right, and most importantly safe. Also, he's extremely fair in his pricing. He always calls ahead, letting me know when he'll be here so I never have to wait around. We've used his services more than 5 times (from installing new fixtures, to fixing old outlets) and are always extremely satisfied. Also, Ezrick is chill. He's very easy to have in your home. And, he has always cleaned up after himself; even when I insist that he doesn't have to. Hire them!

Yoni was quick, meticulous, and professional. He installed an outlet under my sink for a new dishwasher and had to make a number of adjustments to space it correctly. I appreciated his patience with the job. He was also able to answer questions I had about a few other electrical concerns we had. I would definitely call him again.

There is a reason Ilya gets such great reviews: he is knowledgeable, patient, professional - and has a sense of humor too. I reached out to him 24 hours ago. Today he showed up on time and did the work we agreed upon quickly and efficiently. I will hire him again, and encourage anyone else with electrical needs to do the same. BTW, he showed up wearing a face mask. That's important these days. When I thanked him for doing so, he said, I don't like wearing them, but they are a way to show respect. Amen!

I asked a handyman to install my ceiling fans, but once he opened up the fixtures he realized it was beyond his capacity and that an electrician was needed. A friend recommended Don. I called him and he came quickly for a free estimate, then got me into his busy schedule a couple days later. He arrived when he said he'd arrive and charged what he said he'd charge. I will be using him in the future, for sure.

Eugene did an excellent job on all the tasks I needed done around my apartment. He mounted a large TV in the wall and snaked the cords through the wall so they weren't visable. He hung a large picture on a wall with concrete behind it, hung two curtain rods, and mounted a large entry way shelf. I didn't have a piece that he needed to hang the shelf, so he went to the closest hardware store to get it. Everything looks great! I would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.

I got up this morning to find that my power was out. I frantically contacted several electricians for help, and electrific actually helped me restore my power. My power was restored within 30 mins of contacting electrific. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Katie was responsive, professional, and, above all, extremely handy. I hired her to fix a plaster wall and reinstall shelves after the last guy I hired made an absolute mess of it. As soon as she assessed the damage and explained how she would go about fixing it, I knew I was in good hands. And sure enough, it looks like new again. So glad I found Katie! I would 100% hire her again and you should, too.

I tried to hold my opinion until I make sure it's not my fault. After all, I see all these 5 stars review and I wonder if it's me just overreacting.  However, I did pay $200 for nothing, so I thought I should say something.

Although not on time, running more than an hour late without informing me, Serafin was a friendly person. But before his visit, 7 out of the 10 kitchen lights worked, but when he left, none of the lights worked. The kitchen was also left as a huge mess that I spent a long time to clean up.

When I was charged $200 for making my apartment situation worse, I was shocked, but I still paid because I respect people taking their time helping, although my time was obviously not being respected.
