I had begun to wonder if ANY electrician would even call me back! Then I found Electrician Techs. Mo was very responsive on the phone. He asked what needed to be done, quoted me a price, and confirmed our appointment the day before. Fabian did the work; he was knowledgeable and personable.I am happy with the work that was done (removing and installing a ceiling fixture, replacing a regular switch with a dimmer switch, and fixing some outlets that had stopped working). I will definitely contact Electrician Techs the next time I need an electrician.

Klod is superb - he undertook a project all in record time. He was punctual, responsive and diligent. I could not be happier with the work he has provided. He is also reasonably priced!

Even through complex scenarios he never rushed things and made sure it was done correctly. I will be recommending him to friends and family. He is my new go-to electrician.  

Our whole family is pleased with him and feel confident in his work and work ethic!

Made an appointment. They didn't show up. Had to contact them twice to find out what happened. When they finally got back to me there was no explanation, just that they couldn't make it and they were booked for the next five days. Don't  waste your time.

I reached out to several electricians after going through reviews on Yelp. Mickhael was very responsive, willing to come by our apartment to give us a quote on the project, and able to work with our schedules. His prices are incredibly reasonable and he got the job done quickly and without cutting into the ceiling more than he had to. We will absolutely use Mickhael again for other electrical projects.

You guys saved me this afternoon great service and when you say 24hrs you mean it!! Huge shout out to Ralph!! Who came swiftly and on time and stuck around even as we experienced delays! Did a great job with a rewiring and had me a up and running in less than 2 hours! Thank you for giving me power!!!!

Gaston did a terrific job for us. We needed an outlet relocated for a new above-range microwave and he did the job professionally and quickly.

When the appliance installers came and decided that they didn't express their desired location properly, Gaston came back and relocated it again at our convenience and considered it a follow-up to the original work. He didn't pull a shady move and charge for a second job. He also worked with our carpenter to help take apart our kitchen cabinets. We understood right away that Gaston puts a higher premium on doing the job correctly than making a short-term profit.

We highly recommend Gaston and Nair Electrical and he'll be our go-to guy for any work we need done in the future.

John is the best. Very professional, competitive rates, and he got the job done quickly and efficiently. Wore a mask and distanced as well. Definitely recommend!

Initially, we were impressed with their professional manner.  They gave a quote which seemed reasonable.  Because of the extensive work we needed, the owner said he had a construction crew that they worked with.  Well I'd like to say this story had a happy ending, but it did not. We were hit up for another 10K for supplies .  Our mistake, lesson learned.  Never give money up front.  Their construction crew did not know what they were doing.  After a week we decided they needed to leave as we were not only furious at the shoddy construction, but every night we would shake our heads in disbelief.  We called in a real professional who apologized that someone in his field would actually call it a professional job.  Imagine that.  We are still trying to correct the mess they left us with.  With regard to the electric work, we were naive and probably would have done things differently.  The job was ok, but just ok.  Moral of story:  NEVER give money without proof of work.  ALWAYS, know what you want and how you want it done.  ALWAYS get references.  ALWAYS get a reference from people that you know.  FINALLY, check YouTube.  There is always video for any work that can be done by yourself.  Would NOT, and WILL NOT recommend this company.

Picture this; a hot and muggy New York City night, fresh groceries in the fridge, and work on the horizon. But one thing... no power in my entire apartment. I'm no dummy but I'm certainly no electrician either. Our building super was on vacation and our office wasn't picking up the phone. My wife and I were at a serious crossroads. I went to Yelp, obviously, and found these guys because t said thy were still open this late on a Sunday night (10 pm). I worked with Mike and he assisted me with getting the electricity back on in my apartment. He walked me through testing each circuit to figure out which was the faulty one. He was patient, calm, and knowledgeable. I have his name and number proudly taped to the inside of my breaker box should I ever need him to come and do some work for us.

Scott was very communicative and able to come out on short notice, no hoops to jump through. He saw the job through until it was totally fixed and remained available and responsive during a small hiccup with the project.

My building super has anger issues and threatened to cancel electrician he scheduled when I asked why he never communicates with us. Super told me to find my own electrician and hung up so I asked for a quote from Danik and was contacted within a couple minutes. The electrician asked me to send him photos on the phone so that he could maybe walk me through the issue without coming out (to save service cost). While I was talking to him, the electrician that my super supposedly cancelled showed up and I had to tell Danik that their services were no longer needed and they were completely nice and professional about it. I will definitely be using them for anything in the future to avoid the headache that is my super.

this dude is amazing!!! i called him on a Sunday to come mount our flat screen TV and he was over within minutes!!
the whole job took him no time at all! AND he is such a pro, he didn't even have to disconnect the cable at all!! which was crucial because there was some college basketball on that was important or whatever to my house guests.
also, we did some comparative pricing and he definitely had the best prices!!

Don worked with me all summer on my 1880 Victorian renovation. He was thorough, transparent with pricing and very responsive. There was no AC in the house and it was hot as heck. He and Pat we total champs through it all. He's my go-to electrician from here on out! Thanks, Don!

HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.  Showed up on time, fixed my issue quickly and he was reasonably priced considering he showed up within 3 days of my inquiry on my schedule AND a Sunday morning.  Like others mentioned, he put on booties and completely cleaned up after himself.  He also was kind enough to look at some electrical issues I was having and made some recommendations for my contractor when he returns.  Generosity of skill and spirit get a fist bump from me every time and repeat business if needed!  

On a completely different side note and a jab at myself - when I saw what he did and how quickly....   I'm loser and I need to learn basic handyman skills.  

Nonetheless, call him.  Fair, fast, courteous, clean and excellent work.  Don't be cheap.  Pay for the customer service package with our small businesses not just the work.  It's worth it.   Great business model for others to emulate!

I hired Avi/Electrific to sort out two malfunctioning ceiling fans. He was extremely good at scheduling, communicating, and the task. It was diagnosed and fixed quickly. I felt 100% comfortable with him in my home--he showed care in ensuring there was no damage to furniture that was near the work area and was one of the most pleasant people I've hired in recent memory. We had time during his visit to tackle a pendant fixture replacement and that was hung perfectly. I recommend him 100% and I'm not someone who recommends everyone I hire. Great work; thanks!

I used this service today for help with dismantling a bed frame that movers destroyed - don't ask - and I was so impressed with Handyma'am that I had to come here asap quick to write this review! They came on time, they were easy to book with and pay, and they finished a job that I thought was quite hard in under a half hour. Not only that but it was such a piece of mind knowing I was going to have a fellow queer person come in my home to do the work, versus some gruff random dude I would have maybe felt uncomfortable with. They are also on top of their COVID protocols, so no arguing with anyone to put on a mask! And they went all the way to my far-out obscure little corner of Brooklyn to help me on a Sun morning. I would not hesitate to work with them again in a heartbeat. Super duper impressed.

I called Roman to get a couple recessed lights in my bathroom working. It didn't seem to be an issue with the bulbs and I'd never encountered an issue with a fixture. Ramon sent over two guys. They discovered it was a problem with the transformer, went down to a shop a block away to get it and got everything working, A day after they left the second fixture blew and they returned, diagnosed a bad socket, replaced it in half the time (so half the expense), and now everything works perfectly.

5/5 I will call them again if I need other electrical work.
