If I could leave a negative star review, I would. I'll save the paragraphs of explanation, but this was some of the worst service and communication I have ever experienced.

I reached out to Electrician Tech's to help hang a neon sign in my business because their reviews were great and their price seemed fair. I sent pictures and videos of the sign in advanced attempted to schedule a site visit before the work began, to make sure they knew what was expected.

Very long story short, over a span of 3 weeks, multiple visits where the team was unprepared, many emails and phone calls, and multiple scheduling mistakes, they were unable to make the sign operate. They told me after their second visit they would provide the correct equipment (a transformer) at their next visit. At that next (third) visit, they didn't show up with the equipment, left, and after an hour of me waiting emailed me to say they couldn't do the job after all because I hadn't supplied the correct equipment. I was left with a sign that was hung (albeit sloppily. Wasn't the height I specified, left holes in my ceiling, and an unnecessary piece of metal pipe) but non functional

I am not a professional electrician which is why I hired one. I don't know what a sign needs to power, which is why I hired someone to tell me and make it happen for me. After further research, it's clear that these guys are great for every day electrical issues, but not in specialty jobs like a neon sign.

I moved on to a sign specialist who was able to determine the transformer needed from a picture, came the next day, rehung the sign correctly, and finished the job in about an hour. Wish I had started with them from the beginning. It ended up being a good thing Electrician Techs couldn't finish the job, because the way they had planned on doing it ultimately would've been dangerous from a voltage perspective.

When I talked to someone on the phone at the end he told me he didn't want to insult me and then proceeded to. I lost my temper which I'm not proud of, but after a month of frustration, it was inevitable.

Klodian did a wonderful job. He was professional and polite. His price was fair and reasonable. I have some other projects and I will definitely call him again. He also wore a mask to the job which doesn't sound like much but its very important to me because I have a toddler in the house.

These guys were great.  I had a special project which involved replacing fluorescent lighting with LED behind a very heavy bathroom mirror that needed to be removed  from a wall and reattached along with a dimmer switch installation.  Rich (the owner) was very responsive in terms of texts/emails and expediting the paper work.  His team (Jonny and Pablo) were friendly and competent when giving an estimate and doing the job.   The work was done with care as it was a bit tricky (removing the mirror of the wall, replacing wiring and existing units, installing the LEDs) and came out as exactly as imagined.  I would definitely recommend these guys without reservations.

Found Mickhael here on yelp. He replaced my light fixture with a new chandelier. He's efficient, got the job done. Reasonable price. He's respectful. Would recommend.

I called them on Friday and I was told they'd try to come on Friday. They called and told me they'd come around 230PM. I had to leave for an emergency at work at 3, when the tech showed up and I told him I wasn't here but I left someone to show him what needs to get done his response was You gotta be kidding me, why are you wasting my time? I'm not going to go and deal with someone I haven't spoken to. I explained my emergency but he insisted that I was wasting his time. At that point i told him with that attitude I didn't want him working for me or anyone I know. His attitude sucked and I don't recommend them ever. Electricians are dime a dozen. If i could I'd give him negative STARS.

Mike works mainly through Angie's list, so I thought I would spread the word about him through Yelp too. First off, Mike is amazing. With almost 30 years of experience under his belt, I would trust him with any residential electric job I could have. He is courteous, professional, and most importantly, he gets the job done in time. He quoted my roommate and I at 2 hours to install 2 new spot ceiling fixtures with 2 new dimmers, and he did the install comfortably in that timeframe. He is very knowledgeable and will give you advice on products, as my roommate and I had no idea which dimmers to buy. He is very friendly and trustworthy and will give you an honest and fair rate, and he will not waste your time. I went out on a limb hiring him without seeing any Yelp reviews, but after speaking with him on the phone and emailing back and fourth before the job, I could tell he knew what he is doing. Hopefully others will read this review and give Mike a call, because this was one of the best experiences I have bad with an electrician so far. Thank you Mike!

CEL was a lifesaver.
We had 2 prior Electricians look/work on our home, and they left it worse for the wear. CEL was referred to us, and they came through spectacularly.
They replaced our panel ,added outlets and fixed our lights.
I will recommend  this company to anyone who needs Electrical help , when all others have failed

Toni is a real professional and he knew exactly what he is doing. On time i had  problem with electric outlets in my house, he thorougly check for the cause and quickly resolved the issue without overcharging. Really nice work and highly recommend them!

Excellent experience. I called him and he was able to come within two hours! I know that's not the norm but it's still amazing. It was a minor job, and the work was done so quickly. Will definitely use him again in the future. Has definitely earned all 5 stars.

I usually don't take time to write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience again with DLP Electric,  I had to do what was deserving. I needed to upgrade my basement lighting. Not only did Don come up and design what I needed, he did a total install that was a big job. I have used this company multiple times, and they have come through with such professionalism.  I know there are many choices out there, but as long as this company is in business, they will be my goto for any electrical needs. As for the cost, just what was quoted. The fact that they  are licensed and insured, and providing great service at fair reasonable prices is enough for me to keep coming back. Eugene was showed up right on time to fix my broken sink drain.  He went to go get some parts and finished in just about an hour. I appreciate punctuality because I can plan out my day and get on with it once the job is done.  His price might be on the higher end but he won't disappoint.

Avi is a lifesaver. His team was originally only available the following week. But when I told him I needed the light fixed in the kitchen of my elderly parents, he fit me in after a cancellation within a few hours of talking to him. Very reasonably priced. Came with 2 men to handle the kitchen light and ceiling fan installation to save on time.  Arrived on time. Very pleasant and understanding on the phone.

Katie is terrific! She built a simple custom bench in our entranceway and shelves in our home office. The work is great- well built, attractive and exactly what we wanted. We will definitely use her again. Thanks, Handy Ma'am!

I really can't say enough about Roman. He is just really customer service oriented. Since the first day he showed up till today.
So I had to upgrade my electrical lines in the office, I needed to add more Amps. Of course I had at lease 6 electrician coming and giving a price for the upgrade, but I've decided to work with Conquest, for one big reason- Roman's honesty. He was the only one that actually explained to me how it works and why I don't need to do some stuff in order to get the power I needed. Basically he saved me $10K - not joking!!!!!! Comparing to everyone else that were trying to rip me off, Roman actually gave me an honest estimate. Even after finishing the job (roughly 1 month after) if I had problems (nothing to do with his work), he always comes by to save the day, yesterday he answered the phone on Sunday at 10:30 pm(!) who would do that? I was really surprised. So from now on he will be my electrician guy and definitely will recommend him to everyone.
