I haven't even actually worked with them yet but I have talked  to Alex on the phone and I just found him so helpful and informative which is so refreshing in this industry!!

I had an appointment today for an estimate. No one showed up or called to communicate a change. I even called them multiple times and left a message. No response. Poor reliability, would not recommend this business.

Tedi was great first listening to the issue then using the information to troubleshoot. He kept me in the loop every step of the way mot only so that I knew what he was working on but also so that we talked about any potential cost implications. A great experience overall!

Jose Sanchez and his crew at AP Electrics installed an EV charger at our home. He was super responsive, reliable, and personable as he dealt with my condo association's requests, the very slow city permit process, and my questions. The installation went flawlessly and was approved on the first city inspection a few days later. We were incredibly happy with both the service and completed installation. I highly recommend this company.

I needed an outlet for a wall mounted TV. Seemed simple at first, but some unusual wall studs and blocking prevented a straight shot up the wall from an existing outlet. Not a problem for Oscar though. I could tell this was not his first rodeo. A couple of angles drill holes, single access drywall hole, fish tape and problem solved. Oscar was very professional and was able to install the new outlet with minimal drywall holes requiring follow up patching and painting. Great work. Thank You.

Just want to give a shout out to Yuri and his team I had a new 200w electrical panel upgrade installed and also had him update all my lighting fixtures and ceiling fans inside my entire home. The end product was amazing me and my family find ourselves just turning the new recessed led lights on and off because we are so happy with the work lol. Joking aside... his quality of work is great no issues at all with the building inspector when they came out to review the panel work, Yuri took care of the required permits and scheduled the inspection days after the panel was installed. I am grateful for Yuri as he is a good honest person who does great work. Highly recommend if you are looking for an electrician who truly knows his craft and will take the time to educate you as well on the work being done.

Worst Electrician DO NOT USE !
He is a money hungry person not good good business and left our building with no power never answer the phone again took the money and took off

Jorge and his crew have come out to my place to perform four separate jobs, and on every single occasion, they have been polite, professional, and effective.

When I had them come out to upgrade my circuit breaker sub-panel and install a 240v outlet (so that I could install a Level 2 charging station in my garage for my electric car, they were quick about it, flexible in their dates (it required the power to be turned off for a period of time, so we were able to arrange the work to be done on a day when we wouldn't be home), and they installed the outlet on the wall via a flexible conduit (in case I ever needed to change the position of the outlet). This last point was key, as I did indeed need to move it almost immediately due to it being installed over the studs where I needed to mount the actual charging station (which was my fault, since I told them where to mount it).

When they replaced a burned-out 120v outlet in my garage, they had it done quicker than I could have even asked for.

When they added an outlet in a room that required them to run power from an adjacent room, they did everything that they could to minimize damage to the drywall and repaired whatever damage they could.

Finally, understanding that, sometimes, things just go wrong, Jorge and his crew came out to fix an outlet that had very old wiring and had stopped working after they came in and did a previous job. The wiring was old enough that it would have broken no matter who did the previous work. But Jorge and his crew, after I told them what had happened, came back and fixed it free-of-charge.

The coup-de-grace on all of this is that, for every single job, they came in less expensive (one time by about $1,000) than any other electrician in the area.

I can state, without a doubt, that I will be using Green Star Electric for all of my future electrician needs.

Great service. I called on a Saturday and Arvin was at my place within an hour. He also had one of the lowest rates.  He was fast, neat and polite.

I was looking for a local electrician to install an EV outlet to charge my new Tesla. Made some calls and found that Peter was very responsive, professional, honest and friendly.  He came by to give me a quote and was very accommodating, managed to squeezed me in his busy schedule. The experience was excellent and I look forward to working with Peter again for my electrical needs.

THE BEST! It's always bit scary to do a large electrical job using a new company but Mario's incredibly confident team made upgrading my electrical panel an easy and lovely experience. William and Marcos are 2 of the hardest working, most respectful and kindest - yes, kindness matters - young men out there. They were on time, gave updates on progress and did an amazing cleanup in the dark w headlamps. Alexis came back to label everything -DEFINITELY pay for this additional service, well worth it - and was also lovely. Liz in the office is professional and on point. The job passed city inspection w/flying colors and I have found my new 'go-to' electrical company. No wonder they have all 5 stars rated - well deserved!!

Vasilii was good with communication and he let me know that he was running late. Reasonable pricing. Very professional. Replaced 3 recessed lights in the kitchen and installed 2 outdoor light fixtures. He also put up my house number plate for free. I highly recommend VS Electrical.

Steve is THE BEST ELECTRICIAN!!!  He comes right away and does exceptional work. Steve is courteous and does an excellent job. He replaced switches for us and he did the job right. His charges are very reasonable too. That's why we always use him as our electrician. I highly recommend Steve and Turn Electric for all of your electrical work!!!

We have a power surge in the area and one of our outlets connecting to irrigation timer was burned , Hal and Adrianne showed up, the job was done on time, quick, and true to the phone estimate and most important CLEAN work , love to see people who take pride in their work

Reached out to William a couple weeks ago because we bought a new light fixture for our bathroom and needed to have it installed. William was quick to respond and literally quoted me hundreds of dollars cheaper than others who replied back!!!

I told him we were looking to maybe get a couple more lights changed in the house and he said to just let him know when we were ready.

Next thing I know my initial request turned into three different rooms!

I text William and he said no problem and came the next day on time!

He was patient with me as I unboxed all the fixtures and even helped with assembly (which wasn't part of my request)! He brought all the tools he needed and was able to finish everything quickly and with zero problems!

Bathroom fixture, daughter's chandelier in her bedroom, and new light above the dining table.

Everything works and looks great and I'm pleased he stuck with me as it took a couple weeks for me to get back to him after our first contact.

His pricing is easily the best in the valley. Would not hesitate to refer William for any electrical needs.

We recently purchased a rental home near USC that was fully renovated a year ago.  Unfortunately, the current tenants were having ongoing outages in the kitchen, which were not readily explained by looking at the panel.  Manuel was the most prompt and courteous of the 4 electricians that I called.  He was able to go to the property the next day and evaluate what was happening with the panel.  He was able to coordinate with the current tenants and showed up on time, which I was most worried about as I was asking the tenants to stay at home to meet him.  He gave me a very fair estimate and described what work he thought would fix the problem, including doing rewiring in the panel, installing a dedicated circuit in the kitchen, and changing some of the breakers.  He arranged with the current tenants when to come back the next day to do the work.  I was not able to be on-site, but he kept me updated with phone calls, texts, and photos of the work done.  It's been about 3 weeks and everything is working great and the tenants are happy.  I paid him via Venmo and received a prompt email with an invoice.  As an owner, he made things easy for me and instilled confidence, even though I couldn't be there in person.  I will use Manuel again for any further electrical needs going forward!
