First time using them for a small electrical issue in my panel. They came to my house on time and fixed the problem fast.

The customer service is EXCELLENT. I called and immediately got to speak with a real person without having to leave a message. Claudia was super helpful and knowledgeable about electrical work. She was able to help me figure out what might be going on and then scheduled a technician to come out in less than 24 hours.

The next day David came to help with an electrical outlet that wasn't resetting. It was attached to my garbage disposal and I didn't know that the switch needed to be engaged in order to reset it.

David reset it and didn't even charge me. Really, really appreciate it and they will DEFINITELY be my first call from here on out.

Primo gets five stars. I hired them to rewire an old house. They did the job quickly and cleanly. But we had a difficult inspector who came back three times and made them change things (that he had previously OK'd). I didn't have to pay any extra and they did extra work and did it quickly and were cool about it. Five stars, would recommend.

We recently purchased a rental home near USC that was fully renovated a year ago.  Unfortunately, the current tenants were having ongoing outages in the kitchen, which were not readily explained by looking at the panel.  Manuel was the most prompt and courteous of the 4 electricians that I called.  He was able to go to the property the next day and evaluate what was happening with the panel.  He was able to coordinate with the current tenants and showed up on time, which I was most worried about as I was asking the tenants to stay at home to meet him.  He gave me a very fair estimate and described what work he thought would fix the problem, including doing rewiring in the panel, installing a dedicated circuit in the kitchen, and changing some of the breakers.  He arranged with the current tenants when to come back the next day to do the work.  I was not able to be on-site, but he kept me updated with phone calls, texts, and photos of the work done.  It's been about 3 weeks and everything is working great and the tenants are happy.  I paid him via Venmo and received a prompt email with an invoice.  As an owner, he made things easy for me and instilled confidence, even though I couldn't be there in person.  I will use Manuel again for any further electrical needs going forward!

I was in desperate need of my stovetop to be fixed for this weekend (planned for bunch of people to come over). I called Amor Electric and Gil came to the rescue! He tried to first see what was wrong step by step and figured out what could fix it, and hurrah. It worked. If ever my electric goes out, I'll come back to Amor Electric. Thank you for your service!

Craig's electric provided really good service for a job I had that encompassed a number of different tasks.  They completed all of them (ceiling fan install, chandelier height adjustment and some wall switch replacements) without complication.  They also successfully troubleshooted a problem I was having with a Halogen to LED light conversion effort.  I would recommend Craig's electric without hesitation.

I needed a 220v line run to power our new cook top and called around after checking several Yelp recommendations.  Christine at Ryan Electric answered on the first ring and quickly put me in touch with one of the field teams (Joey and Mr. Anonymous).  Within an hour they were at my home to eyeball the situation and agreed to return when I had some preliminary work completed.  As promised after two weeks, they were back and efficiently ran the new line from the main panel, provided an accessible junction box (which the home builder conveniently left out) and very quickly had added new outlets for me, indicating your old ones looked sad) and wrapped everything up nice and neat.  Cost was as expected and they kept me apprised of what issues they ran into and what or how the cost would be affected.  I highly recommend Ryan Electric, if their other teams are as great as the ones that worked at my home, they are company you can trust and feel good about.  Well done guys.  I really appreciate all you did for us.

I wanted someone who was C-10 certified and after reading the reviews, I decided to hire Brandon. He came along with his dad Jim to install a NEMA 1450 Level 2 outlet for me to charge my electric car at home. The father and son team went to work promptly and finished the job in half a day even though the main electrical panel was a good distance from my garage They were courteous and I would hire them again for future electrical needs. Highly recommended.

After extensive dealings with this company they are habitually late.  Today they had a scheduled appointment at time of 10 AM, it's now 11:01 and they still are not here. Unfortunately the last time this happened I gave them a chance and today they proved that they really have no respect for customers.

it was awesome to work with Ian and Derek. Ian coached me through the whole process and said what we needed/didn't need. He was great at communicating and Derek arrived promptly. the work was done as expected and Derek left the work area spotless! For all future electrical needs we'll definitely be going back to them.

Sam and Marvin of Bear Electric were courteous, reasonably priced, and professional. They installed some Ring floodlight cameras around our home, and managed to do so with very little drywall patching required. They also updated some of our lights with LEDs which were both brighter than our old incandescents, cooler, and much more energy efficient. They take pride in their work, and it's clear that they care about their customers.

I'll be calling them next time we need help with any electrical issues around the house, and I'd recommend them to my friends. Thanks guys!

Was very straight forward from my first call to them, setting up appointment, getting a quote onsite, to installing a ceiling light/fan in a rental unit of mine.  Justin was the tech on the job.. very professional.  He removed the previous light/fan and installed a new one right out of the box that I had purchased.  Took about 1.5 hours.

Extremely knowledgeable guys both Bobby and Sonny. They took their time and walked me through what work would be need to be done. Explained the process and time it would take to complete project. I hired ADI Electrical to help with EV Charger installation (I purchased my own JuiceBox Charger from Costco) in my multi-unit building garage. They provided a very competitive quote and were available to perform installation immediately. The workers arrived on time, were friendly and completed the project in a few hours. They cleaned up the area when they were finished. I am very pleased with the work performed. Still pending inspection from the city.
