The existing electrical in our garage wasn't working, and was frankly pretty suspicious looking anyway. Jose and his team pulled us a new feed (and even fixed one of our previously-broken sprinkler heads that was on their trench path), tested the existing garage wiring for safety, and replaced everything that wasn't trustworthy. His proposal was transparent and he communicated clearly throughout the job. He and his crew were all super friendly and respectful! I'm thrilled to be able to safely use our garage space now, and also thrilled to have found an electrician that I can call on for my and my clients' homes.

Hands down the best electricians I've come across. We had several small jobs and 1-2 larger jobs and they handled everything efficiently and cost-effectively. Nishan and his colleague were professional in their attitude and demeanor, worked and did trouble-shooting to figure out what needed to be done, then handled the job with straightforward communication. My two experiences with Green Star Electric have both been stellar.

1. I had an emergency issue and called in a panic. Jorge was so kind and understanding and worked on routing someone to my house immediately to help. His responsiveness and how he jumped into action is much appreciated. Very grateful to have had his contact that day!

2. We were looking at doing extensive work and panel upgrade so of course I called them again after the first experience. Jorge came out to see the house, provided sound advice and even spoke directly with the electric company to come up with the best plan of action for us at a reasonable cost.

Spark Masters is the best.  I couldn't recommend them more.  Great work, prices and completely trustworthy.  

We had them come out to switch out some regular slight switches to decorative ones.  Not a huge job from what they're used to but they were out the next morning.  We set an arrival window for 10:00 AM until noon, they were literally here at 10:02 AM.  They stayed at the hourly estimate for the work they gave me over the phone, which was lower than the other three electricians I had called the day before.  They ran a little under an hour and a half, which was good time for what we expected.  Most electricians would charge for two hours they asked for less than what the prorated cost would be.  I slipped an extra $10 in to get it to a proper amount, when I came home later that day they had realized I had paid more than what they asked and put it in my mailbox.

I used this company only because there were amazing reviews on Yelp. However, I was more than disappointed. I wanted an outdoor light fixture replaced with an outdoor plug. I explained this to the lady over the phone, when he came, he installed an indoor outlet. No GFI or cover, just an outlet. When asked about protection from the rain, he said, i don't think you need it I said but this won't pass inspection, he said, no it won't so I just asked him to put the fixture back. He did and he did not charge me. However, the plot thickens, about 20 mins after he leaves, I go to turn on my TV and it doesnt work. I flip the switch to turn the light on and it doesnt work. I call the office number and they tried to get a hold of him twice, no answer, so now I am just waiting for someone to call back...I am beyond disappointed with this company. Not sure why my experience is so bad, but something that he told me would take 30 mins is now taking up my entire morning.

Vasilii was good with communication and he let me know that he was running late. Reasonable pricing. Very professional. Replaced 3 recessed lights in the kitchen and installed 2 outdoor light fixtures. He also put up my house number plate for free. I highly recommend VS Electrical.

Since Turn Electric was first on the list and had great reviews, I called. Because there was no answer, I was prompted to leave my name and phone number and expected a return call. I waited and waited. The 10 minutes promise to respond passed. Twenty-four hours later, I decided to call another electrician who was also rated 5-star on Yelp. That person contacted me within 30 minutes and arrived 15 minutes after that. I'm glad that I did!
I am still waiting for a call from Turn Electric.

To my surprise and amazement, I received a call from Steve of Turn Electric. He profusely apologized for the error of not responding as promised. I thanked him for calling as it was totally unexpected. This is the sign of someone who cares about his customers. The call to my former electrician was not returned and I am no longer doing business with him. I've decided that I will keep Turn Electric on my list.

I had a problem with the sign not lighting up at my business so i reached out to these guys at 6:00pm on a monday and they responded so quickly. They were willing to show up next day at 8:00am. They were super professional and they diagnosed the problem so quickly, i was impressed. They provided a solution that was perfect for what i needed, and they were professional from start to finish, showing me exactly what had been done and how they did it. It was fast, efficient, and the price was very good. I will definitely work with them in the future and recommend them to anyone with electrical problems.

Overall, excellent. I've used their services twice and they have been very prompt and professional. They've done quality work and I've been very satisfied with it. Definitely recommend and will use again for other projects.

Working with William was exceptional!  His communication, promptness, and work were outstanding.  He arrived on time, had all the materials for the job (even a dust buster), and did an excellent job.  He moved a dryer outlet for an EV car charger from the laundry room and into the garage for us.  Everything looked neat and clean. He even installed the EV charger mount.  All for a fair price. Highly recommend.

Great guy, hard worker. Responsive and efficient. Would recommend! I had him do several small projects over two days and they were all completed nicely.
