Alex and Alex are the best! They showed up in masks and go right to work . They installed pendants , replaced ceiling fan , installed recessed lighting and even installed our home theatre system. These two are professional and easy to communicate with . I will definitely be calling them for future projects . Thank you both again !

I can't speak highly enough about Roman and his counterpart who came to our apartment and mounted two TVs on the wall and installed two ceiling fans. They were extremely professional, very skilled, and super nice guys. We would have them back for absolutely anything we need again.

This is the fourth time I have hired a contractor based on Yelp reviews. I am grateful for this forum as I have had nothing but amazing service.

Called and they scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Their electricians arrived on time and they told me the price for the work I needed done. I was impressed by Carlos and Danny they were so professional.
They were able to do the work immediately! Which was great that I didn't need to wait for the company to send a electrician.
The price was great too. They did the work very carefully and checked and double check the dimensions for the new chandelier.
Cleaned up and they were so polite.

A good, reliable electrical company that services a wide area as our condo is in Monterey Park. I actually live in North Hollywood, so when I called to follow up on a visit my sister experienced, I was surprised to see their headquarters on Ventura/the Valley.  Enrique had come to check a few things as our tenants complained about not having electricity in one of the rooms.  He came and checked and fixed one of the lightswitches and said that the tenant needed to flip the light switch to get electricity in that other room.  The next day that same light in the room went out so I called the company and they sent Enrique to come the next day around noon. He did some troubleshooting and tightened some things in our electric box but recommended that we replaced the whole thing.  We ended up doing so and got a quote for the outside boxes for the whole complex.  Enrique was very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. This place is great and available/open on Sundays, which is nice. They can be hard to get a hold of sometimes, but will usually call you back in a decent amount of time. A consultation is $85 but can be put towards your service.

These guys are great!! Highly recommend! Scott did a great job for us fixing a multitude of problems our home inspector found in the condo we purchased last year. Since he did such a fantastic job, we asked if he would install our new dining room crystal chandelier for us. He and Eric came out today to install it and we LOVE it!! They were on time, professional, and honest. Really good at what they do and just super nice guys, a seamless experience from start to finish. Eric even patiently attached 80 crystal balls to the chandelier and advised me on how to screw in the unique bulbs when they need to be replaced in the future. I'll be calling them again for sure!!

Hector was very prompt and helpful on the phone and we set up a Saturday morning appt. to accommodate our schedule.
Fortino was the technician that came out on time to troubleshoot a number of miscellaneous issues like dead outlets and fixtures in our home. He was courteous, neat and did a wonderful job figuring out the various issues and fixing them professionally.
Very reasonable rates and great service; we will be using Got Light in the future!

I found Seven Electric on Yelp. I called during my lunch break and Manny the owner said they could be at my place with two hours. Unfortunately I was at work so we scheduled for the next day at five pm. I contacted him shortly thereafter and asked for six as I now had a meeting. He quickly responded back and said we'd check in the next day about six. I contacted him via email before that and said 5 pm was fine. Well it's now 6:11 pm and no one has shown up. Manny is unresponsive by text, email or phone (even though the message says they're open). I will now have to find a new company for yet another day and am left with no power in my garage, bathrooms and assorted electrical outlets. This is a complete fail. There's no excuse he can give to make this ok. Updated to add that Manny texted me two hours later and gave me a song and dance that we never confirmed the appointment. Then he said I'd have to call at 2 tomorrow to see if they could even come out at 4. I teach and can't just pick up a phone at 2 pm. If they can't do afternoon appointments they shouldn't schedule them. What a ridiculous way to do business. Emails prove otherwise that this was never confirmed. He's lying, but ok. The response only came after I said I was posting on Yelp.

Absolutely first rate...honorable...impeccable credentials. Response time from initial phone call to actual onsite inspection...one and half hours.
Steve was thorough, courteous and so competent. Fixed my circuit breaker issues immediately and was willing to do a few other electrical issues while there and were so reasonably priced. What a pleasant surprise. You would be foolish not to use this consummate professional.

Omer responded very quickly to my quote request and was able to come check out my electrical problem, like, 7 hours later on a Sunday. He was professional and efficient.

We hired Mario Castillo after meeting with several electricians to do some repairs and upgrades on our newly purchased home.  Mario was BY FAR the most professional and thorough of the bunch.  Mario found things that our home inspectors and all of the other electricians missed.  Mario's electricians worked very hard to update a bunch of outlets which needed grounding/repairs.  They installed new lighting, outlets, and a new sub-panel in our garage.  They installed lights on our front porch and cleaned up a bunch of old wiring around the house and beneath the house in the crawl space.  They replaced/updated all of our smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and made sure they were in the correct locations. Mario takes a lot of pride in his work and it really shows.  He and his electricians were delightful to have in and around our home.  They completed all of the work in a timely manner.  I will hire Mario and his guys for any or our needs in the future.  Thank you for all of your super hard work!!

5 stars for Steve and his son Chris.  Initially was going to stop by for an estimate at a later time but found time today.   It worked out and Steve quickly discovered what the issue was and fixed it at the price I was quoted at.  Would do business with him again!

I recently had Vartan and team out to help with a porch light.  They were prompt and able to fix the problem.  I plan to use them again in the near future for some new outlet installations.

Awesome guys! Showed up early and thoroughly explained what they were going to do. Very helpful especially since I called him to complete a job the previous electrician totally messed up. I've come across quite a few electricians in the past 4 months and this will be the only one I call again!

Knew exactly what was wrong with my outlet that seemed to be shorting. Fixed it within a few minutes, super nice guy.

Murphy's Law determined that I would have electrical issues with my condo in North Hollywood on a Sunday. I called six companies before I got to American Electric Services. I spoke with Yarin, and explained the situation, he immediately made a call to see if he could dispatch someone in the area. He then offered to take a look at the situation via FaceTime. This family owned business is the best in town!  If you want electrical work done safe, correctly, and in an efficient manner give them a call!  Orlando and his family know how to perform a clean and well organized job.  They explain every plan of action to the fullest and give you a sense of complete confidence!  If you want the job done right the FIRST time, hire them, you will NOT regret it!

I finally got an electric car. So what's next? I needed an electrician to install a 240v outlet in my garage. I ended up receiving 8 different quotes from friends' referrals, Yelp, and HomeAdvisor. Some gave me quick quotes without even asking me questions while others gave me unreasonably high priced quotes. In the middle of that, I got a call from Min. He asked me a couple of quick questions. I responded, and he ended up talking on the phone about types of chargers to use, amp rates, and other stuff I hadn't thought of. Min wanted to make sure I wasn't trying to get more than I needed, although that could've meant more money for him. He explained it all to me in layman's terms. He gave me the peace of mind to know that he would be able to take care of my needs.

When he arrived, he took care of me beyond my expectations. He even had to do some minor carpentry work. Even before doing that, we had to move a lot of boxes and tiles out of the way so he could get to the electric panel. He took care of everything from A to Z with a smile on his face the whole time. We had fun conversations as he explained the work he was performing. Over the course of the next 30 minutes, I learned so much about how electricity works in my house, I made a new friend, and oh yeah, I got a shiny new 240v outlet that sits in wait for my EV charger to come.

Here's the bonus. I had a light switch dimmer that wasn't working in one of our bedrooms. When I told him about it, he asked if he could take a look. He quickly tested it and found that the switch was defective. He pulled out a brand new dimmer from his car and installed it for me. What a guy.

I found Dr. Sparks today by searching on Yelp and reading their reviews.  I'm happy to now add another great recommendation to their many, many stars.  Warren and team responded immediately, arrived exactly when they said they'd arrive, and did the job quickly with 100% no hidden fees or costs.  I even got a text message when he was close by so I could prepare, and gave payment over the phone.  Really an exceptional customer experience.

We have called Next Level Lighting & Electric for two jobs. They first came out and added recessed lighting to our bonus and master bedrooms. They also swapped all of our existing canned lights for LED's. Today, we had them out to add 4 recessed lights and install a new ceiling fan in our living room. Next Level's craftsmanship and attention to detail are...well, next level. They are prompt, wear shoe covers, moved our furniture and covered our floor in plastic. They work quickly and efficiently. Above all, they have great customer service and reasonable prices. I definitely recommend!!!
