This review is not for work done, but for their quick response to my online service request/estimate and the brief, but very helpful, home visit by the technician. Wendy, very quickly answered my request and set up an appointment for the next morning with Phil, who showed up exactly on time. He immediately understood my immediate problem which he solved by reassuring me it wasn't one. He also gave me a reasonable estimate on a new outlet for an EV charger. He was more than pleasant and certainly an experienced electrician. No doubt I will call them for any future needs!

Gustavo and his team did an awesome job upgrading an exhaust fan in our bathroom with a stronger fan that also had a heating component. They also installed an outdoor outlet for us.

BK was recommended to us by our realtor, but I submitted a quote request blind through Yelp and quickly got a response back from Alexis. The day of the quote I was actually running a bit late, and Chanel was able to bump our appointment by an hour with little advanced notice (thanks!).

They were the most thorough of the three outfits we had come by, as well as being the best price! Gustavo very carefully worked with us to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted and where. They were also very detail oriented, making sure to run dedicated power from our panel for both projects once they understood what we wanted them to do (heating element and driveway gate motors, respectively), trying to avoid putting more holes in the walls than necessary, and offering me a number of options when it came to how I wanted to source the exhaust fan.

Scheduling with them was incredibly easy, they came on time, and they did the job and tidied up after themselves on completion. 10/10 would use them again for electric work!

It's been said, but these guys are the real-deal and very honest, which for me is key.

Eric R came to fix the ancient panel we have in the condo.  He was on-time (huge deal for me!) and even took his shoes off because I'm picky like that (but I didn't even have to ask).

We even geeked out about circuits and audio stuff while he was working which I appreciated.  He also showed me what was wrong and why it was acting up, and gave me some tips to save some cash in the future.

Very very much appreciated.  

My recommendation is to hire these guys instead of worrying about whether you're getting ripped off or overcharged.

Just had Nshan out to install a EV charger for my new plug-in hybrid car.  Nshan responded promptly to my request, came out and provided a reasonable quote and shortly thereafter completed the job in about 2-3 hours.  Nshan got the permits from the City and met the inspector for final sign off.  Might also add he was very responsive to my questions and calls.  VERY happy with East West Electric and would definitely recommend!

Very professional and friendly service!!! Needed an electrician to replace an electrical outlet with a USB outlet. Hector and his crew are very professional!! He called to confirm the appointment and gave me the time when his crew would show up. They showed up on time!!! I'm a stickler for timeliness :) The electrician was very friendly and  explained the work that he was going do. Being that it was a small job, he was able to replace the outlet quickly. I could tell he was meticulous about his work because he pulled out his level and made small adjustments to the outlet and even cleaned up the small residue. We will definitely be using GotLight again!!!

We had a problem in our kitchen that another electrician fixed that recurred  soon after the repair. Yury spent the time to find the problem and solve it. I am confident he's done the job completely. My appliances and I are happy again.

Manny was great. Very helpful. He sent his associate, Alex to do the work. Nothing major. Alex was on time, friendly, expert, fast, and thorough. Bar far the best price I was quoted from my YELP estimates.

They were a little tough to get a hold of recently, but was able to schedule an appointment.  Because of the coronavirus, they showed up wearing masks and gloves and were very professional and maintained distance.  Great service again!

They came today to run a cable from the router in the main house to the guest house, they were very very professional and went way beyond normal service expectations by ensuring that it all works properly.
