You know the little string that dangles down from the ceiling fan to turn on/off the lights? Well we yanked too hard on it and pulled the chain cord out! There was no way to turn the lights on without it. It is NOT an easy fix for us non-handy folks. You have to mess with the electrical stuff and take apart the central part of the ceiling fan. No thanks. Handy Man Dan came over and fixed it right up!

Responded quickly and fixed more problems than we expected! One of our Ring doorbells was losing power and Spectrum had dected power running in some of our cables that was causing us to lose internet connection. Steven was great, not only did he identify what as wrong with both of those things, he was so quick to get it identified and fixed that we thought about what else he could fix during his trip. We had him look at some lights that hadn't been working and he found the switch was broken and changed that out quickly too. Yahoo! We're thrilled to have a good electrician to depend on.

Hired father and son duo to install my bathtub and plumb faucet with PEX. Provided the install instructions. They were super friendly- however...
They installed the faucet upside down, but came back to correct it. They did not shim under the tub nor put cement or felt as Recomended by the manufacturer. Found out later that the overflow plastic mechanism was broken off during install but not mentioned. Tub was scratched on the apron as well as the bathroom door. Tub was not shimmed to the studs, and had to be reattached. Shower head spout was not positioned correctly (recessed too deep) for Sheetrock to go over. Tub spout was 2in higher than per the manufacturer. The work got done with no leaks so far, but the quality for the price is simply not in alignment. I corrected about half of the issues, but they should have knocked off 30-40% of their price as I'm certain they did know they were being rough. I would hire them again despite this review, but they need to be managed with certain types of work to ensure that they are careful and thorough.

I had a project to install network wiring and powered retractable speakers, and LiveWire was excellent at getting this done. They were punctual, very thorough and knowledgeable, and everything came out great without any stutters and rework, even though this was weird equipment etc. pricing was fair and clear up front, service was great, highly recommended.

I had a great experience through out my projects with Justin and his crew. Justin was always responsive, showed up when he said they would, and was open to any changes that I had. This was very refreshing as most contractors I've dealt with have not been responsive and just randomly show up. I highly recommend Justin and his crew to anyone needing electrical work. I had issues with no electrical power for about 2 of my rooms. One room been the computer room where we have all our electronics: internet routers, alarm hard drive, WiFi and working areas. I was very worry because this systems are essential for me but more for my wife, who is a teacher and does a lot of computer work for lessons plans, etc.

Salt has great customer service, but please find professionals that are not trying to milk every red cent out of you. They will call before coming to your home to ask if you'd like anything from the store, which was actually pretty impressive, however they will tell you that you need to do a million things to your house that's completely unnecessary. They'll give you best / better / good / bare minimum estimates for things, but the things they push for are things like whole home UV filtration as if we live in a hospital. They also charge several hundred $ to replace each and every outlet in our house and we did it ourselves for less than $5 each.
They also push you into a subscription plan that includes an AC tune up and signing up for this will eliminate their original dispatch fee. I thought the tune up would have been a good idea since we're new homeowners. They came out and it was just another selling opportunity for them to give me estimates in the several thousand dollar range when our AC works just fine. It's only a few years old. At worst it needs a little more Freon.
Their pricing model is outrageous, their subscription plan is just a foot in the door to try and sell you services you don't need, it's all just gimmicky.
Go with a local mom and pop electrician that's honest and not trying to sell you on things that are unnecessary.

A friend of mine recommended the owner Steven Fikes to me so I went in and asked for him specifically for some work I have been looking into getting done. I was told by a colleague that he was out on a sick day so I thanked him and left.
Later that morning I'm notified by a family member that he had posted a video in a Facebook group in our community from his security footage of me walking back to my car in the parking lot, stating that someone sent their pregnant wife in regards to her husband doing illegal work and slandered me in the comments. As I am an 8 month pregnant wife, I have no idea what that was in regards to and believe he has me confused with someone/something else.
Either way, this is by far the most unprofessional thing I have ever encountered and I am still in disablief how something so insignificant got recorded and put on social media. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm confused and embarrassed to say the least.
If this is any indication of how this man conducts business, I would steer clear and far from this establishment.

I had a problem with My A/C unit on Friday evening, I explained the Young lady on the Phone that My Husband is a Heart problem that needs to stay cool and she told me that she would make sure to Note that on the service call, I had to call back on Saturday Morning and spoke to another young Lady about the same, But this Young Lady told me it would not be until Monday Afternoon before anyone would come out! Why do I pay to have the Rescue Club, it`s suppose to be 24 Hour turnaround time!!! I am not very happy with the service , that your People do not take a Medical Urgency Important!! I would like an Explanation from your office Manager or the Owner!! I have told Family and Friend`s not to use your Company for their A/C problems or anything else, I have also notice I received a text that My membership is coming up for Renewal soon!!! I have been a Member for many year`s and this is how you treat customers, Wow!!!!!
