I have a home that was originally built in 1920. This can make getting repairs or remodeling dicey at best because you don't know what hidden shenanigans you can find hidden behind the plaster. I had a kitchen ceiling fan that was hanging from its wires replaced. When I ordered the service call, the owner made me aware of the potential issues that could elevate the cost. (I loved that.)

A two man team arrived promptly as promised. They were clean, professional and courteous. After explaining both the necessary procedures and giving a quote, they made the necessary repairs and installed the new unit in under 45 minutes. The price came in at the cost of the quote and they worked neatly. There were no surprises.

We used Joe Schmo Electric to do some work in the house we just purchased. Eric was the guy who came over and was absolutely awesome!! He explained everything he was doing, and he wore shoe covers in my house. He fixed the issues we were having here and gave us some great suggestions for the future. We are going to have them replace our electrical panel because the one that was installed when this house was built is way too small. I felt Eric was honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable and would definitely call on Joe Schmo electric for all future needs!

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

Noah was responsive listened to concerns to the panel upgrade and relocation of the panel.  Work was done on budget it did take a half day longer than expected but that did not effect us.  He crew cleaned up after themselves.

We were put in touch with Artisan Electric by a friend who was very happy with work they had done for her.  We had them do a $3k job of hooking up outside wiring that we the property owners (residential) had buried some months before.    We totally loved the work and the communications and the helpful explanations of why things are done the way they are done.  They take the time to answer questions.  We will hire them again when we need electrical work, no hesitation.

We had a great experience with D Davis Electric. Douglas got ahold of us promptly and was available to do our work right away. He was prompt and gave us great information about our problem. His rates were reasonable. We would definitely use him again.

We really enjoy the work that Jefferson  has done for us both on electrical work in older homes and complex commercial electric jobs, and installing our solar array.  They are the best!!!!

The only electricians I use in Indianapolis. PHENOMENAL guys, with an excellent business practice. My husband and I bought a fixer house as our "starter home" and got ourselves in over our heads.  Gerald came out with one of his guys and they patiently explained my options for getting things fixed, and were even gracious enough to start a project that they will eventually have to come back for (we've since decided to scrap the whole bathroom - so after that remodel I'll likely post again!)

A+++++++ rating and will use this company until they all retire!

Swan Electric is an excellent company to do business with.  I called them to check out my porch and garage lights not working.  They were able to come out earlier than quoted and let me know when they were on their way.  They replaced a switch and installed a new porch light.  When everything wasn't working right, they came back next day and didn't leave until everything was right and I was satisfied.  Highly rated, stand-up crew and will definitely provide my business as long as they're around.

I needed a half turn master shut off valve for the water installed. I called and asked for a ballpark figure and the price was so good I told them let's do business. They came out the next morning and installed it and thank God they did, because I had a leak in the upstairs toilet where I needed to turn the water off that night. I definitely will use them again.

We had Ed out today to install a very large light fixture in our two-story great room. He arrived on time, did a good job getting the fixture up and charged the amount of the estimate. Overall we were very satisfied with the work that Ed did and will look to use him again in the future if we have any other electrical needs.

I have used Burtner Electric numerous times and continue to do so as they are affordable, knowledgeable and efficient.   I have recommended them to neighbors and friends  numerous times.   I recently purchased a new home and needed four ceiling fans installed, outlets put into my garage and a disposal installed.   THree weeks later and everything is working great!   MY technician was polite and cleaned up and disposed of all the boxes from the fans.   I love supporting small and local businesses in my community.

If I can give this company 0 stars I would, they don't deserve any star as I have called them first time for the service, they promised to come to unclog my kitchen sink the next morning and they didn't fulfill their promises. Instead they delayed the services to 4 days later citing they have other emergency calls. Come on, my situation is an emergency as well since we cannot use the kitchen for anything. They could be honest when the first day I called them so I would schedule other company to do the work. Their are liars that made us so inconvenient since we are leaving Bloomington to Cleveland tomorrow and there is no time for other rescheduling.

We needed four ceiling fans installed. Mr. Sparky was available and did the installation for us. The tech, Eduardo, arrived exactly when scheduled. He was a very nice guy, courteous and professional. He installed the fans very efficiently and quickly. They look and perform great. When done Eduardo was careful to leave no mess and even hauled away the boxes each fan was in. Price was very fair and we were completely satisfied. We will be using Mr. Sparky again in the future, and we highly recommend them.
