Excellent service provided! I admit I was a little nervous finding a new electrician, but from first time user perspective here, Pawel was everything you want in your electrician. Knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and fairly priced. Honest man and techs, highly recommended!

We had some issues which caused us to lose power completely in one room and partially lose power in another room and a bathroom. Scheduling was easy over the phone. Paul called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival and he arrived on time. He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He went through each of the three rooms to diagnose the issue, found it, and fixed it. I would recommend using 21 Electric.

I just had the most wonderful experience with the Mr Electric crew. I had storm damage last week and lost power. They were quick to respond to my situation. An estimate was sent to my insurance company and power was restored quickly. I might add AES, the power company took five hours to get here and hook up the power lines after telling us they would be here in 1-2 hours. I've been telling everyone how great they are. Will definitely use again.

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

Noah was responsive listened to concerns to the panel upgrade and relocation of the panel.  Work was done on budget it did take a half day longer than expected but that did not effect us.  He crew cleaned up after themselves.

The technician from Artisan arrived on time and did the repair on a timely fashion. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Very Professional!  Great Work!  Use them often...if your looking for a good reliable Plumber or HVAC (they do this too!)...I highly recommend and they won't make you take out a 2nd Mortgage to get your work completed!

Gerald (Gary) and Adam came out to remedy an issue I had after having some rewiring (I am going to call it that because I do not know what it is actually called) done a few months earlier by BE.  They were kind and courteous - and remedied my issue!  I would highly, highly recommend them.

Swan Electric is an excellent company to do business with.  I called them to check out my porch and garage lights not working.  They were able to come out earlier than quoted and let me know when they were on their way.  They replaced a switch and installed a new porch light.  When everything wasn't working right, they came back next day and didn't leave until everything was right and I was satisfied.  Highly rated, stand-up crew and will definitely provide my business as long as they're around.

Complete bums. Had a service call for no heat. Was 5 hours late. Quoted a new system for $10,000. Another company came out and did a $257 repair and it's good as new. Crooks!

Terrible service. Did not complete the service he was paid to do that was supposed to be warrantied yet he would not come out and repair the defective work. He did and said the warranty was no longer active. It hadn't even been 30 days. Our breaker blows immediately and he's telling us that it's nothing he can do about it. He did not do the job he was paid to do and it was FHA required.

Burtner Electric has been my go-to company for our electrical needs since 2004.  Unfortunately, that is no longer true.  I recently had them in for two minor changes, which turned into major efforts. Instead of an hour long job costing a couple hundred dollars, their electrician spent 4.5 hours at my home and left me with drywall damage so excessive I am horrified.  I spoke with the owner about the issue, and she seemed apologetic and assured me they would come up with a "fair" bill.  However, I received a bill for over $700 and the threat of collection if I didn't pay.  Burtner indicated that I had agreed to the drywall damage.  Who would do that?  Wow.  Never again will I use Burtner, and you shouldn't either.

I called these guys for a quote to install a ductless air conditioner at a small business.  They came right away so I was encouraged. But then.....It took me 4 days, multiple calls to their office to finally get the quote.  I know this system, have installed one for myself.  It needed about $300 worth of materials and a few hours of basic installation.  Quote was for $4000, literally twice what our company paid for the ductless AC unit.  Offensive is what it was.  The technician who showed up told me the unit we bought was "a piece of junk that was made in China" (of course it's cheap, it was $2K for a 30K BTU unit) and proceeded to recommend their Daikin brand which is odd because Gree actually made the Daikin units at least at one point.  In any case, don't bother calling these guys.  They must need the high prices to pay for the incessant commercials they play in Indy.  Zero stars if possible!

Frustrating customer service. I called to request the price for replacing an existing overhead fixture.

Mister Sparky kept me on the line for almost 10 minutes collecting all of my information.  Then finally let me know that they dont give prices over the phone and I could pay them $49 to have someone come out and quote me.

They might've got my business if they could have managed to be a bit more forthcoming.  Super thumbs sideways, Mister Sparky.
