Pawel David with David Electric Service was great! I called requesting their service same day and he was at my door within 2 hours. Pawel was in and out in about an hour and was very helping in explaining everything in detail. I will continue to use Pawel (David Electric Service) from here on out. I totally recommend! A++

I have used Mr. Electric of Central Indiana a couple of times. They are very friendly, responsive to your needs, on time and get the job done. In my opinion, their pricing is very reasonable.

We used Joe Schmo Electric to do some work in the house we just purchased. Eric was the guy who came over and was absolutely awesome!! He explained everything he was doing, and he wore shoe covers in my house. He fixed the issues we were having here and gave us some great suggestions for the future. We are going to have them replace our electrical panel because the one that was installed when this house was built is way too small. I felt Eric was honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable and would definitely call on Joe Schmo electric for all future needs!

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

Noah was responsive listened to concerns to the panel upgrade and relocation of the panel. Work was done on budget it did take a half day longer than expected but that did not effect us. He crew cleaned up after themselves.

We were put in touch with Artisan Electric by a friend who was very happy with work they had done for her. We had them do a $3k job of hooking up outside wiring that we the property owners (residential) had buried some months before. We totally loved the work and the communications and the helpful explanations of why things are done the way they are done. They take the time to answer questions. We will hire them again when we need electrical work, no hesitation.

We had a great experience with D Davis Electric. Douglas got ahold of us promptly and was available to do our work right away. He was prompt and gave us great information about our problem. His rates were reasonable. We would definitely use him again.

We really enjoy the work that Jefferson has done for us both on electrical work in older homes and complex commercial electric jobs, and installing our solar array. They are the best!!!!

The only electricians I use in Indianapolis. PHENOMENAL guys, with an excellent business practice. My husband and I bought a fixer house as our "starter home" and got ourselves in over our heads. Gerald came out with one of his guys and they patiently explained my options for getting things fixed, and were even gracious enough to start a project that they will eventually have to come back for (we've since decided to scrap the whole bathroom - so after that remodel I'll likely post again!)
A+++++++ rating and will use this company until they all retire!

I needed help with my Ring doorbell install because the doorbell chime I currently had was not compatible. Jason was great with communicating with me prior to the appointment what options we could use to get it up and going. He arrived on time and had it installed quickly along with fixing a faulty sensor on our yard light. I always try to use local businesses when I can and Jason didn't disappoint. He does the work himself and his services were reasonably priced compared to other electrician's I have used in the past. I will definitely call him again for future needs.

Don't fall for the hype of them being an Indy local name! Do your research and find a small local plumber on Nextdoor site or through neighbors or friends. This company lied to our faces as they sent an inexperienced "plumber" to our home who had to take pics to get answers then took our $50 trip charge check and said he'd be back only to find out they weren't coming back until the following week!! We were without water and they knew this and then said WE WERE at fault when they knew the problem ahead of time! They lied on the phone and said we didn't tell them it was a different situation...we explained it exactly and even if it was a diff situation ( which it wasn't)..they should've had the knowledge to do it!!! The plumber that arrived stated "i have three other appts still and its 5pm... i can't do this one right now". They knew it was not a basic replacement but this plumber didn't know how to do it and we had waited all day on him and then we got blamed!!! We had to fight to get our check back and thankfully we found an honest plumber through Economy Plumbing recommendation! Steer clear of Godby!!!

Terrible service. Did not complete the service he was paid to do that was supposed to be warrantied yet he would not come out and repair the defective work. He did and said the warranty was no longer active. It hadn't even been 30 days. Our breaker blows immediately and he's telling us that it's nothing he can do about it. He did not do the job he was paid to do and it was FHA required.

Burtner Electric has been my go-to company for our electrical needs since 2004. Unfortunately, that is no longer true. I recently had them in for two minor changes, which turned into major efforts. Instead of an hour long job costing a couple hundred dollars, their electrician spent 4.5 hours at my home and left me with drywall damage so excessive I am horrified. I spoke with the owner about the issue, and she seemed apologetic and assured me they would come up with a "fair" bill. However, I received a bill for over $700 and the threat of collection if I didn't pay. Burtner indicated that I had agreed to the drywall damage. Who would do that? Wow. Never again will I use Burtner, and you shouldn't either.

I called this place this morning and I believe I was taken I would never call this place again. I can't even give this place a rating they should not be in business they tried to take me today and I really don't appreciate this. They quoted me $900 for a Job that Advance Electric came the same day being an emergency and fixed for me for only $125 now if that is not trying to steal from someone I don't know what is.

Our dryer started to pop the circuit breaker every time the heat began. We assumed it was a problem with the heating element and called a repairman. He examined the appliance and told us the problem was probably the breaker.
Since we were in a bit of a hurry and couldn't get our normal electrician for over a week, we scheduled an appointment with Mr. Sparky. The day of the appointment, we received a call that they'd double booked and couldn't make it--but they would be available on Labor Day. I mentioned it was a holiday and we didn't expect that, but was assured it was no problem.
When the electrician arrived on Monday, he greeted us grumbling about having to be at our house on Labor Day. He obviously was VERY unhappy about having to work that day. He proceeded to take the panel off the wall and, after a few minutes, announced that the problem was a lightning strike that had blown out our panel. We were puzzled, since we had a top of the line surge suppresser, but he insisted that it hadn't been installed properly. He couldn't do the repair, but suggested we call our insurance and get a claim for what would be about $5,000 in repairs.
He assured us he would email us an estimate. Three days later, we didn't have an estimate, but he did stop by to pick up the tools he'd left behind. At that point he promised an estimate, again. A week later, I attempted to contact the company directly telling them our insurance company insisted on an estimate before moving ahead. We heard nothing.
We called another electrician. He came and said there was nothing wrong other than a circuit breaker that needed replaced and that our panel had a lifetime warranty. He fixed the problem in about ten minutes, marked it as covered by warranty and didn't even charge a service fee. He also said he saw no other damage to the panel or the surge suppresser.
So, Mister Sparky told us it would be $5,000 to fix the issue. The issue was actually resolved for free in under fifteen minutes by a professional. I know where we won't go again.
