David gave a heads up call and showed up on time! Didn't take him long at all to trouble shoot and figure out what was going on. He was very professional and honest. Luckily it was a quick fix and at a good price! My dog was also being a protective sketch ball so he let his dog out to play with her. Very nice and thoughtful touch. Great company and I will absolutely work with them again if ever in need!

I wish all home projects were as easy as working with 21 Electric. From my initial inquiry to the installation of a new outlet for a garage refrigerator, I was impressed with their responsiveness and knowledge. Their prices were fair (time and material) and they were able to complete the project within a few days after I reached out. We will be repeat customers the next time we have any electrical needs.

My AES Power meter pole ripped off of my house during a storm. Turns out the contractor that installed it years ago, did so incorrectly. The height, the materials, and the wall anchoring were not to the electric company's standards. So, it failed. Luckily, we did not lose power, or have the power line sparking on wood fences and cars.

Tim, from IWE Electrical Service, came out and pointed out all the problems with the old install. Then, he corrected those problems in the way a licensed electrician should.

I just had the most wonderful experience with the Mr Electric crew. I had storm damage last week and lost power. They were quick to respond to my situation. An estimate was sent to my insurance company and power was restored quickly. I might add AES, the power company took five hours to get here and hook up the power lines after telling us they would be here in 1-2 hours. I've been telling everyone how great they are. Will definitely use again.

They were in the neighborhood when I called for Abe stir and came right over. Scheduled the work and they showed up on time and did the job as described.

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

I had my power go out today, called Branch Electric and received a call back quickly. Noah was able to come out to my house this afternoon and fix my issue immediately. He was friendly and professional, would highly recommend him to anyone looking for electrical work.

We were put in touch with Artisan Electric by a friend who was very happy with work they had done for her.  We had them do a $3k job of hooking up outside wiring that we the property owners (residential) had buried some months before.    We totally loved the work and the communications and the helpful explanations of why things are done the way they are done.  They take the time to answer questions.  We will hire them again when we need electrical work, no hesitation.

We had a great experience with D Davis Electric. Douglas got ahold of us promptly and was available to do our work right away. He was prompt and gave us great information about our problem. His rates were reasonable. We would definitely use him again.

We contracted Jefferson Electric to do some updates to our 1923 bungalow. The crew arrived on time and worked till dusk. They installed two outlets and a ceiling fan. The big task was digging a trench to properly install the electrical line to our detached garage. The crew wrestled with gnarly oak roots and worked till dusk to get the garage wired. The invoice matched the estimate despite the extra work. My wife and I slept well under our new ceiling fan, enjoyed fresh coffee thanks to our new kitchen outlet, and even my car slept better in my newly rewired garage. Great crew, work done as-promised. Recommended.

I have used this company 3 times now and always a pleasant experience.

All 3 were electrical light replacements with fans.  They do great work and are polite and clean up after themselves.

I will be using them again in the future.

The only reason I will not give Godby five stars, I'll explain later. Air conditioner went out in my home. Godby has serviced my home before, so I gave them a call. A technician came out, and told me it was the furnace. It was the original furnace that came with the house, so I figured it was time to replace it. The person I spoke with to set up the appointment was very kind and got my appointment set up for the next day. She also gave me a window as to how long the job would take.  The next day came and I received a call from Deacon telling me that they are on the way. Soon after,  Deacon and Joe was at my door. They introduced themselves, and came in. Right away they got started on removing the old one and in with the new one. During that time, Joe came upstairs and put in the new thermostat. He told me that when they were finished, he'd explain the new functions on it (digital, touch screen, Bluetooth, very cool!). Not long after, they called me downstairs and the job was done. Joe came with me back upstairs and explained in detail the use of the new thermostat. During the time in my home, both guys were very professional, courtious and easy to get along with. Great job guys. As they were leaving, I asked for a business card. They said they didn't have cards of their own. Godby, get your technicians business cards!
Now, the only reason for the 4 stars was because I had to have a very minor adjustment made. Without calling, the guy just showed up! I could see that he was from Godby by his vehicle and shirt, but didn't tell me who He was. He got the job done quickly and was nice, but gave no heads up that he was on his way.

I.P.L. said we had to upgrade our meter box to accept the new smart meter. After several quotes I decided to go with Ed, and I am glad I did. What can I say. The guy knows what he is doing. Job was done right the first time. I don't think anyone else could have done a better job ! We are very pleased.
Not only was Ed the cheapest quote, but he ended up charging $200 less than the quote. If I ever have electrical problem's I have a guy to call now. I would recommend Ed for all your electrical needs.

It's unfortunate but I cannot recommend this company. I work as a personal assistant and oversee several executive homes. I recently needed an electrician so I called BRE because they are close to the property, had good ratings and I lived in BR for 9 yrs so I am partial. When I called I was informed the scheduler was out picking up a child and would call me back. I'm a single mom so I get it and think it's terrific that she has a flexible employer. I waited. And waited. And then a few days later I called and left a detailed message in my happy voice. I never received a response.

I had a table lamp that didn't work correctly any longer. I found out about Burtner Electric and called and the lady who answered was very nice and customer service-oriented to me. (This was during Coronavirus shutdown.) They had a system whereby I could call them when I was in their parking lot. I dropped off the lamp and they had it fixed in a reasonable time and for a very reasonable cost. They were really great to work with! I would definitely do business with them again.

They are a HORRBIBLE EMPLOYER!!!!!! Do not recomend ever working for them. They will fire you over something that is not your fault. Horrible people that work there.
