HISTORY

Established in 2020.
Hi I'm Kit Captain and I've been doing handyman work on the side for the past 20 years. Just this year, I decided to make it official and opened my business as Captain Fix-It LLC. I'm now insured and looking forward to expanding my business. I'm currently transitioning out of my full time job with a national company that services espresso machines. This limits my availability sometimes but if you're willing to be flexible, I'll give you a quality job at a fair price, in a timely manner. **UPDATE** As of November, I'm operating my business full time. I have fully transitioned out of the espresso repair industry and now work full time for myself. I'm now able to get any project you have, done in a timely manner.

Kit is so reliable and affordable. We've been using his services for several years in Anderson and Muncie. He has helped us manage some major repairs such as plumbing issues, electrical, painting, drywall..you name it he can fix it. He has been a huge blessing and life savor for us being that we are out of state landlords. You really need good honest people like him in this business.

I have used this company 3 times now and always a pleasant experience.

All 3 were electrical light replacements with fans. They do great work and are polite and clean up after themselves.

I appreciate how responsive they were to my initial inquiries, kept me updated on their arrival, and were quick and professional during the work I needed (replacing my garbage disposal, and tightening wiring on my in-floor heating). Definitely would recommend if you need help with some odds and ends (like I did).

Kit was WONDERFUL! he responded very quickly to my request for a home inspection and quote. He showed up when he said he would and sent me a lot of photos of the items that needed to be repaired. As an out of state rental investor it is extremely hard to find handymen and contractors who provide honest, high quality, and reasonably priced services. After dealing with people who over charged for subpar work or even disappeared after getting an upfront payment, my only regret is not finding him sooner. Kit has performed several repair jobs at cheaper rates than what I have gotten in the past. Also only wants to get paid after his job is complete.
