David Electric was a pleasure to work with. Brian took the time to listen to my needs and to schedule me within a week. The tech arrived on time and was knowledgeable and friendly. I called a few days after the work was done to ask that my range be closer to the wall. Brian came out within a few hours and took care of it. This is highly unusual and most appreciated. David Electric goes above and beyond. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I wish all home projects were as easy as working with 21 Electric. From my initial inquiry to the installation of a new outlet for a garage refrigerator, I was impressed with their responsiveness and knowledge. Their prices were fair (time and material) and they were able to complete the project within a few days after I reached out. We will be repeat customers the next time we have any electrical needs.

Tim came out to give us an estimate on redoing a lot of our electrical, and he was very thorough!! He showed up on time, had reasonable pricing.l, and new what he was doing.

I had a Groupon for electrical services; so going in the price point was a bargain. In terms of pricing, they use a fixed rate sheet for everything thing they do. I think this decreases the chance for pricing tom foolery.

I have a home that was originally built in 1920. This can make getting repairs or remodeling dicey at best because you don't know what hidden shenanigans you can find hidden behind the plaster. I had a kitchen ceiling fan that was hanging from its wires replaced. When I ordered the service call, the owner made me aware of the potential issues that could elevate the cost. (I loved that.)

A two man team arrived promptly as promised. They were clean, professional and courteous. After explaining both the necessary procedures and giving a quote, they made the necessary repairs and installed the new unit in under 45 minutes. The price came in at the cost of the quote and they worked neatly. There were no surprises.

We were having some issues with our breaker boxes and needed to have a professional diagnose our problem. James came out and took a look free of charge. He told us right away what the problem was and gave us a quote to fix it. Based on my research the price was fair. James was courteous and professional. We've already scheduled them to do the work.

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

I called with a issue with an outside electrical service.  Noah quickly identified the problem and got the issue repaired.  Went above and beyond in making sure everything was working properly after the power was turned back on.  Very clean as well--took his shoes off whenever he entered the house.  Highly recommend!

Chris/Artisan is a highly qualified professional and is a genuinely nice guy!  I had him install light fixtures and complete some electrical work for a commercial building and am happy with the completed job. We will absolutely call again when we need electrical work done.

We had a great experience with D Davis Electric. Douglas got ahold of us promptly and was available to do our work right away. He was prompt and gave us great information about our problem. His rates were reasonable. We would definitely use him again.

I was looking for a company to help me install a Tesla charging outlet in my home. After doing alot of shopping around, I found Jefferson electric on the Tesla's website in the recommended installers list.
I was trying to stay off that list because I felt they would over charge me because I owned a Tesla(and all I need is a 250v outlet similar to what I use for my drier). After having a conversation with them, they gave me a really good deal for the outlet and was able to complete the installation in about 2 hours, And that was the next day after I spoke to them.
If you need a charging port for your electric vehicle professionally installed, I highly recommend Jefferson Electric.

I have used this company 3 times now and always a pleasant experience.

All 3 were electrical light replacements with fans.  They do great work and are polite and clean up after themselves.

I will be using them again in the future.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Godby. My experience was so bad that I believe the company is either completely mismanaged or is willfully ripping off customers. Savvy consumers should BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

On August 3rd, 2013 I contacted Godby Heating, Plumbing, Electrical to repair my AC because it was blowing warm air. The technician arrived and quickly told me that I needed to replace the thermostat. That didn't solve the problem, so Godby sent the tech back to our house. The technician arrived and after some time outside claimed to have fixed it. He presented us with the information about the repair and a bill for $500 AFTER he performed the work. He explained that it needed more coolant and so he refilled 3 lbs of coolant. I specifically asked if there was a leak since 3 lbs is a huge amount. He said it was now working fine and we should be good. I was skeptical, but the unit was indeed blowing cold air so I paid the bill. A day later, AC was again blowing warm air. I called and spoke to the manager Kevin. He admitted that there must be a leak and the technician should have performed a full leak check before installing coolant. Godby sent another technician who easily confirmed the coil leak. This repairman stated that the first technician should have performed a full leak test before filling any coolant and apologized for the mistake. The manager, later called to tell me they will install a new coil for an additional $1,852 that will solve the problem. This new cost includes a leak repair and refilling with 3 more lbs of coolant. I complained that Godby should apply the wasted original coolant cost (~$500) to this new total. Godby should have performed a leak test before refilling with coolant and even then should have presented me with options before actually performing the work. As I pressed for a reasonable deal given my previously incurred and wasted coolant expense, Kevin became rude and unreasonable in his interactions with me. I declined further work with Godby and called a competitor that quoted and performed the new work at a regular cost of $1,290.  (This, of course, includes the coil leak repair plus the cost to refill coolant again.)

To make matters worse, Godby re-billed me for the unnecessary work performed on August 4th even thought I paid this total in August and have the receipt and bank withdrawal proof.

Every company makes mistakes, but how these mistakes are handled is what defines a company. Godby does not care about their customers. Godby represents POOR QUALITY, POOR SERVICE, HIGH COSTS, and DOUBLE BILLING.

Save yourself money and a headache -- AVOID GODBY!!

I.P.L. said we had to upgrade our meter box to accept the new smart meter. After several quotes I decided to go with Ed, and I am glad I did. What can I say. The guy knows what he is doing. Job was done right the first time. I don't think anyone else could have done a better job ! We are very pleased.
Not only was Ed the cheapest quote, but he ended up charging $200 less than the quote. If I ever have electrical problem's I have a guy to call now. I would recommend Ed for all your electrical needs.

Excellent in every way. From the first call to schedule to the last call to give payment, top notch service. Adam and Megan arrived exactly when they said they would, were pleasant, kind and professional. They installed a small chandelier EXACTLY to my specifications very quickly. Perfect work, I couldn't be happier. I would (and will) recommend Broad Ripple electric to anyone needing electrical work.

"Turn out the lights" Burtner Electric. Unprofessional, unresponsive--an organization in steep decline.

Burtner used to be a 1st Class and highly responsive organization. Not anymore.

A Burtner employee (licensed electrician??) ) is the only service provider of any type who has ever used the "F-bomb" with me and on my own property. Thankfully, we had several security cameras operating at the time. You might not be as fortunate.

Neither David Burtner nor anyone on his team has followed-up to learn more about this crazy incident or to apologize.

Buyer beware.

Pretty disappointed. And shocked. We own a small restaurant in downtown Indy. Like fools we never put the wall mount on our sink sprayer. So, 3 1/2 years later, the threads broke. Called out Mr. Quik. A guy was there for an hour to give an estimate.   We were charges $60 and given an estimate of $752. I took the parts over to Economy Plumbers. They sold me $10 in parts and told me how to fix it. Took us 10 minutes and fixed. What on earth could have cost $752. Seriously. Shame in you...
