This company from my initial inquiry requesting information and a cost estimate to Maurice there field technician were truly professional.
The information I received was concise and helped me in my decision to hire PSD. If a sixth star were available I would give this company 6 stars. Trustworthy and the results gave me a like new slider and new door lock at a fair price.
Hard to find ethical contractors but PSD represents the best of the best!

Wheels on backyard sliding door were past their last life. The door wouldn't open and we needed it fixed ASAP. Did not expect same day service when I called but, that's exactly what I got. The technician that came to our home was professional, knowledgeable, and worked in a timely manner. The cost was fair and our door works great now. Had all the parts for updating our 4 sliding doors even tough manufacturer is no longer in business.  Doors serviced with new rollers and handles repaired so we are good to go for another 20 years.  Big value versus replacing the doors and great service.

Was able to schedule an appointment less than a week out.  Appointment time frame was 1-4pm, and I got a call just before 2pm from Maurice that he was on his way and about 30 minutes away.  He arrived, saw what I needed, and got to work.  (I needed all new wheels on two sliding screen patio doors.) He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need (new doors or screens).  He also repaired a screen that was coming undone around the edge. Absolutely superb service.  Our sliding screen doors in Anthem Country Club were in terrible shape.  We contacted Phoenix Sliding Doors.  They were incredibly friendly and responsive.  They arrived at the scheduled time.  Maurice was very friendly, professional, and fast.  He told us we did not need new doors, just replacement of the sliders.  He completed two doors in 30 minutes.  The fees were extremely reasonable.  We happily recommend Phoenix Sliding Doors for any sliding door needs.  GLY

1. We left a message to schedule them coming to Fountain Hills. They returned our call quickly.
2. They gave us a  time window  for the day we chose to have them look at our door.
3. They called that day to give us an actual time.
4. The arrival was exact.
5. Maurice worked on our door. He did a fantastic job.
6. The door that gave us issues is LIKE NEW.

Our sliding glass door kept getting stuck. Maurice removed the doors, cleaned the tracks and replaced the rollers. The door now slides so smoothly. He was in and out in less than an hour. Great service and very professional. Would definitely recommend.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Phoenix Sliding Doors.  They responded to my request for service on the same day I submitted it.  Unfortunately, due to heavy demand,  I had to wait about 2 1/2 weeks before they could come out to fix my sliding door which would no longer slide. I called another company I had used in the past, and they were running about the same timeframe.  I wanted to try Phoenix Sliding Doors, so I went with their appointment.
I warned the woman who made the appointment that my sliding doors were 8 ft tall and obviously very heavy.  She asked me to send in some pictures, which I did.  She assured me that one technician would be able to handle it.  She was right.  
I received a message yesterday confirming today's appointment, The technician who came today was obviously a pro.  He called to let me know when he was 20 minutes away.  He quickly figured out that a roller was most likely the problem.  He removed the screen door and then both the fixed glass door and then the sliding glass door.  There were various parts to the track and the doors, like a puzzle, and he expertly removed parts.  He ascertained that the roller was indeed no longer working, and went out to get new ones.  When the technician replaced (all) the rollers, he just as expertly put the doors and tracks back together. First he cleaned the track, which was filthy from dust, bugs and dog hair, trapped in places where we could not clean it while the doors were in place.  Then he put the doors back on, making sure everything was level and worked properly.
In all, I was very pleased with the expertise of the technician, and the price was reasonable for the work done.  Would I have liked to not wait two and a half weeks to get the repair?  Sure, but if waiting meant getting a very competent technician, a reasonable price, and a company that followed up well, then waiting was okay.

Our patio door is heavy, it took 2 hands and full body weight to open. On top of that, my door handle had broken and I couldn't find a replacement. I called 3 places found on Yelp, and Melissa was the only one to answer the phone. I described my issue, took a couple of pictures of my antiquated door handle and she said, no problem! She gave me an estimate over the phone and we scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out.
My appointment was confirmed 24 hours before and they called 20 minutes before they arrived. They replaced the rollers, cleaned the tracks and now my door opens with 2 fingers! I wish I had called sooner.  Call them first before replacing the door, it will save you time, money and frustration.

Technician was professional and efficient. They we're. very familiar with my community and gave me a quote over the phone and a description of the service I could expect. They delivered on both and we are very happy with the outcome. Some quotes we received were double the price for the exact same service, so beware.

The entire process from setting up the appointment to the service tech that completed the work was perfect.  Tech called on his way which was even before the promised time window.  Told the project would take about 30 mins and was done in about 20 min.  Tech was personable, professional, and gave some great upkeep tips.

Had six twenty-five-year-old sliding doors repaired with new rollers and eight screen doors rescreened along with replacing some of the rollers on the screens. Two of the glass doors were large and heavy, they (and all the glass doors) slide like brand new. Screens look awesome, you simply cannot get the quality work Phoenix Sliding Doors preforms by the high school kid with the multiple social issues working part time one day a week at the local hardware store as their screen expert. Melissa and Maurice are good at what they do, communicate well and are genuine nice people. You can't go wrong with this company.

Every aspect of this experience was excellent. Scheduling my appointment was easy via phone. A reminder was sent to me a few days prior to my scheduled appointment. Maurice called when he was 35 minutes out from arriving at my house. Once he arrived, he was courteous, professional, and efficient with his work. Maurice left his work area spotless and provided instructions for maintenance to keep my door operating smoothly. It's truly refreshing to come across a contractor that takes pride in their work the way Maurice does. I would certainly call Phoenix Sliding Doors again if/when I needed work done on my sliding door.

Everything about our experience with Phoenix Sliding Doors was exceptional. Maurice was fixing a neighbor's door and came by later to look at our request prior to committing to a date. We received a text prior to our appointment to confirm and then a call to inform us he was on the way.

Maurice was able to fix a very challenging patio door problem, which another contractor walked away from. Super clean and took the time to point out the issues. Organized and had everything on hand to finish the job. A large patio door, which hadn't rolled without significant effort for the past 15 years, can now be opened with one finger. It was definitely a challenge, but he stuck with it until everything worked.

If I could give 6 stars this review would be more accurate. Maurice changed out the rollers on two of our sliding doors which required removing a large stationary window at one location in order to get the sliding door out.  He was responsive, calling the day before to confirm the appointment and calling again when he was on his way.  We also arranged for our neighbor to have two of his doors fixed also. Very professional, on time, personable and polite.

So happy to have called them to replace the wheels on my sliding door after I damaged them by walking into the door. Maurice came and did a wonderful job. Very reasonable pricing.

We put up with a hard to open and close sliding door for several years and it was getting to a point where I was afraid we would not be able to use it. We called a company that the manufacturer suggested and they came out adjusted it and put in some lubricant and charged me $250... I was still not operating the way that I wanted it to.. I called Phoenix Sliding Doors, a few days later Mike showed up and my problems were solved. My door operates like new and I am no longer concerned about being able to use it in the future.. He also gave me some good security tips..
This is the only place I will call when I have a problem with a sliding door.

I just had Phoenix Sliding Doors at my home.  First, they answered my call quickly and fit me into their schedule for Memorial Day as we needed our sliding screen door fixed before we left town. Very accommodating. Maurice and a colleague came on time, called me 20 minutes before they got here and fixed my door in 15 minutes.  Excellent experience.  Will use them again.  I highly recommend!

Coby called as promised before he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem with the sliding door and because it did not need new rollers there was only a $80 service call fee.

The Phoenix Sliding Door people came in Last Night to take the measurements and the Order. After I Paid them Half the Money, They are not even bothered to Pick up the Phone.
I have been trying to reach them Since Morning but they are not responding to any of my Phone Calls. I have left several Messages. When they had to take my Business they called in less than 10 minutes. I will not recommend such company where people are not concerned about their Customers.Please do not give your Business to them. I will not recommend them to any one out there.
I really wish If I could give them ZERO stars out of 5.

Fast, professional and most importantly the screen sliding door to our patio now fits and works great!  We went through 2 screen doors that we purchased from Lowes and each time the one we purchased never fit like it should have...I finally called Phoenix Sliding Doors to have them come out...they measured the opening, custom made the door and came out and installed it...it now slides with one finger and stays on the tracks!

Excellent service! Our sticky door took two hands and some muscle to open with no improvement after service from another company. Phoenix Sliding Doors sent two skilled and courteous men and fixed the problem in 30 minutes! We thought we were going to have to buy a whole new sliding door but now it's better that when we bought the house! They even cleaned the glass!! Do not hesitate to call this company!

I'm not happy with my screen doors. So, I just want to prefice by saying the customer service was pretty good, just not with the product.

I had an appointment and they came and took measurements. The guy was very nice. When it got delivered, it was 1 door. I was expecting 2; The one that stands and the one that moves. When it got delivered it was just one. When I called and told the lady what was wrong she apologized and charged me for the second door.  I get it, you have a job to do, but it's not my problem, after I explained what I wanted, you didnt understand. So I bit my tongue and paid for it.

The doors are flimsy, the sliding one falls off the hinges all the time...in fact it's probably been off the hinges for a couple weeks now. They don't slide well. All in all, just a flimsy, weak product that I wouldn't recommend. It was a waste of money.

I found Maurice and Phoenix Sliding Doors on Yelp and decided to give him  a call.  Maurice was able come out the following day and was on time, professional and replaced our sliding glass door rollers and the track within an hour. We had just moved into our new home and our sliding glass door was completely stuck and wouldn't slide easily. We knew something was wrong with the rollers and couldn't fix it ourselves so we called a couple companies and ultimately decided on Phoenix Sliding Doors. We were told by every company that the door would need to be taken down entirely and worked on, but Maurice showed up to our home and fixed our door in less than a minute!! He realigned it by lifting and shifting roughly and got the rollers back on track. He totally could have spent a lot more time and charged us more and we wouldn't have known the difference. He was also extremely knowledgeable and gave us some great recommendations to make our sliding door last a lot longer. I will definitely be recommending Maurice to anybody with sliding glass door needs!!

Their technicians arrived as promised and made short work of the items on our list which needed repair.  Our master bedroom slider works great now and we have a brand new lock a second slider that needed replacement.

These folks are superstars. They were quick and clean and efficient and the sliders work like new. This truly helped with our Dad's mobility issues with getting out to the backyard. Handling a temporary walker plus working a jammed and hard-to-open door at the same time was too much. Now Dad can go out into the yard easily even while holding things in one hand and opening the door with just the other hand. They fixed both the door and screen door for a very reasonable cost. They even fixed another interior slider door that apparently had been stuck because it was off the track and refused to charge for it because it was so quick and easy. Had a large sliding glass door that didn't slide any more... Called Phoenix Sliding Doors and was answered right away. Unfortunately they were all booked up but I scheduled a time for them to come out. On the day of they called me to let me know they were on their way out. Maurice and Melissa showed up and worked their magic! I can now open and close my door with one finger!! We had Phoenix Sliding Doors replace the rollers on our sliding glass door. The door slides well now, but the two men that performed the work, rested the door directly on our carpet which left two very noticeable grease spots. When called, the company became very defensive and blamed us for not removing the carpet beforehand. They also said we should have removed the grease from the track beforehand, which I offered to do, but the repairmen said no, they would take of it. Why on earth wouldn't the company put a tarp or cloth down before setting the door on a rug? And their response to the grease was unforgiveable.

If you have not yet shopped for experts on repairs to patio glass doors with broken rollers and screens that stick and pop out of their tracks every time like mine did, then your in for the time of your lives!  Ugh it's ugly out there, however, after listening to everyone else's crazy quotes and wild explanations to repair them I became determined to find the right folks!  I searched and found Phoenix Sliding Doors, they were five star rated on yelp and I quickly found out why!  Best thing I did for my peace of mind and health.  I was so pleased with their quality of service and cost, Melissa and Maurice are professionals in their field, their expertise rises above the rest!  Look no further, don't waste your time and money call them, I am so glad I did, and they are always prompt and courteous!

This is a great company.  I needed new wheels for several sliding doors- glass & screens.  Another company I had called first didn't even work on screen doors & just said I needed to get new ones!  Phoenix Sliding Doors did the job for both the screen doors and the glass doors.  They showed up when they said they would & called ahead to let me know they were on their way.  Then another time I needed him to replace the screen in one of the doors and he did it on site- unlike a previous screen company that removed & took them all away for 2 weeks!  Can't say enough good things.  Fair pricing also.  I will use them again in the future.

This is a 5 star company all the way around! Maurice is fantastic! Professional, fast and courteous service. We were having problems opening our arcadia door and the screen was loose as well. Great people...great service! We originally called Phoenix Sliding Door to do some repair work on a couple of sliding doors that were old and in terrible condition. I was afraid we were going to have to replace one door entirely, but these guys came out, took the doors off, replaced the rollers and also installed a new handle on one door. Both doors needed quite a bit of work, but they took their time and did a great job. We recently called them to look at another door and once again, they were on time and in no time they had the rollers adjusted. We own several rental properties and highly recommend Phoenix Sliding Door. Their prices are fair and they do excellent work.

Our condo was built in the mid 1980's. We have 2 Arcadia doors that have not worked well since we bought the house in 2000. Our grandkids had a really hard time with the doors. We called a couple companies for repair bids. They both wanted to install new doors at a high cost. Thank goodness we found Phoenix Sliding Doors on Yelp! They were quick to return our calls, explained the options and cost, and called to let us know they were on the way to our home to do the repair. We called this company based on the Yelp reviews. We had 5 sliding glass doors to fix with their screens. He fixed 2 sliders and screens, proounced one set of screens unable to be fixed and announced that the remaining sliders were fine. He was here for 45 minutes. Replaced the rollers on the forementioned doors and left after a $375 bill was paid.
It took me about $20 inparts and about 2 hours to fix the remaining doors and screens including the unfixable.
Either the fella was in a big hurry, lazy, or this company is a ripoff!

Phoenix sliding glass was a recommendation from a family member. We had a family reunion and our big sliding glass door was really hard to open and close. After contacting Phx glass door they were able to fix the rollers and order us a custom new screen door!  I can now open my glass door with one hand. Very professional, on time and most of all reliable. Hands down lovely people and great work.

We found Phoenix Sliding Doors through searching the internet and after contacting 3-4 companies, Maurice at PSD was the low bid on installing some solar screens so we chose him.  We contacted him on a Friday, he set an appointment to come out and measure that Monday with a 3 hours window, he called us with 30 minute notice and said he would be there early and wanted to know if he could come early, which was great as I was home.  He measured and set up an installation appointment for that Thursday between 3pm and 6pm, he called with 30 minute notice again and said he could come early around 2:30, I told him I'd be home at 3 so go ahead and get started and I'll meet him when I get home.  By the time I got home at 3:15 he was done, the solar screens looked great and the function (darkening/cooling our bedroom and master bathroom) was amazing.  I will be calling Maurice again to do more of our windows and would recommend his company for any of their services.  He not only shows up on time, he calls ahead, shows up early, and gets the job done quick and at the best price we could find.  Thanks Phoenix Sliding Doors!

I contacted Phoenix Sliding Doors after reading their Yelp reviews and was equally as pleased and impressed with their service as the other reviewers.   We needed to replace the lock sets on three screen doors after my husband mangled one trying to replace it himself.  Maurice was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, from determining the part needed and ordering it from the manufacturer, to promptly setting up an appointment for the installation as soon as the parts were received, to actually doing the work, which turned out to be far more labor intensive than we anticipated since we didn't have the keys for the old hardware.   Prompt, professional, honest, fairly-priced, and friendly - we would absolutely use this company again if needed, and would refer them unconditionally.
