Ryan helped us a lot by installing two ceiling fans in two different rooms that had no attic access. He was very clear with us about where he would need to cut holes in the drywall and how many would be required. Ryan did a fantastic job and completed the job within four hours (true to his estimate). He was up front about how much it would cost and was one of the more affordable options for the job (I had several different quotes). Ryan was very professional, clear, and affordable. After Install: Ivan was fantastic! He explained the process without any overselling or overpromising. Any questions we've had have been answered quickly. We also had access to a website to monitor the progress of our solar throughout the process. Everyone involved has been knowledgeable, professional  and friendly. We monitor my APS account, and have already seen a great reduction in our purchased energy. We highly recommend them.
3 Months In: Everything is going great. We've talked to several neighbors without solar and have been given information on previous AC bills at our current home. We've heard people paying between $600 - $700 easy with a home our size (2800 sq. ft.). We are a family of five. The kids are in online college/homeschool, and I'm a stay at home mom. So ... There is no "away" option when setting our thermostat.
Bills before solar: April ($210) and May ($266 w/a few days of solar mixed in). Bills after solar: June ($127.84), July ($231), August ($247). We are looking at our largest bill in September. We may be on track for about $270. Our monthly solar payment is $221, and we know we're saving with solar.
Before, we were scared of the costs for electricity we used between the peak times of 3p.m - 8p.m. After solar, we realized our panels produce the most electricity for us during those times. At first, we enjoyed APS buying (for less) our electricity during those times. Then, we decided to use our electricity for ourselves. We lowered our AC to more comfortable levels, and stopped sweating in our own home. If we left our thermostat settings the same (78 home/88 peak times), we would have even greater savings. We look forward to cooler temperature, so we can reap the rewards even more.
If anyone is skeptical because of the monthly solar payment, just remember ... A car payment isn't cheap, but it costs less to get around in your own car all month (work/errands), then it would to pay for an Uber all month. It's an investment. At least, that's how we see it.

We were very happy with Rooftop Solar!  From start to finish they made sure it was about us.  The initial visit was informative and all our questions were answered.  The planning and installation were painless for us.  They had plenty of men working on all aspects of installation and it went very smoothly.  They were here for the city inspection and walked us through "flipping the switch".   The follow up after install was a wonderful surprise as well!  Highly recommend!

George Robbins is terrific and responded on the spot.  He is very fair and very efficient.  Answers all of your questions and gives information for future projects.  We highly recommend him and his company.  You will be happy with the results.

I moved in to SUn city after getting a divorce as a senior and wanted to put solar on the roof. I met Cary after speaking to several salesman and decided that Cary had the best price for me. The work was done. A year ago I contacted Cary and got some extra work done installing a mini split that helped even more. I would recommend galaxy solar to anybody because of the professionalism and care.

Tommy is terrific!  Clean, efficient and very responsive. Would highly recommend. He did some great drywall cut and patch- excellent job.

Used these guys to install a 6.2 kW solar system with a demand manager. The initial sales discussion went great, no pressure, and I feel I was given all the information and resources I needed to make an informed decision. Price was right in the ballpark of all other solar companies and they had great reviews on Yelp so we pulled the trigger. That's when all the problems began.

First the installation of our demand manager was botched. The guy who installed it only connected it to 2 out of 3 of our ACs and then left the demand manager running before we even had our solar system commissioned. I noticed that our ACs were randomly turning on and off, reached out and was given a link to learn about demand managers. Finally explained the situation enough times and had a lead come out who quickly apologized, agreed it was done wrong, and fixed the situation.

Then the panel install date came. Crew showed up on time and were generally respectful. After they left I noticed they had knocked a roof vent loose on my roof, didn't paint like half of the conduit, and left bright pink stickers half ripped off on the side of several panels, which was very visible from the yard. Again, had to make multiple calls to finally get someone out who agreed they did a very poor job and then corrected the issue.

Finally, about 90 days since deposit, the commissioning date came (yay!), Sun Valley guy shows up and has to stay on the phone with someone who is walking him through commissioning the system. Then once he gets it up and the SRP rep confirms it's running, he packs up and is on his way. But wait, no one turned the demand manager on. This is absolutely essential as even one day of high demand with SRP will spike your demand charge for that month. I ask him about it, confirm that it is in fact not running, and he responds "I dont know much about those, maybe someone else will come turn that on". Well, I need it turned on and verified before 1pm when on peak demand will start being measured.  Finally after reaching out again multiple times, someone calls me on the phone and they walk me through turning it on and ensuring it's working.

System is working fine and we are enjoying having solar. I am not sure if I would use Sun Valley again, but if I did I would make sure I stayed up on what they were doing and confirmed everything myself. This company seems to have very bad internal communication issues. The leads and sales folks are knowledgeable and acccountable, but everyone else (basically every install crew) seemed confused and did a poor job.

We purchased our home in Arizona last year and we weren't considering to purchase solar - as it was an added cost.  But Raymond sat with us more than once to explain the benefits and the rates for purchasing solar. Raymond processes a high level of expertise and you can tell that he loves his job!  He's not only selling you the best product, he's educating as well. If you care about the environment and you want to save money on your electric bill, let Raymond tell you about solar and you too can save!

We are very happy! From my initial meeting with the owner Josh, through final clean-up before the crew left, everything went very smoothly! Really appreciate the quality materials, professionalism, and first-class workmanship! A note on cost: It was comparable to, or even better than, other roofers I met with, and if you intend to go solar, you get the 26% federal tax credit on both the cost of the roof and the cost of solar.

Surate energy has been super helpfull and have explained the benefits lf solar energy. Im tired of paying APS high enegy bills and look forward to lower bills.

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday  technicians were both sick.  I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing.  They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.  Once my solar was installed and activated and they got my $60,000 cash, I no longer mattered to them. They do not respond.  It worked for two months and then I started having problems.  In May, over three months ago I had technicians here.  They said they would be back in a week to either replace the 4 underproducing panels or move them.  I never heard from them again and have been calling, emailing, texting to no avail.  I have been in contact with my salesperson that has tried to get answers from them, also to no avail.  Two days ago he told me I would be getting a call that day from someone in the office.  Of course, there was no call.  I didn't get any attention from Elevation Solar until I threatened  bad reviews and a lawyer, which is definitely still a consideration.  I finally received a call today with the promise of a technician appointment a week from now.  I told her I had received large bills for electric for the last two months.  She told me that it takes time to build up a credit which is a complete lie since I had a credit for the first two months before the system started producing less and less energy, all that in July and August.  At this rate, I can only imagine when the weather cools off what my bills will be and what their excuses will be if they even contact me. At this point, I totally regret using this company.  I do not believe they are monitoring my system since I have never been contacted when things started going downhill months ago.  If things improve, I will be happy to change my review, but at this point would never recommend Elevation Solar to anyone.  I had wonderful service with our solar in California for 12 years which only required a technician twice and they were there within 24 hours.  Elevation Solar has a lot to learn and hoops to jump through before I have anything good to say.  I'm not just frustrated, but very angry with their lack of ethics.

I've had my solar panels on my house for about a year and a half... After some initial difficulties, overall I am very pleased with this company.  The vice president of the company, Brian, reached out to me on multiple occasions and has been very very communicative and responsive...I would recommend this company definitely if you're looking for solar for your house.... they have a whole program where they put LED lights and seal your ducts, blow in insulation and then they install your solar panels with an energy monitoring device.  we got off to kind of a rocky start but everything in my eyes has been rectified and made up for.  I recommend this company!

I love my job at Universal Solar Direct in Phoenix, AZ!  The environment is professional, dynamic and fun.  There are great opportunities available.  I appreciate working for a company that I can recommend to friends and family.

We purchased a tiny home that had an off grid system hooked up to it so we called new grid to come out and see if we were hooked up correctly.  We paid the $250 for the consultation and had two guys come out to look at the system.  I also wanted to get some extra batteries installed and a few other upgrades to make sure we were good for off grid living.  Everything seemed to be hooked up correctly is what the two guys from new grid determined.  I basically only received a printout of the user manuals from them, and certainly never got a follow up on any upgrades.  Seven months later our system failed due to an underpowered inverter (which fried) and our batteries also were unable to hold a charge and were ruined as well.  The company who is now upgrading me immediately noticed several areas that were not hooked up correctly including how the bank of batteries were wired.  I just find it sad how some companies talk the talk on the phone and just fall very short after your check is cashed.  I definitely doubt their solar knowledge and I would recommend taking your money to a more experienced company.
