Best Solar Water Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

I had a solar water heater installed by a different company 2 years ago. I was not  happy with their customer service. Of course they were great when selling you the product then not so much when you have issues. Anyways I called the Sun-Earth company and they referred me to General Solar. I called and they came out the next day, diagnosed my problem in about 90 seconds, had the correct part on the truck and replaced it in about 25 minutes. Problem solved and now i have a good resource should problems arise in the future. I would highly recommend them.

Kelly at EOS was so easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up going with them for the higher efficiency panels I'd wanted for our current system. They made the whole process so easy. After looking around for fair price and the ability to install quickly; they came up with awesome pricing and actually listen to me. No one tried to BS me into more than I needed or wanted. They spent time answering my questions, and never talked over my head (so refreshing). They got me installed within two weeks of first contact! The new panels look great and you can tell the installer Chris loves what he does. Solar has saved me thousands and with these new added panels, I'm saving even more. Bye-bye APS, and thank you EOS! Moved in to a new home. Ac unit was over 20 years old and so we decided to get solar and a new ac unit with this company. Presentation was amazing and even throughout all our issues the salesman has been the most help out of everyone in this organization. So kudos to Alessandro for all his help. Solar install happened quickly after revising plan as what they originally for amount of panels did not fit on roof. Communication was great up to that point. Ac instal happened quickly and seemed to be no major issues. Few weeks later our ac unit goes out during the summer. Took a lot of call back and forth to finally get it fixed after 11 days. Fast forward a month later and now my ac unit is leaking from our attic damaging many walls in my house. Pictures included. This initial contact for the leak was on August 17 my birthday and had visitors from out of town. Now we are in November and I have not been able to reach the hvac team about my repairs. Do not trust these guys.
