Needed help with our central air. Derek responded to my Yelp request right away. He got here quickly even before his ETA and was able to assess the situation and help resolve it the same day. He also provided more solutions and ways to improve air later on as needed. He was kind and understanding of my concerns. Would definitely recommend!

We had Ryan from Donley come to our house for an AC check-up this week.  He was extremely professional and knowledgeable.  He gave us a lot of very helpful information about our 12 year old AC, answered all of our questions, and offered suggestions to add to the life and efficiency of the unit.  We know that the unit will have to be replaced in the near future and we will definitely be using this company.  It was refreshing to have a service person at the house who was well educated.  The charge was only $89 and that included the service tech using a 32 foot extension ladder to access our roof.

Needed to replace 2 AC units. The sales technician said he could spec out the job without climbing my roof, and made a smoking good offer. The crew shows up the next day and surprise! The deal is not so good as we thought (3 week wait without AC). Then the bait and switch, well we have a different model... Did I mention the high pressure sales technique? No, well I had a bad feeling but the deal was too good to pass up. Call it a lesson learned.
